We just got all new flooring throughout our new house and the experience we had with Molyneaux was outstanding!! Cindy Benson was the design consultant that we worked with and she was GREAT!! We knew nothing about flooring and heard some bad experiences with the "big box" stores so we wanted to have the flooring installed correctly the first time. We are very happy with our decision to go with Molyneaux. Cindy spent a lot of time with us finding out what we wanted and where we were going to have it installed and made sure that the flooring matched the walls and kitchen cabinets. She came to our house multiple times, as we had our bathroom floors done a few months after the rest of the house. She came when it was good with our schedule and made the whole process of choosing flooring very easy. The installers were very professional and we trusted their knowledge. They actually gave us suggestions that I don't think other companies would have noticed. We also bought an area rug for our living room and they were able to do that for us and it looks great! This was a huge project and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. Wow!! The overall experience with Molyneaux was incredible.Jeremy and his team were wonderful! They were very quiet while working, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the install and also gave me some guidance how to cover my floor for my bathroom renovation in the coming days.Gina was very kind, brought lots of samples and helped narrow down which carpeting looked best in my space tying in the other rooms.I 100% would recommend Molyneaux to anyone who is looking for in home renovations.

I just used Molyneaux for the first time and had a great experience. Cindy Benson was excellent to work with and really took time to bring samples to my house and give suggestions. She kept me up to date on the progress of the installation and everything went to plan, as expected. Install crew were great and made sure everything was done right. Molyneaux exceeded our expectations and some. Jeanie was absolutely incredible and there every step of the way. Very on top of communication and making sure we got exactly what we wanted and when we needed it as we were in a time crunch. The installers, Franjo and Ilija, were absolutely wonderful - went above and beyond with installing, we have a boiler that we needed them to go around and they made it look even better than we expected. I just want to commend Molyneaux on beautiful work and great customer service. We got LVT installed on our top floor and some carpeting on the stairs. There was a hiccup at first with the install, but I have to say they resolved it quickly and the finished product is BEAUTIFUL. We love our floor. Our installers were also great, Joe and Dan. Very professional, detailed, and timely everyday. We want to thank Molyneaux and our salesman Nolan and hope to work again with you in the future!

We worked with Cindy Benson in the past for carpeting in our family room and were exceptionally pleased with her professionalism and responsiveness. We decided to remove carpeting in our main floor and replace it with lux vinyl. We didn't hesitate to contact Molyneaux and Cindy again and were not disappointed! She goes the extra mile, keeps in touch and responds to any question in less than 24 hours. In our book, she is second to NONE! The products offered are excellent quality. We are well pleased! My husband and I are perfectionists, so we knew we needed to go to the best to have new wood floors installed. We put Molyneaux up to quite the challenge: 3,000 of hardwood floors with seamless flow throughout, and on a tight timeline. Man did they deliver. Kiley and Nolan helped us pick the perfect hardwood, and the installation team was top-notch. Much respect for people that are highly skilled at their jobs, and Joe and Danny are 2 of those people. We've gone the cheap route before and always regretted the final product. No regrets this time!

Molyneaux was fantastic in helping us update our 64 year old flooring in our bathroom. I thought I could handle the job myself until I ran into the cement subfloor. I immediately called and talked to Cindy Benson on a Saturday afternoon. She made time to come to our home Monday morning with samples and got the ball rolling. The scheduler was very helpful and scheduled us immediately once she confirmed tile was in. The installer was amazingly experienced the way he rebuilt and leveled out the subfloor. First time customer of Molyneaux very satisfied would highly recommend and use them again. I understand why they are so highly recommended.

Very pleasant experience. Our consultant Nolan Moore was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Floor was put down weeks after because there was to much moisture and they wouldn't install until the levels went down. They place flooring in my living room, dining room, backroom and hallway. I will be having them do the 2 bedrooms next year. Once the floor was put in it took them one day to do and we are extremely happy with it. I will recommend Molyneaux to everyone.

