Did not shop the store. I began daily walks in the mall three days ago. Walking by the interior entrances, the store is overwhelmingly inviting. Full and in-stock from the front door to the back door. Both floors. A Toys R Us is on-site. I will have to visit it...I'm a past TRU Store Director. I met Barbie 1996 at my Langley Park, MD location. I was one of two stores with the blue bubble front. Robinson Town Center was the other.Enough! Macy's will be my next store of destination when needed.1996 photo attached.

Macys is a great place to find those gifts you can't normally find. Prices a little high but this is one of very few left so it's worth paying more for a good thing. The people are very helpful not pushy and they are more then willing to help you find those things you maybe can't. 👍Macys

I love Macy's ! Great quality merchandise. If you find something on their Website that isn't available in the Store, they send it to your home - for free. This has happened to me several times. Sales People are always extremely helpful. Get great deals & coupons if you have their Credit Card. One of my favorite places to shop. It's all good at Macy's.

I parked so that I would be able to enter on the second floor since I had to go to men's clothing. When I walked in the door I was absolutely shocked!!!! I said to a woman who was arranging clothing on a rack " am I in macy's?" I felt like I was in a thrift store not the department store I always love. Not only do they have a Toys r Us located inside Macy's but Macy's also has their own toy department along with that. Oh I also forgot to say that they have a Finish Line shoe store . All the racks of clothes when you first walk in the door are all called " last chance". Yeah because nobody wants the low quality clothes that they're selling there now. I went there for two reasons, one being I needed new lingerie and second the Polo department for men. Couldn't find the lingerie department. The selection of Polo clothing was so small I could have fit it in my closet at home. So very disappointed, this used to be my very favorite store to buy everything. So sad, no wonder they're closing stores because nobody wants to shop there anymore because there's nothing there better off going to Walmart and I hate to say that.

First clothes purchase at Macy's in over 25 years. Their customer service was just as amazing as it was back then. I will be routinely going again.

Their employees are awfully snotty for a company that’s losing 800% profit per year! We bought a necklace and it immediately broke when I tried it on so we brought it back to the store to see what we could do either buy a new chain or get it fixed and they told us it would be 400$ to get a new chain when the original necklace was retailed at 250$. The lady at the counter was very rude about the whole thing and made us feel very uncomfortable. Poor quality jewelry and unprofessional customer service, will never spend another dollar at macys. Support your local jewelers instead.

I was in the store on 2/2/24 at around 3:30. I had stumbled on a Coach bag that piqued my interest, but the price portion of the tag had been pulled off, so I was digging through the bag for it when I stumbled upon a return receipt with the matching SKU number for the bag showing it having been sold for $170 plus tax. The bag retailed normally for $298. Karen was working the floor by the MAC counter so she pulled the bag from the shelf and proceeded to explain that it must’ve been a return, so she was going to call the department manager over. When Katie arrived, she reiterated the situation while my husband attempted to negotiate a discount of sorts for the bag, as it was obviously a return. Katie cost the store a sale of any kind on the bag, failing to offer any solution whatsoever to the situation. My husband was also there to shop for suits, as he’s been a star rewards member for many years and has had pretty good luck with the fit of some brands Macys carries. Suffice it to say we came ready to spend hundreds of dollars and left without spending anything. I have a history of strained experiences with shopping at Macys, and this is another example of why it pains me to purchase from this company.

rudest lady working at the checkout near the dresses. ZERO STARS FOR HER. My pregnant sister had her hands full of things from other stores and all she wanted was a bag to combine her items in. We went up to the register near the dresses and asked for one. The older lady with purple eyeshadow up to her brows looked at my sister like she was asking her for organs and said in a sarcastic rude old fashion tone “we cannot just give you a bag” and then repeated herself and rolled her eyes. happy holidays to you too. When did this start where you can’t give people bags?

I was at Macys getting my makeup done at MAC which this is my second time getting it done here since September. ( Both times were for a wedding). They were amazing both times. It did take a little longer due to customers needing assistance or calling but over all, I looked great. When it comes to weddings, or events like that I like to get my male up done and feel and look different than my normal day to day.

Excellent dress department! I purchased both a rehearsal dinner dress and Mother of Groom dress here today. Huge selection of styles, colors and sizes. Purchased earrings, shoes and shapewear all in one place. All of the associates I dealt with were extremely nice! The dress department here had way more of a selection of cocktail/formal dresses than Ross Park. Glad I made the trip to Robinson Mall!

They have a nice jewelry collection and I went in today to get good quality gold jewelry while on a budget. The salesman was extremely somber, impatient and not quite helpful. He seemed rather angry. I must not have been worth “his time”. I would’ve actually bought something more expensive had he not been so impatient. Treat your customers well no matter how you perceive them based on their appearance.

Don't tell my husband I was here!I actually used the ladies lounge. Very clean, well lit excellent counter space for me to use to freshen up before heading out to meet my cousin.I did appreciate the fact that there were exits all over the store. This helped me avoid passing 2 of my biggest weaknesses shoes and sunglasses.If I am ever at the mall again I will most likely return to this fabulous place.

I went in looking for a specific perfume that I didn't remember the name of even though I was wearing it lol. A woman in the perfume section was actually able to smell it on me and tell me which one it was. Amazing considering how many strong perfumes were are in the area it's a little nauseating. The sales people are a little like sharks though because the store was pretty empty and they kinda aggressively try to sell you stuff ( I know that's their job lol)

I haven't been shopping in years and was surprised and disappointed with the condition of the store. No much selection and it was kind of a mess too! It had been so long since I'd shopped (pre covid) that I was in shock with the prices also! On the bright side I met a VERY helpful salesperson! Ken was pleasant and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me until I found everything I needed!!! Thank you so much Ken!

Never been a fan or impressed with Macy's stores as most of their items are old fashion.Overly priced items. Women's clothes to me are outdated.Just walked in and walked out.Nothing changed, store is disorganized in certain departments. Employees not helpful and knowledgeable about their own products.
