Been coming here a few months now. Every employee has been very helpful and knowledgeable about the medicine they have available. They have a wonderful rewards program and have an app as well. So convenient. Best dispensary in the state in my opinion. If you haven’t been there yet you definitely won’t be disappointed with your visit.

I had a wonderful conversation with Jordan.He took the time to explain liberty wallet, the discount system, and was a very polite and engaging while speaking on the phone.The shop is very clean, and almost always has more than enough staff to respond to orders they get during the day.10/10

I love this place. Great customer service skills, awesome environment. Will be informative and chat if need be or get you on the go if you're in a rush. They are very accommodating. Love the veteran discount and liberty wallet. So convenient. Will always be my go-to. Would recommend and do recommend

The product is pretty good here, although sale item flower is often really dry. My last 2 visits were disappointing for another reason though. I always order online and the last 2 times an item was missing from my order. No advance warning. I like to choose product online because I can do so at my own pace and examine terps etc. Shopping in-store that way really isn't possible so I left both times with less than I ordered. Why let us put the item in our online cart if it's sold out? And why not notify us so that we can pick something else?? Most recently, the bud tender didn't even tell me the product wasn't available or an apology that 1/3 of my order wasn't fulfilled. Just bagged up my other 2 items and that was it. Very disappointing!

I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries. I’ve been coming around since the program opened. I’ve never been refunded for any product that I’ve got!.Ever!! I’ve lost thousands of dollars that I just was burnt on,now there are some good people up there. Don’t get me wrong but out of all the dispensaries I believe this place you’re just going to get the product pushed on you that they need pushed.. I feel if it’s a medical thing they should be more worried about the product and the patients needs, not money! It shouldn’t be considered a medical thing it’s just another way for people to make money off of you and pretend like they’re doing it for medical benefits.i Stay away from this dispensary just because I get that feeling. But again, let me say there are good people up there. I’m just getting bad products. I should not have to take time out of my day now that I’m allowed to return items all of a sudden, to run to the weed store Constantly returning products that are failing and not working. Not a bad place not bad people just more faulty products in my experience than not. And more push what they can to make money.

When I obtained my medical card I never imagined all of the knowledge I would gain that would greatly benefit the reasons I was approved for it.For me it's way deeper than just getting stoned, I wanted to learn about terpines and how each one has a specific purpose, pros and cons depending on your ailment.Knowing what you are putting into your body is so important.For me i found Terpinoline is actually an anxiety aggravator which is found in a lot of the Sativa strains.I always chose it because It was the one that wouldn't put you to sleep ,you could still function.Downside is it was aggravating my anxiety and I didn't even know it.Knowledge is power.The staff is absolutely AMAZING, I have NEVER had a bad experience.I always left with a smile on my face and a new knowledge and respect for the plant.It's not about just getting stoned , it's about quality of life.No withdrawal from anti anxiety meds, no more being a guinea pig for Big Pharma.No more horrible side effects from the doctors pushing their most recent popular drug down your throat.Always wanting to load people up on the most horrible things for "normal life things"Now I feel like I have a responsibility to advocate for patients that are under 18 who desperately need the benefits from this plant but they are being discriminated against because of their age and because these doctors don't want to get sued.The logic is ridiculous.These doctors will dole out hundreds of thousands of deadly opiates that are a known killer but they are scared of marijuana that they KNOW FOR A FACT WOULD BE A GAME CHANGER FOR THEIR PATIENTS.But a lot of them are scared even though they know it's a better, safer alternative.At that point you should just quit your job for not advocating for the quality of life of those patients.I'm grateful to everyone that has helped me gain the knowledge I needed to help myself and advocate for others around me that are still suffering.Y'all know who you are.

Just found this dispensary a few months ago. Very pleased with every visit! Every employee is phenomenal in customer service and very knowledgeable about their medicine they have. They have the best rewards program in the program! Definitely recommend stopping in and checking them out.

