They don't always have what you want. However, anything you buy here is less expensive than other stores. It's like going into a one stop flea market. You never know what all they will have but it seems you always come out with more than what you intended to buy there. I will definitely shop here again.

When I visited today, they had one young cashier who was struggling, while a couple of older male employees (one of whom appeared to be the manager) were standing on the other side of the entrance chatting. The kid radioed for help multiple times to have his manager(s) just ignore him. People in line were leaving. Etc.I still can't believe the management treated their customers *and* employee like that.

They had what I was looking for. My first time there. Took some getting used to--very loosely organized.It kinda looked like a bomb exploded in there. Make sure you have time to look all over. The cashier was super nice.

They have some good deals but they don't have some things that you would just assume they would like toilet paper, paper towels. If you use shampoo and conditioner for example and you go there, they'll have a ton of shampoo but no conditioner or a ton of conditioner and no shampoo. You can't match any brands up

3.5 stars. Ollie’s is a discount store that sells products that are leftover from manufacturers and other retailers. I thought that this particular store had a large selection of household products (decor, small appliances, cleaning products, hygiene products, books, foods, clothing, etcetera). I thought that the prices were OK. I bought a couple of things, and the cashier provided excellent customer service.

Exetrenely horrible customer service. I had bought two life vests on June 19th. I had paid in cash. I had just gotten my Ollie’s card earlier that day, and so when we went back cause I thought the store was neat we used my new Ollie’s card. Well we went the marina and didn’t end up needed the vest. Never even been unbuckled. They still had the Ollie’s stickers. The manager was so unbelievably rude saying “Jesus Christ” under his breath. And instead of him as a manager finishing help us gave it back to the poor cashier who had no idea what to do and started helping other guests. Then accused us of buying them a year prior. Meanwhile I just bought them the week before. I will never be back. What a deplorable experience just to return two brand new vests. The manager was miserable from the start he had to come up there. That is NOT how you treat a customer, I was completely aware if I didn’t have my receipt it would be a gift card. But do not swear at a customer. Keep the thirty dollars. You won’t get a penny more from me.

This is like any typical Ollie's I've ever been too. They have cheaper prices in things which is nice. The reason this store gets five stars is because of an employee Teresa. She is so sweet! Thank you for being such an amazing person especially in a time when a lot of people have forgotten how to act. Truly a breath of fresh air.

This store claims they have good stuff cheap??? Hahha that's funny , I couldn't find one single thing in that store that was cheap. It is dirty, messy items are just thrown where they can find a spot. It's a giant ( expensive) junk store. Kmart was 1,000 times better. If you want a throw rug, your better off going to Walmart, unless you want to pay $78-$95 .

I give Ollies 4 stars because it is a maze. You really have to look and it will take more than an hour. However the look is worth it as I have found inexpensive canvas and Arteza acrylic paint in here for cheap and one of my friends found Bag Balm (google that if you do not know what it is) for 1.99 a tin, which is an excellent bargain. So it is worth a visit if you are in the mood to go here to see what they may have. Stock changes all the time too.

Extremely helpful employees. Ollie's always has some unique finds. I purchased a cartful as usual and I bought a large 8x11 rug. The one employee Jamie helped my wife and I get to a rug that was on the bottom of the stack. When we went to check out I had a 15% off coupon. I forgot to remind the cashier to scan it. They told me to come back in 15 minutes once it had gone into the system and then they would fix it. I ran down to the store to get some other items I needed. When I returned, Jamie and her coworker were very willing to re-ring my receipt in order to get the discount. I can't say enough how much I appreciate them being so helpful and having a good attitude.I will say if you do have a coupon make sure you tell the cashier before the transaction and then remind them when you go to pay. Again they were very willing to fix the problem but it did take a little bit of time.

I bought a comforter set on Friday evening. I got home and realized it did not come with sheets. Monday I returned the comforter. I had the receipt and was given my money back. Both times I went to Ollie's I had a great time shopping.

They are now what Big Lots used to be several decades ago - and lots of things from other places that were overstocked, didn't sell, etc. And at good prices.It's also a fun place to go because they'll have things that you never knew existed and items you've never seen anywhere else before.

The aisles are hard to get thru merchandise is left in the middle and are unable to get thru. I went one day to look at linoleum and returned 4 days later and same stuff was blocking multiple aisles making it nearly impossible to get to.

Eh... Not as impressed as I had hoped. This particular store in shaler is very messy, and kind of junkie. Sorry to say 😩However!! The book section is really really large, I felt like I was in a big library! And there are books for everyone! Really great selection of kid books, interactive books, a little bit of everything and the prices are great! We plan on going back just to take our time and look at all the books. If you need a good gift... You'll find one in that book section.
