What a great place for my pup's spa day of grooming! I can always get a last minute appointment, the staff is always helpful and courteous. They have a huge selection of toys and treats, clothes, otc medicines and beds at reasonable prices. My boy always looks handsome and smells fresh. The grooming menu includes spa treatments like oatmeal baths, nail grinding, deodorizing, luxury fragrances, bows and bananasand much more that I can't remember. My pup is in and home in 3 hours so he isn't sitting in a kennel half the day. Saturday hours! Highly recommend!

I've read through these reviews and I have to say, I can't believe some of the things people blame the groomer for. Not all dogs love the groomers. It is completely normal for some dogs to be shaken up going into the groomers and coming home. COMPLETELY NORMAL. I also can't believe the number of people who give a 1 star and swear to never come back because their pet was nicked once or twice over the YEARS of going. Anyway.... here's my review.I am SO impressed with this place. I have a Shih Tzu with pretty bad anxiety. I've taken him to several different groomers and have been told more than once that they couldn't groom him because he was too difficult. I finally found pretty pets in white oak and they were able to groom him, but I was always charged anywhere from $75 to $100. AND always have to wait a month or longer to get him in from the day I called. When I called this place, pampered pets, I was so excited that they were actually able to get my dog in within a few days. They were so nice and friendly and have an entire store full of pet supplies. They asked specifically what I wanted done for my pup.When I came to pick him up, my dog looked AMAZING. For the first time ever, the groomer left his coat fluffy and cut him like a Shih tzu!!! Then I was only charged $45!!!!! My dog looked and smelled amazing. He little feet were perfectly shaped and his little face was groomed in the cutest way. I couldn't believe how good he looked AND I paid half as much. I am beyond impressed with these guys. They have my business for life unless something insane happens. I will never go anywhere else.

hello! my name is dakota, and my baby is cinder!we just went in awhile ago to see if they had a brand of cat food, rawz, and they didn’t. but that’s okay!we got weruva cat food instead. but, everyone here was super nice. the staff were fantastic, easy to talk too. the customers were also very nice and easy to start a convo with.the variety of stuff was small but you could tell they picked their stuff carefully because everything there was decent to high quality foods. foods that put real meat first, and that what matters to me.we will definitely be back!

We used them all the time until the last time they cut all 4 legs on our cat and didn't even tell us. We found out when we got her home and took her out of the carrier. The one leg was still bleeding. So after returning to the shop to see what happened they said she was difficult and they will give us credit for her next cut. No thanks. I understand that things happen but to not tell us and tried hiding it was the major problem

EDIT: I feel obligated to change my rating to and do a quick follow up with photos because since my initial enthusiasm I actually found five different large wounds on her 😭 Google keeps ignoring my attempts to add the worst of the photos. Hopefully it was clean and she doesn’t get infected. I feel terrible I took her somewhere she was cut so many different times and places.

Very dissatisfied with the way my dog was handled. The last two times I picked him up he had multiple cuts on him. I called both times to complain. The last time, I called and asked to speak to the groomer who cut him and she never returned my call. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my dog back there.

Have now taken my dog there twice and I have to say they are great. I appreciate the work they do. Although the one guy today seemed to be miserable and I thought he wasn't professional but otherwise the rest of the staff seem to really enjoy the animals. Even a cat roams around fearless. I won't take my dog anywhere else ever again.

Pampered pets has walk-in nail trimming for dogs... and they did it so quickly and well Which is quite the chore with our energetic dog. The pricing is extremely reasonable especially considering all the experience they bring to the table. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly..they dont have much of an online presences but don't let that deter you from trying them.. you won't be disappointed. we started to going to them for all our grooming needs.. and I will update after our first grooming session.. if you have a dog or cat this place is a hidden gem.. so glad we found them.. they are in a great location in Brentwood town square right on 51 and Brownsville road

Pampered pet was great with our dog, Echo! She was nice and clean, she smells SO good!! Her nails were cut perfect, and her ears are sparkling clean! And you can't beat the price! I definitely recommend taking your pup here to get groomed!

