I have taken my car to the monroeville pep boyssince I got it!! They are always patient and kind while listening to the issues with the car and I don’t ever feel like they are trying to sell me on something I don’t need ! Erik, Ray, and Dennis do a great job, are personable and do their best to get you in and out as soon as they can! I’ve had a flat tire repaired, a state inspection, and oil change with these guys and will be back for all regular car maintenance!

I went in for 4 new tires and an oil change they did both quickly and with high quality rubber and oil. Tires are perfectly balanced too. Yes they did ask me if I wanted some extra work, but I certainly did not feel obligated and did not agree to it, but glad they found those problems too. I will certainly go back for my next oil change and all tires from now on.

Had to get a tire fast for the 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage. Called at 630pm, got there by 6:50pm (which I felt terrible about cause they closed at 7pm) but the 2 super nice gentleman that were working were so kind and put a new tire on the rim and out the door by 7:05pm. Best experience ever!!! Outstanding service, outstanding staff! 5 stars is not enough!

Erik is great! Always friendly and helpful. I like coming to this location because it isn't busy or stressful. I've had a good experience with several different employees here. Service is never dragged out or double booked.

This is the best pep boys location in western pa! I live closer to another location but drive the extra time because of the service I have gotten here. The manager Nick is amazing. He explained everything in detail that my vehicle needed, and thats very important to me as a woman, I didn't feel taken advantage of when it comes to repairs! Since then, they have reached out to me about sales on tires and reminded me of oil changes and other maintenance. You don't get good customer service like this anymore...Thanks so much guys!

I have been coming to Wilkins Township Pep Boys for the last couple of years for state inspections, rideshare inspections and other minor car diagnostics. These guys are doing a great job and are willing to go the extra mile. I was late a couple of times for my apppointment and they waited for me on Friday at 6 pm. Great service! Very professional and kind workers.

Received great service from Pep Boys' in Monroeville. Went in for a tire rotation having purchased my most recent set of tires from Pep Boys in July 2022. Was quoted additional work based on mileage and service interval. The quoted work was appropriate for my vehicle's mileage and when I have more time, I will get those items taken care of: alignment, ignition coils, and tune up. Would recommend this shop for any high mileage vehicle outside of warranty.

Saved the day ! Brakes went out on a Saturday evening 3 hours from home. It’s quitting time, but everyone at the shop friendly, courteous and incredibly helpful despite the hour. Got us back on the road when parts came in the next day. Manager gave us a ride to local hotel. Can not say enough to thank everyone at this location for their help !!!

I was able to get a good appointment slot and service was done pretty quickly that day (I left my vehicle vs waiting). The technician called and walked me through the needed work and costs. Upon payment and pick-up, I had a couple of questions about the invoice and additional work which they helped me understand.

Went here a month ago n got some tires alignment inspection and engine air filter replacement the workers are very friendly I'll give them that but I left the next day my car was making a rattling noise so I called n they told me to bring it back I did n they told me nothing was wrong well needless to say my car was making the same noise so I took it to my dealership where I always go n told them what happened they know I take great care of my car so they check everything out n found the problem these mfs put my filter in wrong which was pushing against my engine making the noise my dealership informed me to NEVER go back here and I'm not! When I brought it back they should of check their work but they didn't n told me everything was fine smh lost a customer!

Needed to get my tires changed and brought my own tires. Even though the wait was a bit long, the staff was patient and transparent about it. The total for labor and tire balancing came to around 130 and the bill was accurately itemized. For small jobs like tire or oil change this location is great!
