The people stocking were very nice however cashier number 3 today at 220 pm was so dang rude and miserable and really should not work customer service,rang up the same item several times when i showed her she got rudeness really shined! If you don’t like people please don’t work customer service.

Me and my mom visited this place today to buy household items for my new apt I’m moving in and one of the employees (Selda) offered help to us and made sure we got everything we needed. Right from the start, she graciously offered her assistance and went above and beyond to ensure we found everything we needed. Selda's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and her guidance throughout our visit was invaluable. Without a doubt, she is the epitome of a wonderful store employee. I can't express how grateful we are for her assistance, and I genuinely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. A heartfelt thank you to her for making our day so much brighter! :))

There is always something you can find here. I always can find a pair of shoes cheap for me for about $40 and they have jordans every once in awhile i can find for my boyfriend. Shoes for my kids are a hit or miss sometimes.

A little bit of everything! I bought some luggage for an up coming trip and I absolutely love it. I definitely got a great deal on the brand IT luggage compared to what I found online. For me it's hit or miss on finding something I'm looking for right now but they have some really nice stuff that I end up buying. I think it's always worth the stop to check for new things.

Nice front end associates however managers are entirely rude to their associates and guests. Great deals throughout. The manager working Dec 19th at 430p shouldn't be in leadership. She lacks customer service skills and needs to fix her attitude. We are keeping the store open not this manager.

Firstly I LOVE that they are pet friendly! I take my dog here as often as I can to get him out and about. The staff is super nice and love it when I bring him.It's nice to come here, it's kind of like an adventure...you never know what you're going to find. The prices are good, but sometimes their original price is way over exaggerated, and you can get ripped off, so pay attention...but seriously, take it from me DO NOT USE THE RESTROOM HERE---FILTHY NASTY!

This is a larger store Marshalls, located in Robinson Town Center development. I usually go to the one on Greentree Road, which is much smaller. This store was very well stocked, clean and easy to find things. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. I enjoyed seeing the home-related items and there was a clearly marked Clearance section at the back of the store. Clothing sections are well marked and shoes well organized to find sizes and styles easily. Nice shopping experience and good values.

This Marshall's has gone down within the past 2 years. Employees are not friendly and they look sloppy (appearance/dress attire).The store is unorganzied and racks are jammed with clothes that it makes it a chore to shop as I don't like digging.Shelves with miscellaneous items on clearance are messy and a lot of broken ones as well.

I pretty much only come here for clothes because there is a great selection and the prices are unbeatable. I do browse the other sections, which have a lot of items that have a great price point as well. They have a lot of different designer clothes at reduced prices. You can't beat that.

I usually don't have luck finding stuff here but went for my son. We found a bunch of name brand shirts (polo, Adidas, Nike etc.) for low prices! We even found an Adidas bookbag for less than half price. Glad I gave this place another shot!!

Huge selection, and cheaper prices then most other clothes stores. Most time have my shoes in my size, unlike everywhere else. Have a little of everything, clothes, things for the home, food items. Always enjoy shopping at this location, it is larger then some of the others.

I honestly did not like the selection of apparel for men or women. It was a very older 50's style selection. If you're 50 & older this is your spot.

Shopping for gifts. No coats in size 2x or 3x. Very small seclectuon for women clothing. Prices were goog. I shop a lot for other people at Robinson township. Please restocked will be returning 12-13-21 thank you.

This place is a ghetto. Night stock the store. One or two people who actually want to work could do it in a shift. Focus all your employees efforts on ringing register. No item you sell is even close to a value for how long you have to wait to check out.

One of my favorite places to shop. They're so well organized and always in season. Lots right now for activewear. Shoe selection is pretty good I like the display and organization of shoes here. Intimates section is a little sparse and disorganized. Home goods section is actually pretty good. I mean who doesn't love Marshalls?

Would highly recommend shopping here if you don't mind looking for deals and sorting through clothing. If thats not for you go somewhere else. I picked up 3 Under Armour quarter zips for $50 when the retail value was over $180.

Honestly, I've seen better Marshalls, but every once and a while, you can really find some good deals on shoes. I've bought several pairs of hiking shoes, and boots here. Their prices are some times half as much as you would pay at the larger name brand stores, and who wants to pay more, especially, when they are just going to get dirty, hiking the trails.

I was watched the whole time I shopped here and I work in security so I understand the theft risk in retail but I was followed by two women the whole time I bought 600 dollars worth of clothes if it wasn't for my cashier and how nice and understanding he was I would have left everything at the counter! I will never shop there again!
