First time I have been at this groomer and I will remain loyal. The care and concern for my dog was top notch. Kait noticed an issue with my dog that I had not seen and called me right away; I could hear the concern in her voice. Her main focus was me getting my dog to the vet and nothing else. My dog ended up being ok, just needed medicine but I cannot express how much I appreciate this groomer. In addition, my dog looks absolutely fabulous. 5 Diamond stars in my eyes and will be in yours too if you get the opportunity to have your dog groomed here!!

Cavs are not an easy breed to trim, but Rachael does a fantastic job at keeping my boy looking so handsome. He loves going to see her every time. I’m so glad I found a precise groomer.

They seemed to put more emphasis on making money than the well-being of my pup. The lady who groomed my dog twice gave me attitude each time and seemed to have a great lack of knowledge about different breeds and hair styles, always suggesting to just shave my dog down. I've been to far better grooming salons than this one. Also Kait is rude and won't even speak to you, not a good look for the owner.

Kait, the owner, grooms my two dogs, and she’s the best! My dogs both have separation anxiety and don’t like to be in dog crates while they wait, but she puts them at ease and keeps them calm! They always look so cute and adorable! Everyone who works there is so friendly and patient. I highly recommend!

After bouncing around to a bunch of different groomers, we finally found “the one!”(I’m a crazy dog mom and wanted to make sure I found somewhere I fully trust.) They are so kind every time we have been in there and it’s apparent that they love what they do. PLUS they are extremely good at it! She smells and looks good for weeks. I only have positive things to say about Kait's Grooming Gallery! We found it through following our previous groomer to this new place. Location and parking are good. Competitively priced and worth every penny! Rachel loved our previous dog so much and mourned with us at his loss, so when we got our new dog, we couldn't wait to take her to see Rachel. Our new dog is fearful of new places/ experiences, so Rachel was to come in early to cut our dog's nails before any other dogs arrived. Rachel offers grooming earlier than the place officially opens. All the employees are nice and understanding, but our direct experience is with Rachel. I like that Kait offers text reminders.

I was using Kait's for almost two years. One of her groomers left and I was told to find another groomer. Not very happy! All of this was done in a text message. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned!! Luckily I found another groomer to take care of Roo.
