We love Pawsitive TransFURmations and Anneli!! She always does an awesome job on Bailey (almost 2 yr old Cavachon) I never had a dog needing groomed and she’s been wonderful teaching me and giving me advice and pointers.Anneli is honest and upfront , caring and funny!! We just love her!!!

The best place! We brought in Hobby, our new rescue mutt, for a bath and brush. Anneli went above and beyond to give us tips on how to best care for him and was incredibly warm and caring. Hobby is a low-maintenance dog, but we'll definitely be back for anything we can't do at home, and we trust that he'll extremely well taken care of!

So happy i found this place! We’ve been taking our dog here since she was a puppy and i’m so glad we did because they really work with puppies to make them not fearful of going to the groomers! She even got an adorable report card her first couple of times. Not only are they super talented but they are super patient too and you can tell they really love what they do! My dog always comes home looking beautiful and super cute with her little bows!!

Anneli is the BEST! She is so good with dogs, and very patient with all of their quirks. On top of that, she is truly a master of her craft and a versatile groomer. She grooms a bunch of my clients dogs, and also my Great Pyrenees, who can be very stubborn. The dogs are always happy and look absolutely beautiful! We are so glad we found her.

This has to be one of the best groomers in the Pittsburgh area. To start off Anneli is an exceptional groomer who pays attention to the owners as well as their pets. Anneli does not sacrifice customer service and quality for quantity of clients. I have a hyperactive, WHITE German Shepard/Pit and she is treated like royalty. My dog is dropped off looking like she ran through the woods and is left looking show ready. They offer a wide variety of services and non disappoint. I have been coming to Anneli for a while now, and do not plan on changing. There is no wonder that she has a client waitlist. Highly recommend.

This is the best groomer in the South Hills! The staff is awesome, my nervous around new people dog immediately feels at home here. I can't imagine bringing him anywhere else. We've moved a lot and had many groomers, but this is the place I've always felt most comfortable

The groomer I used for years recently moved to a new location that isn't super convenient for me to get to and from. It was a real bummer because my 3 year old Dobiegirl refuses to be in a crate - ever, unfortunately - and the groomer really worked closely with me on appointment days to ensure that my girl had the most pleasant and stress-free experience possible. Before finally choosing Pawsitive Transfurmations, I read a bunch of reviews of groomers in the area. What. A. Find! When I called to make her appointment, I spoke with Kat and explained that my pup is sort of a jerk when it comes to crates. Kat didn't even flinch and happily suggested that I make the appointment late in the day, so my pup wouldn't have to be crated at all. Appointment day came, and not only did my girl exercise her manners while I wasn't around, she also looked and felt fabulous! The owner and employees make it quite obvious as soon as you walk in the door how much they love their jobs and the animals they work with. Highly recommend! 🐾

My dog is the most skittish and scaredest little chihuahua but when it comes to Anneli she goes to her with ease and a smile. Anneli has been taking care of my puppy for over a year now and everytime she handles her my pup with the up-most best care. I can tell Anneli just loves her and is always excited when my puppy Padme walks in the door. That is a blessing. Sometimes when you take your pet to a groomers your stuck with people who don't know how to handle your little one or are just not as good. Anneli Pawsitive Transformation groomers is worth it everytime. I highly recommend her for all your needs when it comes to your pet.

I am always so nervous bringing my two babies to a new groomer. We moved to the area not to long ago and I’ve been searching. I felt right at home when walking into it. Super knowledgeable, patient and kept me in the loop. The fact they got a report card is amazing and shows how much they love what they do. We will continue to come back and recommend to anyone!

This place is great! I love supporting local businesses. They were friendly, caring, and helpful with a health concern I had about my dog. Her cut was a little more expensive than other places, but it's totally worth it!

Extremely RUDE!!! I drove by this this place and decided to stop by to try and make an appointment,I ask her if she had any openings to which she replied “I’m not taking new clients” so, I ask her if she had any idea when would she be taking new clients she could’ve said call later or check online(which I wish i would’ve done before walking in to ask)instead,her response was “whenever one of my clients die,that’s when I replace them”.Is that even a polite answer?I said:”ok,thank you “as I walk out,NO RESPONSE.This lady that absolutely 0 customer service training,I understand she might’ve been busy but that’s NOT the right way to treat a potential customer.Very unpleasant interaction ☹️

I’m so glad this place opened up right after we got our puppy! Anneli obviously loves what she does and I fully trust her with our Flora. She introduced her to grooming in a way that ensured she would have positive experiences, and gives us tips on how to improve on the areas where our girl can be a bit fussy. This is the best grooming salon I’ve ever been to! I’ve recently moved to the area and was extremely pleased with the ease of the available online scheduling, friendliness of the staff, and the the way my dog looked and the softness of her coat. I’ve taken my 3 dogs (shihtzu mix, cockapoo, and Bernedoodle puppy) to Pawsitive Transfurmations for a few months now and not only do they come back looking great every time, but they seem to love it!I’ve never had a groomer that my dogs weren’t shaking at the door, jumping at me to leave, and not wanting to go to the back with the groomer. At Pawsitive Transfurmations, after the 1st or 2nd visit, they don’t even look back at me anymore! They run in and make themselves at home, showing no signs of fear or anxiety.I would recommend them to anyone! I’m pretty picky with where I’ll take my dogs and I am so so impressed.