If you are new, this is the dispensary you want to go to. Super non-intimidating, very chill, and the staff is super friendly! It is very easy. They have always been so helpful and kind here too! The reward’s system on the app is also great.

One of my favorite dispensaries around! I normally order/pick-up during the week and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Everything I’ve tried from their in-house brand, Strane, has been 10/10. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming, would definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming here since I got my med card for my troubles and let me just say- this staff is so kind. while i do think there are some stock issues they’re always helpful and kind. I’ve been in there before when having a particularly hard day and they know how to make it right! they have a lot of knowledge and have taught me a lot about what i know now. I had gotten my medical card back in September and I live close to Dormont and Liberty was the first dispensary that came up near by! I THANKFULLY went and have never went anywhere since.. the staff is always has a smile on their face and are super knowledgeable about their jobs when asking questions about certain products and always have incredible suggestions when explaining exactly what you’re looking for. I had the pleasure of meeting Noah today who was such a SUPER employee! Very welcoming and friendly, I can’t say enough great things about Liberty.. do yourselves a favor and go check them out! For the most part I love the dispensary but after today I’m looking 👀 at them different I love miles away so when I shop here is cost but I love the quality and service today I made an order and apparently something happened within store and they just randomly closed abruptly without any communication ℹ probably keep my money away from now on

Worst part about this whole place the manager he got a mouth on him for no reason he came to the door asked me if I had an online or in store order and I said I don’t know because my order was dismissed. He made me feel so uncomfortable I wanted to get out of that store so fast I’ve never felt like that in any other store I’ve ever been in my entire life this man has anger issues, so please if you’re gonna go to liberty on W. Liberty Ave., Dormont try to avoid the manager and yet I’m gonna continue to go there cause I do I like the store. The manager just got a chip on his shoulder everybody but him was helpful so I think the staff for being very helpful with your manager. I don’t even think you should have that position if you’re gonna make the customer, feel like they did something wrong. All I did was come to spend my money at your store and you made me feel so belittled and small because I said I wasn’t wrong had no attitude. Just wanted to get in and at this point.

John and Bob in particular are so welcoming and I had such a nice experience talking with them. I've worked in cannabis for two years and still learned so much new information from this team. With a staff that is genuinely excited and proud of their product, this is so much more than just a visit to pick up medicine. Thank you Liberty for being the BEST dispensary in the PA program.

My first time was a couple days ago and I was so impressed, what a wonderful dispensary!!! I paid a dollar for an 1/8 when I renewed with leafwell as well as the bud tender was super and helped me perfectly! Everything was really good quality, and they way they do wallet paying saves at least 8 bucks, just not using an atm! The deals are great and the points are different than other places kinda better. 5 stars yall!!! I'll be back soon lol

Really great experience!! Dennis was super helpful with my huge order (every had to be manually put in as it was my first order) And Nic(I think!) was lovely to talk to while I was waiting! The rewards program seems to be very worthwhile, especially the wallet app, being able to transfer directly from my bank without a fee. The location and parking is great and super accessible, and the parking lot (if you don't get a street spot) is only a storefront or so down, with a handicap parking spot as well.Overall, I really recommend checking this one out, deals are great, rewards are great and the location is mint! :)

Just found this dispensary the other day. I’m very pleased with it. Staff was amazing and knowledgeable! It’s very easy for me to get to. They have a very nice first time patient discount as well as a points system. Also their menu is very easy to navigate. Highly recommend trying their house brand called Strane!

So I do not possess a Med card just yet. I'm in the process of that, but for the time being my fiancé has hers So I'm going to let her do the reviewWhen you first walk in there are two chairs that you can sit and wait before going inside to "the back" and also there are two chairs inside there as well just in case they are working on your order and it isn't ready when you arrive. The budtenders are very nice and helpful. Online orders are recommended, (but not required) because of simplicity and time efficiency. I would also like to say that this place is very clean and tidy. They got their stuff in order👌🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