Our first experience with Molyneaux exceeded our expectations. Our design consultant Susan Polanski was friendly professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions about carpeting. She brought several samples and we chose a quality carpet for our living room and dining room and bedroom. Susan was able to save us alot of money through several discounts and promotions. Wow! We recently had new carpeting installed in our living room, dining room and hall. The installers, Jeremy and Steve, were fantastic. They carefully moved our furnishings and repositioned them after the installation. No mess and no fuss. We are so happy with our decision to use Molyneaux.  From the phone call to set up a home appointment to when the installers left our home each person was professional and kind.Nolan Moore was the sales representative that came to meet with us.  Molyneaux should be proud of him.  He guided us through picking carpet and flooring for our whole house.  We discussed how we use each room and what was the best product for that area.Once we decided on the flooring in our kitchen Nolan took an extra piece wood we had left over from our cherry cupboards with him so they could match the color to the quarter round they installed. It matches beautifully. We were amazed at how perfect the quarter round miter cuts were at each corner, better than the ones they removed.The young man that delivered the flooring a week before the installation called before arriving to let me know when he would arrive and was very kind, professional and on time.The men that laid the carpet and flooring Renato Antunes, Florin Farkas, Goran Lazovski and Nikola Vejnovic were all great.  They let us know when they would arrive, once they arrived they told us what they would do that day, when they took breaks, if they were coming back the next day they cleaned up before they left for the day.  Once each project was done they put everything back and cleaned up, our home looked great when they were done.Not only are we happy with the employees at Molyneaux we love the carpet and flooring.  It all looks beautiful.  Thank you Molyneaux and Nolan for your advice and help.

After a nightmare experience with a local flooring contractor in Wheeling, West Virginia, we started to research companies around Pittsburgh. I found Molyneaux, and was extremely impressed by the reviews. I made a online inquiry and was actually contacted by the owner. After seeing my local flooring company use independent contractors that were not their own employees absolutely ruin our bathroom and kitchen installs, my first question was will your employees install my flooring? Not only do they have their own people, they specialize for tile, carpet and wood. My bathroom floor was installed by Gene, an employee that has been with Molyneaux for over 20 years and installs only tile. Gene did such a great job, we specifically asked that he come back to install the backsplash and tile floor in our kitchen. We have also had Molyneaux install luxury vinyl in our guest bedroom as well. Our sales consultant, Nolan More is awesome. He asks all the right questions about what we are looking for, and brings multiple samples to our home for consideration. He seems to know exactly what we like, and we never have to leave our home. Nolan More is a great asset for Molyneaux and has now helped us with four projects to date. In summary, every person I have had contact with a Molyneaux is a true professional, do incredible work, and I they have truly earned our business for life.

We had a great experience working with Molyneaux in getting new carpet in our home. It was a pleasure to work with Nolan as he was very accommodating with our limited schedule for appointments. He made the selection process easy and was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He provided great service and made the process stress-free as we were relocating to Mt. Lebanon out of state and had the carpets installed few days before the move. Installers did a wonderful job and reached out to us with clarifying questions. I just had new carpet installed today in my family room, stairs and upstairs hallway. I can’t be happier with the result! My design consultant Kylie was so great! She was very helpful with choosing colors and the type of carpets that would be the best for my needs. The installers, forgive me for not remembering their names, were so nice and professional. We were extremely satisfied with Molyneau throughout this entire process! From the start the meeting with our salesman, Nolan, went very well. He was knowledgeable about the product, made a professional appearance, and kept in touch withus as far as delivery date, what to expect, how to care for the product etc. Dwight and his crew contacted us before starting the job and arrived each of the three days right on time. They were very respectful of us as well as careful when they had to move all the furniture. We were actually sorry to see them go. All Molyneau staff were top notch including the office personnel, Kalina and Katrina. The floor looks beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The blue hues really go well with the browns and beiges. Thank you for a great job well done. It was a positive experience.

