We started taking Nacho to NorthBark when he was a puppy and they treated him like the star he thinks he is. He loves visiting with Sam and we know we are leaving him in great hands. Our dog is a little nervous each time and the staff is able to work with him and calm him down.

I can’t speak enough about North Bark and the people who work here. They are absolute pet people. The love they have for what they do just shows through and through. I am grateful that I found north bark and I absolutely love my groomer Renee!!! My pup loves her. I feel like I’m dropping him off to the spa every time we come here. I have been following Renee for years now and I am so happy she is at north bark. Trust me, if you want to feel safe about where you are taking your dog to get groomed this is hands down the place to take them! Highly recommend! They also have a large variety of cute toys that they change with the seasons and a variety of wholesome dog treats and snacks. Super super cute!!!!

Dogs are family, and the service you get at North Bark is just that -- they treat your dog(s) like their family. Every time I have taken my dog there, I have received a detailed report about how they did, and even the different methods taken to ensure that they were feeling safe and secure during the process.Andie always takes care of my dog, and she does a fantastic job! She puts Maizy's needs first, and always remembers that she does better with a towel dry due to her nervous nature. The other employees have also been great, and they always take their time to ask about your dog and offer pets and love.They have an amazing selection of bandanas to choose from at the end, and there's even the option to purchase toys and high quality treats.

This dog groomer is busy with customers, so new customers might have trouble getting appointments. I am a longtime customer, and I have brought my dog to North Bark Pet Salon many times. The employees treat my dog, husband, and me very nicely. The employees do a bath, drying, nail-trim, and ear-cleaning for my dog, and she always looks and smells great. The salon also sells some treats, collars, and toys.

This salon has groomed my small dog a number of times. I am VERY impressed with their service! They have been very flexible and have treated my dog well. I have been to many groomers over my many years of having dogs and this is one of the best.

Where to even begin! No one has ever taken care of my pup as good as Sam does. She’s the only one who can continuously trim and file my dogs nails. Which are as short and smooth as possible every time! The groomers are great and it seems like the people who work there actually care about the animals and their well being.Sometimes it can be tough to get through with a voicemail message, but I understand they have a very high call volume. And at the end of the day someone ends up getting back to me to get my pup scheduled.Great space, great employees.

The people were very nice and it seemed like a good place to get my pup pampered. I was excited to have her go there as I have been trying to find a nice place with nice staff. I was asked if I had an appointment, I said no I was told walk-ins only for nail trim. They took my pup back and I sat in the front lobby asking about prices for grooming. Once she was done I tried to look at her paws at the salon but my pup was anxious to leave and was acting too crazy for me to inspect her nails. After leaving and getting home I looked at all her paws and realized that her nails were clipped and not even filed down. Which I specifically said that I wanted dremeled and filed. They are extremely sharp and she already got it caught on the carpet. I'm very disappointed with this service as I was hoping to have finally found a nice pet salon. But after this and knowing that grooming costs $120 I could only imagine what that would be like. I'm having to search for another salon.

This is a relatively small place, but busy! There were 3-5 pets being groomed or bathed at various stations, at the same time! I saw 6-8 employees--all busy! All the dogs being groomed were calm & quiet & happy! Service was great! (and fast!) Our dog was happy---his fur was white & fluffy, and he smelled clean & fresh!---he was so "handsome" after his bath and trimming! 🙂*I needed my GPS to find this, as there is no signage to let you know you are in the right place!

We love North Bark!!! I take my doodle, Bear, to Renae and she always does such a great job with him. He comes back in with the best cut and he always smells delicious. I can't say enough good things about this Pet Groomer. They are the BEST. If you have a crazy terrier, they get them. My stylist, Carley is amazing. I am bald, but if I had hair I would have her groom me! Don't go anywhere else.

I've started taking my two rescue dogs (about 70lbs each) to get their nails trimmed at North Bark. I have gone to numerous other places to get their nails done and I was blown away by the professionalism of the team at North Bark. Not only are they very flexible with the walk-in nail trims, but also the groomers were very gentle and patient with my anxious dogs. Very quick and quality service - I would give this place 11/10 if I could!

Mike and staff are beyond wonderful. My dog is always happy to go get groomed and happy when I pick her up; which says a l lot about the staff. I'm certain Mike can share photos, but my girl blows a husky and Shepard coat every season and can cover that salon in white fur, yet she comes out looking absolutely fantastic!Thank you North Bark!

I took my dogs here to get groomed recently and was beyond happy. We just moved to the area and I was looking for a groomer I could trust. I have a dog with severe anxiety and a dog that LOATHES getting her nails trimmed. The people at North Bark were everything I was looking for. They treated my dogs like part of the family. They were understanding and professional. My dogs look beautiful! They also did a nail trim on my dog that hates nails (before they were groomed) and I was so happy! They took good care of my girl and her nails were so much better. I cannot recommend North Bark highly enough!

The North bark salon did a shoddy job. They did not cut my dog's face nor his nails and the tail was left undone. They told me they could not do the job and then wanted me to pay them $65.00 dollars for this unprofessional and incompetent job. I am speaking about my experience with your pet salon. You took my money before the grooming and you even upped the price from $50 dollars to 65 dollars when I came and lied to me that you had someone working on your cash machines at 5pm. There was no one there after working hours that were working on your machines. Your pet salon is unprofessional, unreliable and inappropriate with how you handled my dog and you should not have been paid a cent for your shoody grooming.

I will only take my Golden Retriever to North Bark to get groomed! They do such an amazing job and always groom him exactly the way I ask them to. They also only take an hour or two to groom large dogs, which is a plus when you have a timid pet! The entire team is beyond nice & caring. I know that my little buddy is in good hands when he is getting groomed at North Bark!

I took my Golden Retriever in today for his first grooming experience. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. They trimmed him exactly as I requested - and to perfection. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this pet salon!

We have been using Hilary for over 8 years as our groomer! We followed her to Petco where we were lucky enough to meet Lauren as well! They are more than excellent at what they do! These two treat our pups as if they are family! Professional, attentive, detailed and loving is how I would describe their services! The new salon looks awesome, very inviting and safe for your fur babies! Give them a try you will not be disappointed!!!!!!
