I've always loved shopping at the Kohl's in Robinson. The staff there are always friendly and helpful. For example. in my latest visit to the store I was greeted and assisted by Karen, who is a manager, and she was very kind & helpful in making sure I'd found what I needed and she me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Thanks so much! i definitely will continue to shop there and I highly recommend it to others.

Staff always kind & helpful...TYEven when you forget to bring your Kohl's credit card, it is so convenient to be able to charge.Clerks assist in finding unexpected sales & gaining Kohl's cash...No Problem!

This is a good Kohl's store. It is in a small shopping plaza in the Pittsburgh Western suburbs. Only Kohl's and a major Auto parts retailer here. Around 10 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport and about 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. Fairly easy in and out here. Selection is good. We were in and out quickly and got all we needed for our church's Angel Tree Christmas gifts. Kohl's is a decent broad based category retailer. Will stop by here again I'm sure.

Associate Lisa G & Store Manager Greg were excellent! They were very attentive and had excellent customer service! Thr two of them listened to my concerns and really heard me. I left a satisfied customer ! They redeemed kohls after I had a bad experience on phone/ chat regarding online order . They saved the day!!!

Wonderful shopping experience with my Daughter and Son-in-law. Congenial CashierWith all the promotions and coupons I was able to get a lot more for the money I spent.and that would make anyone.Happy and that's exactly what I was.

The employees are rude, walk by customers without greeting them and are short when asked a question. There is always a wait to check out and the Amazon return desk workers are the worst. The fitting rooms are filthy and need a good dusting. You go to try on clothes and the dust makes it all over your clothes and the clothes you try on.Take your money somewhere else.

I just love kohl’s in Robinson this store has so much and very friendly staff very knowledgeable and helpful is nice to have that in a store today sales are good most of the time only thing I would like to use my kohl cash the same day and not have to wait

See similar reviews nothing changes, took an elderly person to the store, asked for assistance a woman with dark hair and glasses pointed with a huge frown,she was using a device and it was evident she was interrupted. Walked the store, did not find the item, bought it elsewhere online..

Lizzie at the Sephora store in Robinson PA. She knows her craft she went above and beyond with helping me find my perfect shade she narrowed it down to 2 colors gave me samples told me to try them and I couldn't decide that's how good her choices were she listen to what I wanted instead of forcing me to buy stuff that I might not of been happy with it's because of her that I will go back I will continue to ask her help with other things I'm looking for she's that good. I hope kohls gives her accomodations cause she's very valuable to that business and she listens extremely well. Thanks Lizzie😘

I am not sure what happened to this store. Their prices and merchandise are not what it used to be. They will probably be going out of business as they are not competitive like Marshall's, TJMaxx or Ross.

Oh my! The shoe department was an absolute mess. But the worker who came up to us was very nice in the junior department. I couldn’t look for any shoes though at this store because of how messy and disgusting it was. I hope this was just a bad day and not how it looks all the time.

I visit Kohl's on a regular basis, usually for Amazon returns. They are typically very quick about getting returns processed and it is awesome that they give you Kohl's cash or a percent discount for the store just for doing the Amazon returns. The customer service for Kohls returns is great. I can always find something I need here.
