The gals in this JF are sweet as can be. Several older ladies working there too (good for them!) and I’ve enjoyed chatting to them in particular. One time one of them even walked all the way up to the register with me to make sure I got the sale price on an item I wanted. She didn’t have to do that but she wanted to make sure that it rang correctly. I thought that was really nice They are just peaches. 😊

Nice place, but every time I go there, there is something wrong with the bathroom. Last time there was hand soap everywhere and the time before that the trash can was %130 full. Complained to the number on the door, so I'm hoping such never happens again.Update: Went there a few days ago and it was nicer. The staff were also nice and helpful with finding the perfect shiny silver we need.

I went in JoAnn today on a mission to find some fabric to make mug rugs for little gifts and also material to make a small tablecloth and the lady at the back cutting table was the sweetest! She complemented me on my choices of colors and patterns and then proceeded to help me find even more material for more ideas. I believe her name was “Sourbah”-a sweet little lady who made my day much brighter! JoAnn had everything I needed and then some since this little lady was so helpful and kind. Then I went up front to the cashier, appropriately named “JoAnne” and she was also so kind and helpful. She was truly interested in my projects and gave me more suggestions and even offered to give me some of her material she had at home(it had scripture verses on it and I told her I’d been searching for that). How sweet was that?! Anyway, sorry such a long story but I just wanted these two kind women to be appreciated and recognized for their great contribution to JoAnn. They are what we need more of in this world! I’ll be back for sure!

One of the best Joann Fabrics around, it's unbelievably huge! They have everything from A - Z and the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first time going to this Joann Fabrics as it's a 45 minute drive from my home, but this experience I've had at this location, it will be the only Joann Fabrics store that I will be shopping at from now on! It's a must to stop and check out, with everything they have, I promise you'll find exactly what you need, and even more that you didn't know you even needed! 10/10!

The store itself was good: most staff were helpful, and most things you'd want were in stock. I think a distinguishing factor I want to talk about is Evan, a Sewist who was hugely helpful.I approached Evan as a total novice to sewing, for a cosplay I'm putting together. Evan proceeded to help answer all of my questions in a way I could understand, providing me excellent guidance on the various approaches I could take that were suitable for my comfort level and budget. Evan must've spent overall 20-30 minutes with me making sure I knew what I needed, and where to get it, demonstrating great expertise and patience, even bringing up some other ideas for future expansion into my hobby.Given that Amazon is eating a lot of brick & mortar stores' lunches, people like Evan are what make these types of physical locations still worth going to. After all, the Internet provides an abundance of resources. Evan, on the other hand, is an example of in-house expertise & perspective that makes it worth giving a location your patronage. I can't emphasize enough how valuable it is to have people with firsthand perspective in your locations, if it wasn't for Evan I probably wouldn't have had the first idea of what to buy or where to go.

Very pricey! Store was hot. Lack of customer service reps. I used to love the handouts with upcoming events. Cashier okay but a little bohemian. I am old school and like more subdued work attire. I plan on buying my crafts and things online from other businesses. I doubt that I will waste my time going to Joann's!

So the discounts and coupons are great. Usually my wife and I have no problems here. We just got back from there and I felt like I was just talked to very rudely. The one picture frame we wanted to purchase didn’t have a tag on it. When we went to the counter Judy was there and I told her. The tone I got in return and the attitude I got was totally uncalled for. I was just trying to help and let her know. Not my problem there wasn’t a tag so don’t give me attitude about it. Thanks Judy.

There’s always something new and they always are up to date in what’s in style or popular. Big store. Could use a better selection of unusual fashion fabrics (even fashion ends) for their non quilting clientele. Joann's is heavily weighted towards quilters and home dec rather than fashion and costuming. I love that they always have a 40% off coupon available for you to use and every week they have great sales. Sign up for the Rewards program and get great coupons for use both in person and online. Halloween items are very expensive this year.

It looks dingy, low stock on items, and a general negative smell.HOWEVER, the staff is always wonderful and happy and eager to please. I just think the store itself needs a make over.

