Adopted a dog today from West Virginia. Heard about the the self washing stations here. This place is amazing, the staff helped me get setup with shampoo, towels, apron and a dryer. Then after I was done I was able to do some shopping where the staff was helpful and knowledgeable on everything. Looking forward to returning soon. Thanks!

Large selection of pet foods. Not all pet stores carry Stella and Chewy but they do. Lots of variety of treats.Staff always helpful.

Pet People in McCandless Crossing in the Northhills is a great store. I use their dog wash. It’s awesome. You get treats to get your dog motivated to get in one of their 3 tubs. They supply the shampoo/towels & even an apron to keep you dry. They have a cool-air dryer & surprisingly my dog isn’t afraid of it!! You can’t beat the price & the month of December they have a special 5 washes for $50. A great stocking stuffer !!!

Pet People has lots of dog and cat supplies like food, treats, and toys. They also have a shower section to get your dog cleaned off. The staff was very nice and the store was clean.

I have a cat with special dietary needs and allergies, along with 4 others who all have varying tastes. I searched every big box store looking for a food that Catsby could eat, but to no avail. Enter Hollywood Feed! Not only did Hollywood Feed have options that I didn't even know were available, but their knowledgeable staff were able to help me develop a meal plan that worked for Catsby *and* the 4 other picky eaters we have. Hollywood Feed is like the Whole Foods for pets! They sell the kind of stuff you literally cannot get from PetCo or Walmart. If you have a furry friend with special dietary needs, are looking to switch to a healthier food alternative, or just want amazing service - I HIGHLY recommend Hollywood Feed in McCandless!

This PetPeople store very recently had their grand opening. They had sent me a coupon in the mail, so I decided to visit the store and see what they are like. When I first entered the store, an employee courteously greeted me, told me about their sale, and told me where the products for cats are located. The store was very clean and well-stocked. The aisles mostly had products for dogs, but they did sell products for cats also. I was able to select a few products that I had never seen at other stores. My cats went crazy over the catnip buds and a few unique toys. I expect my cats to enjoy their treats as well. Some of the everyday prices were a little high, but they were a good deal with the coupon, and other prices were comparable to those of competing stores. Note also that this store has a few self-serve stations for washing pets.

Sales Clerk was great. I had questions about freedom harnesses and if they were good for dogs that pull and he provided lots of good information about the harness. We used them today and they were great.

Outstanding customer service ! At the time of this review I was having issues with same day shipping on the website. I called and they immediately delivered it to my house. Which I am so grateful for. My cat is 19 and I’ve been having a hard time getting her the food she needs. She will be one happy kitty! Also, side note as a dog trainer they have many products I recommend to clients that your big name stores do not carry. I highly recommend! Good products, great customer service. 10/10

I love shopping at this store! The employees are always so sweet and helpful. I love the quality of toys there. My cat loves these toys more than any other toys I’ve gotten at other stores. I believe it’s the quality of catnip on them. I definitely recommend checking this store out! I love their online pickup option as well in case I’m in a hurry.

I have been shopping here since they’ve opened and it’s so convenient. They have most of the things I’m looking for and if they don’t, they do their best to get them for me! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the store is always really clean and neat, and they have raw cat food! This store is my new go-to. Way better quality of food than regular pet stores. Definitely shop here if you are looking for quality food. Shoutout to Casey for always making sure my raw food is in stock!

Looks like a normal pet store but once I really started looking they have high quality food and great dog toys/puzzles. I was excited to find raw bones, kefer, and goats milk there as well. Definitely going back soon!

I like to support smaller and local businesses, but there's nothing special here. You'll find all the same Chinese products that are in the big box stores. So what's the difference? Everything here will be way more expensive
