It's nice to have options that aren't GE in the area. The people here are nice, many of them having worked here for some time. The problems are things like a deli closed at inopportune times and a lack of variety on the shelves. It's a good value, though.

I went into the store two weeks ago purchased two scratch off tickets using my debit card walked away. Put the stuff in my pocket. Get home later that night come to find out it was charged $30 for tickets and I only purchased too, so I reach out to the corporate office ask them to investigate. They didn’t do too much investigation. There is a camera that’s pointed out the lottery machine and they also do the money drop for the machine so they know there was either an extra ticket in there or I was overcharged, but it was only $10. I wouldn’t spend no more money and his store.

The Kuhn's on McKnight is one of the nicest ones. Great deli. Great meat dept. This Kuhn's is big but it has a local neighborhood grocery store feel.

everything is 2 or 3 dollars more than what you can get elsewhere but they're paying $13 an hour which is $2 under the min wagei was making $14 an hour in fast food 3 years ago before inflationaldi pays $16 and everything there is cheaper? ? ?wont be returning sadly

Ya management is a joke, somehow my manager spreads my health info specifically an ailment around the store then tells another employee I was talking about him, so he threatens me and after 3 yrs I get transferred ultimately forcing me to quit and nothing happens to either one of them, gotta love that one, but its okay, that store is a joke, it's worse than middle school, if you are looking for employment do yourself a massive and look elsewhere...

Thank god they have a new manager. The old manager wasn’t doing well in the store at all. New manager is much better and knows what he is doing and gives a care for everything.

This Kuhn’s used to be our go-to grocery. Something has changed in the last couple of months.The meat cases need a good cleaning. They’re getting that “we don’t really care odor.” The chicken is looking bad and prices are not that good.The staff is not bad but nowhere as friendly as they were.Prices are missing throughout the store (it getting more like GE all the time).We still stop by on occasion but we are spending more time at Shop n Save these days as well as the Kuhn’s in Shaler.We are still not sure what the Kuhn’s store card is for?

Love this store. Usually well stocked. And ordering for pickup is really good. They have it ready when it is scheduled. The only problem is with the delivery part. They are partnered with doordash and they are awful. Out of 4 times trying to get delivery 2 times the driver didn't show up.was called by a Kuhns rep. and was told it wasn't doordash's fault but and error made at the store. Kudos for owning up to their own mistakes.

Great place to shop for Groceries! I always stop here when I am staying in town visiting family. I used to do my Grocery shopping here when I lived in Pittsburgh Pa. Everything easy to find and the Cashiers are always friendly! One of Pittsburgh's greatest secrets!

Just stopped in for fresh ground coffee but ended up getting 4 awesome plush/squeaky toys for my dog (4 for $5). She has great fun ripping them apart and scattering the stuffing so it looks like it snowed in our house. My cold brew coffee turned out amazing also!

The store is a bit dated but the staff are always very nice and friendly. Prices rival giant eagle but unfortunately don't match Walmart or Aldi prices. Their deli and hot food is really delicious, and I recommend the fish on Friday's.

Where do I start. Honestly the staff was fine, the store was clean enough. But it was like walking into a relic of small grocer america with the prices of Whole foods. And not a single aspect of it brought any welcomed nostalgia. It smelled and looked like a shop'n'save with the depressive demilitarized feeling of a Sav'a'lot.I would literally go to any other store or gas station to purchase something before going back in there. They charged $.99 for a SINGLE yoplait yogurt. Even giant eagle doesn't have a mark up that blatantly greedy. Pass.

Pork meat quality is very bad and expensive. Had a weird taste that I get from old pork. Also had a big chunk of fat that was like 1/4 of the cut that I got. Just terrible.

Free guest Wi-Fi is down!!I usually relax in the café area with my beverage and use the free Wi-Fi service but not anymore, asked a manager about it they didn’t care or show any concern. 👎🏻

Stopped this morning to pick up several items. This store is absolutely beautiful and clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The produce and other aisles are well stocked. Although I normally go into Kuhn's for their weekly specials, I have no problem picking up other items at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this store

This store could be used as a set for a zombie apocalypse movie. It is dirty and in disrepair. The staff working when I visited (8 p.m. on a Thursday) were mindless and more of a hindrance to shopping than a help, sending me to the wrong aisle for the product I was looking for.I found three products that were expired on the shelves and brought them tall male employee, maybe in highschool, who responded: "So what do you want me to do?".Never again.

Im a regular at this Kuhn's. The people in the deli are extremely nice and great at there jobs. Gary the produce manager really knows his onions and the other fruits and veggies. Always a clean store and well stocked. The young gentleman that works the ice cream always goes out of his way to make sure I get my Bryers when the freezer is low on stock. Great people and great store

I've been shopping at Kuhn's for a few weeks, it's convenient to get my groceries and the only issue I had was the fact their produce was always in poor condition. I can't tell you how many times I bought produce just to go home and discover it was bad and had to throw it out. The other issue is how obnoxious their self check outs are, it's extremely frustrating to ring out just to be dinged at and yelled at by a machine because I removed a bag from the area. However both are completely minor and that's not why I'm writing this review.Around 8:30 tonight, I had to make a quick stop to Kuhn's. Being I parked my car at Target and the weather was so beautiful I decided to walk to Kuhn's. I had multiple extremely HEAVY bags that I could not carry as there were too many so I was going to go to my car, put my groceries in the trunk and BRING THE CART BACK. Midway, a sales associate who was handling the carts started to yell at me and follow me saying I needed to return the cart to the store. I explained to him my situation and that I was going to bring it back, he insisted I take the bags out of the cart and use a cart from Burlington because they were closing...it was 8:45 by the time I returned the cart, it would've been back there by the time they closed. I argued with him and he was very rude and acting like I was going to take the cart home. I told him multiple times I was going to return it and my car was at the end of the parking lot. He went to get the cart from Burlington and I decided that I did not have the time to argue with this associate. So I took all of my bags out and carried them, one of the bags broke spilling out all of my stuff. This was completely unacceptable and I don't think I will be returning due to his rude behavior over a shopping cart. I get many people don't bring them back, however, I was and he was being all extra for nothing. Completely unprofessional to yell like that and stalk me halfway across the parking lot too, I felt targeted and harassed.

I bought a nice Boston cream cake here today, I can't wait to eat it! Their bathrooms have nice heating too and it was pretty clean smelling and cozy. I almost fell asleep in there. Good customer service!

They have already made up fresh hoagies to go. They are right by the door as soon as you walk in. Good prices. Hardy sandwiches. Italian roast beef ham egg salad tuna salad. Several sizes to choose from. Worth taking a look at.

This particular Kuhn's is my favorite. It is the perfect size. It is not incredibly huge like the Giant Eagle stores and yet it is not small like the Shop and Save and some of the other Kuhn's grocery stores. This store always has great sales and is very convenient to get in and get out of. However, the deli department is a group of people that have no personality and seems to be pretty lazy also. I've also noticed the bathroom in the back is utterly filthy and needs completely remodeled and from then on kept clean.

They usually have what you want from the weekly supplement. They usually are reasonable in price.You just don't to buy the processed prepared foods at the deli. I know a few people who have purchased things like ready made Mac & cheese and it was sour and she had food poisoning. How long does this food set there. You ask the people behind the counter if it is fresh they don't know. Don't buy it. It usually isn't fresh. Maybe 1 or more weeks old. DO NOT EAT ITI warn you. Anybody can make it. Just read the directions. And don't get sick😀

Take my brother there. Did some shopping for myself. It's a nice store. People are friendly and helpful. Where I live the store is not anywhere around. Was a nice experience