Prices are good, but coupons on things that they have raised prices on so you think you are getting a deal is wrong. This location is well organized, easy to find what you want. Employees are hit and miss. Some trips they have been helpful, other times they have seem to be agravated that they have to help.

Items rang up incorrectly so I returned them & they were processed correctly. If I had not looked on my receipt I would have paid an additional $4 too much. Most of the staff was very friendly & I was greeted when I came through the door. One of the clerks was not very courteous. When it was my turn to come to the register they yelled next. I thought it sounded abrupt. Perhaps I can help you over here would be better

Great store for crafts!! it seems lije they're always having a sale. I recently bought a few large bags beads and a storage bin for under $30, which is an amazing deal. I definitely recommend shopping here.

JOANN has always been a crafter's wonderland, and this one is no exception. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the inventory was great (they have some of the most gorgeous yarns and buttons in aisle after aisle of Heaven), and the prices/coupons were so good that I got a huge bag of yarns for a great price. The home decor there is also beautiful, and they always have a huge seasonal section with great deals on that also. I will continue to shop there and recommend to friends and family as I always have. :)Oh and PS, it seemed VERY sanitized and was set up well to keep people safe from covid-19. All employees had masks on properly, too (and the customers are required as well).

Very helpful lady at the fabric counter today. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She actually walked me around the store to the different fabrics that could have worked for the photography shoot was doing that day.I asked for her opinions on certain fabrics and bought some of what she recommended. The photos turned out great with the different fabrics that I bought at this store.

They always have what we need for school projects, and crafts, for our kindergarten aged Son.We get a bunch of discount coupons in the mail that help with prices.Our store here in Robinson TWP, Pittsburgh Pa. is huge. The employees are helpful. The store is very clean and organized.

Nice location to shop for anything from pet beds to florals. The Swarovski section is tiny and often overpriced compared to Amazon which is disappointing but you can make it work with some coupons. Very nice employees! Overall I probably shop there mostly out of location convenience but not a bad store by any means. I'll keep returning.

Best no Joanne's in Pittsburgh. Unfortunately they are short staffed, but always fun and great workers. The store is extremely clean and following covid procedures,which is a must and incredible. If you have time stop in.

The store is clean and had everything I needed. They did not have enough staff on my last visit. It took 24 minutes to find someone to cut my fabric.I will go back here the next time I need to make juggling balls or a costume

It's alright. This location is about average, but it's always a bummer to try to go when there's a sale because of the area - a lot of people in the area have a lot of free time, so by the time you get to the store they've usually picked it clean. If you're going for like a holiday sale, go to a different location.

Rather like any JoAnn's I've ever been to. Could use more staff, but that's not the existing staff's fault I'm sure. The usual wait time at the cutting counter and at the checkout line, but the workers were doing their best. Good stock of fabrics and other sewing stuff, lacking some stock in other craft areas. But you don't go to JoAnn's for stuff you can get at Michaels, you go for fabric etc, so it's fine.

The shelving and feel took me back to the 70's. . . Not saying there is anything wrong with the product or business, but yes, if you want and old school experience, that is the place to go. 😅My wife has been shopping there for years. Her only complaint is that the width of material is too narrow and the range limited compared to what one gets in other European countries.

I was shopping for artificial flowers yesterday and found their selection, quality, and price somewhat disappointing. Some of their florals are marvelous and some look very cheap, until you look at the price-their prices were pretty high in my opinion. I ended up not purchasing any and will stick to dollar tree, Walmart, good will, and Michael's for florals. When I went, they were stocking the floral section so keep that in mind as well. However, it was a bit frustrating to be looking for what I wanted and having three people stocking and feeling like I was in the way. If you are shopping for fabric I will say that they seemed to have a nice inventory for that. Beads and scrapbooking supplies were plentiful as well. My overall impression was that this is a great store for fabrics and seasonal home decor but their floral could use an upgrade in selection and quality. The cashier I had was very nice and had a smooth transaction on what I did end up buying-scrapbook paper and a patch. It is a good store, just not good enough that it makes me want to drive out there to go to it when I could save money and stay closer to home.
