This is my favorite place to go whenever we need food, toys or other accessories for our cats. Everyone who works here clearly cares deeply about animals, and is happy to share their experiences and knowledge to help customers. We recently took in a stray kitten, and were given a lot of great guidance on what to get and do to transition him into our home with our current pets.We've also begun buying higher quality food, and adding more toys and scratchers for their comfort. I feel great about these choices, and the cats are very happy, but these may not have been investments I was comfortable making without these unbiased opinions and friendly, helpful advice.

I love this pet store and so do my dogs! My older dog was so reactive when we first started going here...the staff was very patient, friendly, and understanding. He has come a long way and doesn't automatically lose his mind when we go in. The workers are always ready to help him with a treat when he sits or lays down. Selection is very good and my new, timid dog, has been there a couple times. Love the shopping experience here so much more than a big box pet store.

I cannot praise Jake, the manager at this pet store, enough for his outstanding service and genuine kindness. During my visit, he went above and beyond to assist not only me but every customer in the store. When I found myself struggling to manage all the items I purchased, including a large bag of dog food, with my puppy in tow, Jake stepped in without hesitation. His willingness to help and his caring demeanor truly made my trip to the store an exceptional experience. Jake's exceptional customer service is a testament to his character and dedication to ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. I am immensely grateful for his assistance and commend him for his outstanding professionalism and kindness.

the staff at the greentree and southside locations are fabulously helpful! i have 2 cats and a dog and always have questions, they take the time to talk to you and give great advice! the grooming area is really nice and the store is always very clean. can’t say enough good things about this pet store.

It’s always great here, but yesterday’s high point was Jake. As soon as we walked in, we got the usual kind greeting and offer to help that we’re accustomed to. But Jake went the extra mile, and offered to help us find our dog food because they had just done some reorganizing. Then when I asked where the extra large bully sticks were, he ran and got one for me! He was knowledgeable and answered my questions about the self service pet bath, and was very personable. As we were leaving, I remembered that we needed a seresto collar for our dog too (I may have exclaimed this out loud.) We ran back down to the checkout, and Jake already had one ready and rung up for us, in the right size too- because we bought large breed dog food and a giant bully stick- so he was paying attention. We parted ways, and I had a better day because of that experience. Thank you, Jake!!

My pup and I love taking trips here! We use the self wash tubs bi weekly and always have a blast. They hire very kind and patient people who love animals and it’s always a pleasure for both!

I've always loved to shop at this place, both for the quality food and supplies for my cats and for the quality people who work there. The employees are very knowledgeable about cats, which I don't always find to be true elsewhere.On this visit I brought in one of my cats in her carrier because we were coming from the veterinarian. I would never leave a cat in the car, so rather than driving all the way home and coming back I carried her in because I knew she was welcome in the store. She helped me make my selections and met everyone who worked there along with a few customers.I'm always excited to arrive home because I know I'm bringing them their favorite foods. I prefer to shop in person and I'm so glad this store is available to me.

We had such a great visit! We brought my wolfhound Labradoodle in. Sometimes people can be a little bit scared of him at first because he’s so big, but everyone working at the store was exceptionally friendly! We found an even better food for him than the one we intended on buying. We also learned that they have a self-service bath area there. You wouldn’t know it by walking in because they do an exceptional job cleaning and it does not smell at all! We ended up buying some additional dog cookies that were just too cute to pass up. I would give them six stars if I could. The people are excellent the store itself is very well-maintained and we will definitely be back.

We started taking our 9 month old Bernese Mountain Dog here for grooming with Dani and she did a wonderful job! They don’t take as many dogs at once so it’s way less stressful for our dog. Her paw pads, nails, ears, and bum have never looked so good! Dani and the rest of the staff are all very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! We’re always in for treats, food, and more!

All staff I’ve encountered at Pet People Greentree location are not only well educated on the products available and have a general love and well-being for pets, but they also treat you like family! My dog absolutely LOVES going there, whether it’s to shop or for one of their social events like “pictures with Santa.” I’ll be doing all of my pet shopping here from now on. Their pet accessories are just the cutest! Kirby loves her holiday bow tie!

Grooming... 3/10... yikes... but still 5 stars because everything else is a 10/10! Everyone working there seems to love dogs and love their jobs. The place is clean and the self bath area is super clean!!! Also the selection of cute and tasty treats is 12/10

I absolutely ADORE this store and it’s staff. We just moved to PA from TX with our 2 dogs about a month ago and have had a challenging time! We have been here 3x and the first time the service and kindness just blew us away. Then last night at 2am my dog decided to get sprayed by a skunk! Our house doesn’t have a water hose hook up so we spent a few hours bathing him out of a bucket to get rid of all the skunk spray but the next day he was still smelly and so we remembered toward the end of the day this location would let you wash your dogs. We called them close to closing and they let us stay and wash our dogs AND on a holiday weekend. They weren’t rude or impatient with us but actually the opposite they made us feel welcome and laughed with us about the whole ordeal. We are hoping to stay lifetime residents of PA, and in turn we will DEFINITELY be lifetime customers supporting this incredible local business. Can’t praise you guys enough I’d give you all a raise! I LOVE THIS STORE! I have been going here for close to a year. The products/brands they carry are top notch. You can find quality items with a wide variety of price options. They also price match your favorite items! The staff are always very attentive, knowledgeable, and super helpful during your shopping experience. I always feel welcome coming in. As soon as I walk in the door someone has already greeted me and is ready to help me. When I talk to the staff they seem to really care about my pets needs, and concerns. They’re genuinely happy to help. Which makes me happy. The online delivery service, and pick up service is also great if your in a hurry, busier than usual, or if your pets are with a sitter. Top notch service, resources and supply. I would suggest anyone who has a pet to shop here. THANK YOU HOLLYWOOD FEED ON GREEN TREE. Me and my fur babies appreciate you.

Everyone in the store is so friendly and always greet me as I walk in the door! The store manager, Heather, is extremely knowledgable and was able to help me find a new food to help my dogs skin issues. I can tell that they really care about the animals in the community!

Love this place and so does my doggie. I’ve gotten their bulk biscuits, she loves them. Got a cupcake for my dog’s birthday. They have great selection of homemade treats, brand food & treats, toys, beds, crates and other products. I haven’t use them but they have in-house doggie wash stalls.Dogs are welcome in the store as long as they are leashed and behave. Great staff!

I've been at this location several times, mainly when in the area to pupsit my grandpups so I go to buy them treats. Every visit, I've been greeted warmly and asked if I needed assistance. I love the cleanliness, the selection of products, and I think their prices are great.

I absolutely love this place. Their personnel are very knowledgeable about their products. Someone greets you and offers to help you as you enter the store. They are there to help; but aren't pushy if you want to browse. They carry my purchases to my car after every visit. That is so helpful! I believe they have delivery service, although I've never used that. Such a great place to shop! I highly recommend this store.

Absolutely wonderful staff, I always feel so welcome when visiting the store or calling into the store. They always treat my puppy as one of their own. They have wonderful tips and options for pet food and even have offered treats for my ferret in some of my orders. The delivery is a great option and quick too!Favorite store for all my pets needs!

I’ve been in this shop 3 times in the last 10 days. Everyone here has been so helpful- from a gift for a friend’s cat (I know nothing of cats, other than they make me sneeze) to a new diet for a newly adopted rescue dog. Loads of advice and heartfelt encouragement. And you cannot beat the guarantee.