If you want the best grooming care for your dogs, this is NOT the place!This was the absolute last time I take my dogs there. I have been a little suspicious about them for the past few time and now I am sure of it.1.) Today of all days I decided to ask for a detailed copy of my receipt and they couldn’t provide that, all I was told was “$60 for each of their baths and $8 each for teeth brushing” when I never asked for their teeth to be brushed and all I get was “oh ya that’s right you didn’t”. They almost charged me $16 for something i didn’t even ask for and if I hadn’t asked for a detailed receipt I wouldn’t have even known so PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILED PRICES!!!!2.) I have 2 dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Husky. My golden is always shaking when we walk in there which is what made me suspicious of them but just figured it might’ve been nerves or anxiousness. My husky (which I know is not an easy dog to handle) has been there 2 times before today and I haven’t gotten any complaints besides “you know she’s just a normal husky puppy”. Today, she comes home and is completely DRAINED. She did not care to play with my other dog, she wasn’t doing her normal husky howls, etc. I am wondering if they gave her any calming treats/melatonin without even letting me know!!I WILL NEVER BE TAKING MY DOGS BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

I take my cats there, *i know odd* but it really helps with the long hair cat shedding and he seems to be happier to be lighter and trimmed up when he gets home. Id recommend them to anyone!

They do a great job grooming my 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs. Always give me a overview of how they did when I come to pick them up which I really like. Very reasonably priced and very nice staff. Always friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hands down, best grooming facility. I've taken my beagles their for many years. Friendly staff, awesome with my dogs! They always leave smelling amazing, adorable scarf and have my dogs ready at the pick up time. My beagles are older & need extra TLC. Totally trust them with my dogs and would never go anywhere else! Stocked with great shopping items too, great for beds, food & snacks!! Highly recommended.

My cat KNUCKLES looks great. They cut him exactly how we asked and he was relaxes afterwards. They have a new customer for life. I highly recommend PAMPERED PET. They also have a kennel. I would definitely feel comfortable leaving my animals with them.

I live almost 45 minutes away from the groomer, but we make the drive just because of how amazing this place is. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and they always treat our dogs great. We have a German Shepherd mix who is can be aggressive towards people she doesn't know, but the people at Pampered Pet handle her so well and she acts like she's just an overgrown puppy when she's there. They even sent her a thank you card for her! Not to mention, my pups always come back looking and smelling amazing. This is the only groomer I'd ever trust to handle my dogs.

I have recently moved to the area and was recommended this awful place by someone. I can tell you confidently that i will NEVER be returning and I hope to help out any of you other pet owners who cares for your fur babies like our children before you make the mistake of bring them here. I brought my two Chihuahuas here to get their nails cut and i have never seen such roughness and just straight up unprofessional people working in an environment where you clearly need people who know how to take care of, handle, and love our animals as we do.Firstly, entering the place there was nobody at the desk in the front so as i stood there in the entry way to the grooming center for about 10 minutes waiting to be greeted finally somebody acknowledged me. I don't know if they are short staffed or what but regardless the women all gave me the feeling that they had a thousand other things to be doing then taking at least 5 minutes to cut each of my dogs nails. But MOST IMPORTANTLY after the two women who were the groomers that day snatched both dogs from me and rushed them up onto the tables and into the harnesses after telling me i had to wait up front instead of making them more comfortable i have never seen my dogs so terrified. In all the times I've taken my oldest to get his nails cut he's never once cried or yelped like he did when this lady continued to cut every single one of his nails as short as she did when it was clearly clearly CLEARLY putting him through so much pain hitting every single one of the quicks in his nails. I don't think I've ever wanted to freak out of somebody more then i did this lady. not to mention once i got my dogs back within the TWO MINUTES TOPS it took her to rush through torturing my dog every single one of his nails had a red dot at the end of them which clearly was blood. Not to mention, i had told the ladies ahead of time that it had been a little while since i had taken them to get their nails cut (which was obviously clear by the length of them) and any groomer would know that the longer the nail, the longer the quick, therefore, YOU CANT CUT THE NAILS THAT SHORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL NEVER HURT MY PUPPIES AGAIN! PLEASE DON'T LET THEM HURT YOUR BABIES NEXT!

The ladies here are wonderful! When I rescued my Lhasa poo mix I had to have him completly shaved. They were the only ones who were able to make time for him on short notice (I called that morning and they told me to bring him in asap that day). Not only were they able to make time for him last minute, but they did a wonderful job given the condition he was in. Since then I have taken both my long hair mixes bi-monthly and occasionally my French bull dog mix to them for grooming/bathing.

I took my 100 pound Great Pyrenees puppy to get groomed for the first time. I'm sure he was a handful but he looked and smelled great after. They also have a store so if you need pet supplies you can get them too.

Excellent pet groomers!! Been going here for over 20 yrs with both cats I had & my toy poodle sadly all 3 have passed. Now I have a Shih Tzu & he's been going here since he was 6 mths old Nelson is now 3 & I get so many compliments on him & I have Pampered Pet to thank for that!! Thanks girl for taking great care with Nelson ❤🐕‍