I do not even know how to begin expressing how ecstatic I am over our new floors! I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Jenn Skeels first came out and met with us in October 2019. She was absolutely wonderful and personable. We talked ahead of time, she brought out many samples for us to look at and was extremely patient while we were super indecisive about what we wanted. We landed on a sample that we loved, but unfortunately it was above our budget at the time. We had asked her for a few different options and she provided those very quickly and more than happy to do so. We ended up tabling the project. Jenn never pressured us to buy or commit. She was extremely respectful. A few months later, we decided to revisit the idea again and reached out to her. She was great. She referenced old notes and emails and came out a second time with more samples all similar to what we had picked the first time! There is nothing worse than having to repeat yourself and we know that she works with many people every day so this was such a nice touch that you only see in smaller businesses. We actually ended up liking one of the other samples even more which is what we chose and got installed! She double checked her measurements, went over everything with us again and kept in touch the entire way. Mike came out about a week after to confirm everything and do a pre-inspect. 2 weeks later the material was dropped off and 3 days after that, our installation began! I was absolutely stunned how quickly they were able to get to us especially with all of the paused jobs from COVID-19 going on.Now, onto the installation! Dwight and Nevin Yoder were absolutely phenomenal. I have never met two individuals who were so hard working, respectful and high quality in any project that I have ever had done. They called the night before with an exact time and showed up a few minutes early the next day. They explained everything that they would do and confirmed all details of the project with me. Anytime a question popped up on color that I wanted or anything, they made sure to run that past me as well. I can honestly say that not a single short cut was taken during the entire job. I was shocked to see that they had gently moved all of our furniture, removed doors/shelves/etc. and put everything back exactly as it was. They cleaned up everything to completely spotless afterwards as well. They even were kind enough to go the extra mile and reinstall a shelf for me that the owners before us didn't install in studs and was pulling out of the wall before they even came. After the installation, it was like no construction had occurred at all which we all know is not usually the case! I seriously cannot rave enough about the Molyneaux team and their attention to detail and client needs. I am actually excited to hire them for future projects as well!! Check out my before & after photos as well. It's like a whole new house and I was happy that it went well with our walls we had just finished painting ahead of time too :).

Man...let me tell you....if you use anybody but Molyneaux, you have lost your mind! From start to finish these people were AMAZING! NOLAN was my sales Rep and he was nothing but stellar! Well versed and knowledgeable about his job function. All of my questions were answered thoroughly in his presence. Now, lets get into the meat and potatoes of it all:1) Prompt appointment keeping and communication!2) Ease of scheduling an installation appointment! (not even a week since the order and they were here!)3) The installers were prompt as well. ALFONZO and his crew were exemplary in their field of expertise. They were all polite, kind, courteous and respectful not to mention the excellent work they provided! They even took apart and moved the funriture out and back in after they finished! They were extremely clean and respectful to my home and my life partner.4) OK.....last but definitely not least, a gentlemen showed up at my door this morning to install a "Transitional Piece" from my bathroom into the hallway. Let me just say one word...ILIJA! Yup, that's his name, the specialist for Molyneaux. This man is a well seasoned individual in carpentry and I am sure a lot more. He came in and like McGiver seemingly whittled a specialty transitional piece that fit and performed like a glove! This guy knows what he is doing for sure! I mentioned to him that i had a few doors that did not fit after the carpet was installed. He then exclaimed "I can take care of that for you sir" and before I had a chance to make a cup of coffee, he was done! I AM TRIPPING! This doesn't happen in the real world! We couldn’t be happier with the new floors and overall experience with Molyneaux. From the personable, professional and knowledgeable design consultant, Jenn - to the prompt and friendly delivery person - to the fast and quality work the installers provided. We replaced carpet with a laminate wood - and unbeknownst to us, when the carpet was removed, there was an area that was uneven. The installers ran out to get supplies to level the floor at no additional cost. Great quality, reasonable price. Would recommend!

Even though sales runs in my blood, I’m not a huge fan of salespeople – especially direct in-home sales. I’ve had a series of bad experiences from companies which shall not be named. I made several appointments with companies across the area during my search for new dining room carpet. Yet, I canceled them all after meeting Bob Thomas. Bob visited our home a few weeks ago, samples and smile in hand/face. He was quick, courteous and extremely helpful throughout our selection process. I was transparent in telling him that I had other appointments already set up, and he was exceptionally respectful. It wasn’t just his demeanor and attitude that impressed me, but his knowledge of the industry and ability to review the installation process with flair. In addition, I loved hearing the Molyneux story (do you know they’re a locally-owned, family-run company? I didn’t). After he left, I thought about it and sent him a text message with a few questions. He called immediately and, after our discussion, I canceled all pending appointments. Our carpet was installed yesterday, just 3 weeks after our order. The installation crew was super quick and did a fabulous job. As I eye up other projects for our home, Molyneux will absolutely be top-of-mind for any future flooring needs. If you need a referral, let me know!

The floor I purchased at the Molyneaux store in Washington Road South Hills location was not the style (herringbone pattern) that I thought I purchased as advertised on their showroom, but I do like the quality of the floor. I would like for our consultant Maggie (from the South Hills store) to know that we so much appreciated her dedication and willingness to make it right for us after we repotted receiving the wrong floor. She followed with us to the end, and that dedication is hard to find these days.
