Nice pet store! Has 2 bath tubs so you can wash your pet yourself an they supply everything! Wish they weren't closing the store. Hopefully somebody buys it an makes it the exact same!

I Just got back from pet value....I was greeted at the door when the chimes went off by a couple of hellos from beautiful young ladies and how r u and what 2 beautiful dogs and what can i help u with....I told them it was my first time here and want 2 wash my 2 English Springer Spaniel's and buy dog food if they carry it....inwhich they do....thank u....The 1 young lady escorted me to the wash area and explained how things worked, price, towels, shamppo ect... and at the same time she was getting the water ready to lukewarm so i could wash my dogs....She also kept on coming back on checking on me with Snoopy and Jack's....which was great....Once they were bath and i got my dog food, and wash paid for they offered to help me to my vehicle....That was a very nice jesture...but i passed on it....Thxs ladies had a great visit....C U NEXT TIME....P.S. While I was busy bathing the boys I was also noticing that anyone that enter the store was getting the same treatment that I got.....

Great pet store with wonderful Pet Valu brands. Their limited ingredient pet food works great for my cat who has a sensitive stomach, and it is totally affordable! The staff who work there are always pleasant and willing to help you out. They also have a dog grooming area. Great store. Great people.

This place is relatively new to me but it's one of the nicest pet store I've been to. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable plus they have a new owner coupon book which was great.We love coming here to use the self wash station. Way easier than fighting my Brittany pup in my tub. They provide soap, and all the tool to give her a bath and keep her in place with a tie off. Used the coupon for the first bath but after that it's only $10 which to me is well worth it unless you bath your pet weekly.

First time taking my dog to get a bath there & he loved it! The place was so clean & the staff was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. They provided everything we neededMollie was wonderful and even gave Buddy some extra treats when he left;)We really enjoyed visiting with the cats up for adoption too.It was really a fun place...We’ll be back!

The staff are so friendly and nice. This was my first time at a dog wash and they showed me how everything worked and even had treats for my pup. Great place and definitely a repeat visit in my future.

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When dealing with fleas brought in by my room mate, and then contracted by my cat I was extremely overwhelmed. They assured me I was on the right track, made a couple of VERY helpful suggestions. I think I'm on my way towards a flea free home thanks to the staff at Pet Valu.

The groomer here is the best. We had taken our westie a few times but then moved north. We took him to a place near our new home and they couldn’t get him to focus and had to stop. We called the groomer here and she said she’d squeeze him in. She did, did a great job, and reassured us that he’s fine for grooming, he just gets excited. We may be driving all the here for as long as she works there!

Went in this afternoon for some advice about our 11 week old German Shepard puppy and I can't tell you how thankful I am that this was the store I stumbled upon. I received help from a young lady whom I believe is the store manager if not I know she's been there since the store opened. She went above and beyond to help me. She walked down a few different isles showing me different products I had asked about and also made sure to tell me the difference between the different things. I’ve been to different big box chain stores that when you have a question you get the typical" if we have it, it would be is isle 18." She went above and beyond to help even insisted on carrying the 35lb dog food bag to my car. You've definitely gained a customer for life!! Thanks so much!!

I went in the store initally because it was really close to where I live. I'm a person that is going to be adopting a cat for the first time and I couldn't have been pleased with the help I received. The two ladies working were great. Especially heather who helped get me everything I would need. The variety in the store is also surprising. I'll be recommending and revisiting this place for sure.

In a world where everything is delivered to your house, it's still fun to stop by PetValu to spoil your pup every once in a while. The staff make it worth it, too. Always so friendly and welcoming and this store has some cute seasonal products, in addition to the usual pet supplies.

Took my two large dogs to bathe there. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a Groupon for half off but it would have been worth paying the full price. I would definitely use their services again.

I bring my dog to Pet Valu to bathe her. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facilities for bathing are top-notch. The bathing area is always clean and we'll stocked with shampoos and towels.

Nice place with decent prices. Had to add another star after going back. I bought a pooper scooper there and it broke about 3 weeks later. I called up and explained what happened and the manager told me to come up. I got there with a few pictures of the part that failed and I was on my way home with a new one in under a minute. I cannot say enough good things about that type of customer service! Most if not all other stores would have told me, "too bad". I will be a customer for life!

Best self serve dog wash that I have experienced in the area. Large, elevated, tiled wash showers with big, absorbent towels. Friendly, helpful staff with an array of pet products.

Everyone that works there is awesome! Especially Heather!! I only feed my dogs their brand: Performatrin Ultra Prairie Hills! Its pricey, but keeps my girls healthy and they love it!

Very nice up scale, clean and friendly store. Just little disappointed not a whole lot to pick from for bird owners. I do have 3 dogs and I wanted to try their food, so if my fur babies like it, no more driving to Bridgeville.

Absolutely pleased with the personal accommodations from this store. Prices are comparable to the bigger guys (who aren’t as big as they think anymore) but the service is what sets Petvalu apart, especially at this location. Huge thanks to the manager and staff who helped me. I will definitely return!

The staff is very friendly.! The store is clean and handy. Used the wash sinks for the dogs. So much more convenient than doing it at home in the tub!

I was asked 5 times while I was there if I needed help with anything. Terrific service. I go there to give my dog a bath and to pick up a few things here and there. Place is well kept and they're celebrating there 1st year open aniversary.

After trying to make a small purchase of two dog treats, and being told by the manager at the south side shop, I was bringing her average ticket sales down, had to be the most condescending thing a manager could say to one of HER employees. I was a customer. Not on the clock!! Not only do I not plan on going back as an employee, but would never shop there!! And she made sure she said it in front of another employee!! There is a way to inform your new employees on certain things like that. She went about it in a very embarrassing way!! For the peanuts they pay, and never getting a break, not worth my time!!

This is a cool store. they have stalls that you can use to wash your own dogs for cheap. the selection is good.
