Ken at North Side Carpet know how to pick them! All of his in-stock carpets are hand selected. No low quality HomeDepot carpets here; Ken only deals in carpets that are high quality and high value. We needed to replace a dining area carpet that was badly stained. The new carpet needed to coordinate with other carpets and furnishing in our great room.Ken met us at his Mt Lebanon location to help us select out new treasure. As we looked through his large selection Ken stopped and said "this is the one." As you can never really be sure until it is in the room we went with Ken's recommendation with the guarantee that we could return it if not completely satisfied. We had our carpets cleaned by Northside Carpet and they came back looking like brand new. We have several pets and there were multiple stains and odors that they completely got out of all the rugs.
