Panera’s is a great place for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack. The staff at this Panera’s was very friendly and helpful. I utilized the self-ordering kiosk, which was fast and straightforward. My food was made quickly and tasted terrific.The entire restaurant was clean and spacious. I was able to eat lunch and get some work done. If you are in the area, this is a great option.

Uber Eats screwed me over, so I cancelled my order with them but still called the store to come pick up my order since Uber was charging me anyway. When I arrived to Panera someone had wrongfully taken my food. The manager here was so kind and understanding. He remade my stolen food even though he didn’t have to. I’ve worked in the service industry for 15 years and it’s been a long time since I’ve had such kindness extended to me in this way from a restaurant. Thank you for helping me get my food even when you didn’t have to. Thank you for being kind and understanding. Thank you for helping me when you didn’t have to. You and your team are amazing.

We enjoyed a cappuccino and a coffee with a cinnamon roll. The indoor dining was lonely at 11am. We had the place to ourselves. The staff hustled and the management was very helpful.

I am a frequent customer, out of convenience, calorie counting, location, etc. Just once it would be great if the soup wasn't cold. It is a good day when it is Luke warm! Why?!?! Aside from the soup, I also take issue with the fruit cups, either they don't have them, they are old or they forget to give it to me! Every. Darn. Time. For the love of God, please turn the heat up on the soup and figure out the fruit cups!

My wife and I came here to eat lunch on ( 6/22/2023) for the first time! They had a lot to choose from and took a chance on soup and sandwich! I got a whole sandwich and chicken soup and my wife got half a sandwich and chicken soup and two beverages! Food tasted great but the bill for this came to over $40.00 which is (crazy expensive) in my book for this little bit of food and is the reason for the 3 star rating! Food was good but not worth the price! The only saving grace was that I got half a dozen bagels to go on a separate bill which was over seven dollars! Bagels are about the best around when I tasted them at home and will come back just for them! Expect to spend some (SERIOUS CASH) if you want to eat here! OVER PRICED FROM HOPEWELL!! ---LARS COX!!

It did not look busy and it really was not a lot of mobile order activity, so I am unsure why service was so slow. Maybe they were short handed. There was one counter person who was friendly and not too busy and three or four on kitchen duty, one was manager. I do not have the app because i don't really go there enough, however I went to use the kiosk. They are painfully almost unusably slow. Maybe the free wifi drains the kiosk space or the application is really bad, but probably four people were waited on old-school at the counter while i slugged through the kiosk, only to have the tap and reader not working and it lost my order ( all 1 item) so i went to the counter. So much for efficiency.However, when you order in-store for dine in, it should not take 30 minutes for a bowl of broccoli mac and cheese. Also the portion was pretty small for $11 with a piece of bread. But that's on me. All and all, I usually am disappointed in any Panera anymore with portion size for price. However it should not take 30 minutes for one item dine-in that was barely above room temperature when plated, yet alone warm or - might I wish - hot.

I had a turkey sandwich and cup of Broc Cheddar soup. It tasted fine but within the hour I had a case of diarrhea. I didn't eat anything else prior to or after that meal. I suggest you check out your food for any problems, (sanitation, staff handling, storage} and perhaps talk with the staff.Thanks.

Good location. I came here with my coworkers for a two-hour meeting in the meeting room. The room was empty but the tables weren't cleaned. The staff should check the room and keep it clean throughout the day. It was a busy day apparently and they were running out of bagels at 4:00pm. Their food is usually good.

My favorite place to go with my daughter. She always gets a bread bowl full of soup. Some say it is overpriced but I think it depends on what you're getting/expecting. We thoroughly enjoy eating here and think most of the food is worth the price. Only down side is sometimes they run out of certain things (has happened to me several times). They also have good coffee drinks and smoothies here.

Food is decent. Always a wait. But it's always filthy. Never a clean table, the booth backs are nasty. Floors are always dirty. Yet they want a tip for taking your order- what a joke! Today we were standing in line and before the cashier even took the order for the people in front of of us(after they had been in line for a bit) ignored them and went over to the bakery and opened a completely different line because someone wanted coffee and left everyone in our line standing for 5 minutes, until the manager came and finished our line. Not what I would consider customer service.

This Panera bread seems to have lots of cleanliness issues. Like all the tables are filthy, trash bins overfilled and just in general not clean. Another person actually went up and said something about it. The food is extremely average I got a burnt sandwich with incredible soup (there soups are great) and with a drink it's not cheap. Service here has always been friendly to me and that's a plus. There are so many options in Robinson now for much better quality I wouldn't recommend this place.

I ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. When I receive the drink it was the wrong size. When I question this, the employee simply assured me I was a charge the right price but made no offer to fix the mistake. I was then given my sandwich and I left without checking it. My mistake was assuming that competent service came with inflated prices. I was wrong again as it was missing the egg.The location is advertising job openings, my only hope is that they are trying to replace the incompetent manager. The staff needs to be retrained before they hire a new personnel. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks instead. Or if you must there’s another Panera within a few miles.
