After 2 different lowes visits with no good advice for alternative roof sealer since no one has the sealer I used 3 years ago I went here. The man who helped me recommended to use a white sealer for my roof due to supply chain issues. I purchased it and completed 2 coats with one bucket! In the future I will go here first for all of my home maintenance projects also it is in the neighborhood!

A really cool store. Worth going in just for the smell. The store has a comfortable feeling to it. Reminds me of the hardware stores of old. It's a great place to visit for all ones hardware needs. Very well stocked. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside is that at times parking can be hard to find.

I really appreciate my local hardware store! Skip the big stores and just come here, there is always someone available to help you find something or advise you on a project. I recently had them cut some trim pieces for my bathroom and the young man who helped me did a wonderful job.

I just went in for the first time. I was greeted immediately and directed where to go to get additional help. I, then, was greeted immediately at the next area. The future mechanical engineer that helped me provided me many different options. I had two complicated fencing needs so he and the owner assisted me (providing options with varying pricing, levels of complication, and items- included some they didn't carry). The owner provided many other creative ideas and the two of them were able to provide me everything I needed. The owner even drafted up one of my fencing plans and ordered other items I needed. They very thorough, friendly, professional, and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here.

Went to get cracked glass on a double pane window replaced. I expected that it would take several days. About 5 hours after I dropped it off I got a call that it was done. Excellent service. Got also good advice on drilling through laminate flooring and a drill bit that worked well.

The girl your counter has a severe attitude problem first I come in there for keys and then I asked for the price and then she just whales my key across the room and hits the hits the wall with my keys I don't appreciate your attitude and and her attitude and you know you need something needs to be done about that

I love this hardware store. I try to support local whenever possible and Miller Hardware makes it easy! They are always so welcoming, friendly, and HELPFUL! I am not a very handy person, but I can go to them with a problem and they help me find the right parts and walk me through the next steps. 💯 recommend!!!

This is the most charming hardware store in Pittsburgh. I’m pretty sure everyone here is blood related. They always ask if I need any help. I was just over at Lowes and I couldn’t find a single soul to help me find stuff lol. Also I like that they have unconventional items like swords and antiques. Ace Miller forever.

This is a fantastic hardware store! They're super-knowledgeable and have helped me out several times, but the last time sealed the deal for me. I went in on a hail-mary looking for a small part for one of my power tools, and though they didn't have it in stock, they pulled one off of their own personal tool collection. How kind is that?!? You will never get service like this at ANY of the big-box stores, so definitely support this local hardware store! Thanks, Miller ACE!

Its great to see all the good reviews. However, I never got a chance to see what they had because I was stopped by two men as soon as I got in the door basically stopping me from looking around. The associate asked me if he could help me and went and found what I needed, now that was great but it was my first time in that store and I would have liked to look around. I had to ask if I was allowed to look around? They said yes after the associate brought my item up. Wont be returning I felt quite uncomfortable.Cashier was very polite at checkout.

For Black Americans, this hardware store is worse than Korean stores following you. They literally followed me around so much two white guys had to come and ask them for help because they were too busy watching me. Pathetic, I will never shop at this pos store again. Matter of fact, I'm not spending my money at no Ace hardware store.

I go here all the time. They have excellent customer service. (You will literally be approached by a store worker like you are walking into a car dealership.)You can return Amazon packages or have them delivered here👌🏽which makes life convenient. They also have equipment/tool rental. I highly recommend Miller Hardware/ ACE for any household fixes you may have, that won't take you for a shakedown.

Clean store nice girl who works there. Keys made quickly. I’ve had great experiences at this store. However they also own the departments above their store I’ve witnessed the owners brother often in conflict with the tenants and throwing around terrible racial innuendos. This to me is just as important to point out - it shows the character and bones of a business.

Have to be the best customer service by far! Have been to Lowe's, have been to Home Depot, and been to all Hardware stores around and never had better customer service my have at this age Hardware this Pacific one focuses on customer service and satisfaction. If you need anything they take you directly to it all you have to do is ask and generally don't even have to ask the grease you soon as you come in or very friendly and give you buy far exactly what you need it it's very fair price I wouldn't recommend any other place other than this Ace Hardware!

Nice and local hardware store. You can find almost everything you need here when you need it. They have helpful employees that will help you find what your looking for. Keep in mind that they may not have everything your looking for so you should probably call them in advance. You can find parts here and tools. They offer a wonderful selection of paints and parts that you need.

The staff here is very helpful. They offer a variety of services and have a nice selection of goods. I got all of my locks changed here by bringing in my door knobs and dead bolts for $15 a pop! Cheaper than hiring a locksmith for sure!

These folks have survived for 100+ years and are obviously doing something right. Since moving into the neighborhood, I have bugged them many times with how-to questions, even though I wasn't making huge purchases. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The person at the register always greets customers with a smile and directs you to the proper place.

Have been going to Millers for years. Not only are they a great hardware store with quick attentive customer service they also are are a small repair shop. Need your mower fixed they can do it. Need a new window screen they can make it. All in all a great asset in our community.

This place is fantastic! They are extremely friendly and helpful. They do minor repairs -- lamps, vacuums, rivet guns and even let me rent a step ladder for the weekend. Every time I visit, I am reminded of what the gold standard of customer service looks like.

I love this hardware store! You can literally know absolutely nothing about home renovation or tools, but still get everything you need & all ur questions answered. You can even walk in with a handwritten list from ur husband or father, and just hand it over to an associate & they will get you everything on ur list easy as pie! This is the only hardware store I'll use!
