4.5 stars. Healthy Pet Products store offers a wide variety of pet foods, treats, and supplies that most competing stores do not sell. During my visit, an employee politely greeted me at the entrance. Throughout the store, I saw many foods and toys that my dog and cats would enjoy. I thought that the prices were moderate to high but also appropriate given the quality of the products. Another employee promptly and politely rang up my purchase for a few dog treats. My dog had not previously eaten these brands and flavors of treats, but she enjoyed eating them. I do not expect to purchase all of my pets’ foods and supplies from this store, but I am happy to occasionally shop here for unique products.

We been going here since they opened. Forteen years? We have our cat on either Fromm or Lotus her entire life. And most Iof that time it's from here. Girly loves to have favorites every other week. So I go every once in a while and stock up on her fav of the month. I would buy 20 cans or so of what she likes. (I would empty the shelf lol) For the Lotus, Venison, the most expensivist one. Lol course. Then, halfway thru the cans, she would decide something else. The store would exchange it without hesitation and tell me this is normal. Lol it is a great place to get your pet food and items. They know you by name and what your pet likes. So a personal place. I like that.

They carry Fromm foods, great selection of treats and healthy chews, they have always answered questions or provided info regarding diet or skin issues (of course check w vet, but goats milk rescued puppy diarrhea too many times to count lol). I’ve been a regular since moving to this area.

I love this store. They offered me a lot of help with my new puppy. All the products are American made and I have the price of mind knowing they have the best selection for my pups health! Cute clothes and toys, as well as seasonal items!

Attention:The owner and the other woman who talk in the podcast about how great the bull of all the food are healthy for pets. That woman with brown /black hair and the owner have a change of the heart. They use to be so warming with love and helping customers. After the covid misinformation and other terrible stuff happening in America, they showed careless and lie about not able to help with customers need and suggestions for their pets. They're more of a cold hearted people. Sad .

Always a pleasure visiting Healthy Pet! The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If it weren't for them, we would have never known about raw goat's milk and the plethora of benefits it provides! Our dog has skin allergies and along with fish oil, we haven't had to use any medication on him! I am so forever grateful for healthy pet. They have a great selection of healthy food, treats, supplies and toys for both dogs and cats. You feel like part of the family when you visit the store. The staff even know our dog by name and are so wonderful with him

The staff are always super friendly!!! They always take the time to give you different options and help find what works for your animal! They find the best options and even if they don’t have the product they will help you find exactly what you need or give you direction otherwise. I really appreciate having them around!

We are new to the puppy world and Healthy Pet Products has been amazing. Not only did the staff help me gather everything we needed pre-puppy, but yesterday, they went above their call of duty again. Our puppy has a mess of issues going on and the Healthy Pet staff listened and jumped right in to help me. They are so encouraging and knowledgeable. I am grateful this store is practically in my backyard. I won't go anywhere else because the customer service is TOP NOTCH here. Thank you to everyone who helped me yesterday. You make this world a better place and I am grateful.

A few months back, I visited the Cranberry location for the first time and I will definitely be returning in the future!I picked up some enrichment items for my 2 bunnies, and Haley was the sweetest, most helpful person. She asked about my bunnies, and I found out that she also had bunnies and we talked about our furbabies for a while.It was so nice to meet another responsible owner who cares about customers' pets. She mentioned that the store wanted to reach out to rescues to host some in store events, and that made me even happier that I decided to shop here. Some stores sell animals and promote breeding, but I love that Healthy Pet Products promotes adoptions and doesn't sell any animals in store!Both Haley and the boy working the counter were so friendly and I cannot say enough positive things about my first visit. I will definitely be back to purchase more Oxbow products for my beloved bunnies. You have a customer for life! 🐰🐰

They had all products needed and couldn’t have been nicer. Even after our dog had diarrhea on her way in. They made us feel not too embarrassed by loving with us. My first visit has made my mind up. They are our go to place for all pet things. 2 cats and 2 dogs so I’ll be there a lot. Beautiful floors and atmosphere.

Great local place to get healthy, quality products for your dog or cat. Carry many quality brands and products you may not find at other chain retailers. But you won't find other common items you might be looking for here, for example nylabones and the price on some items can be steep. But it's a local business, the staff is excellent and they have plenty of items that should suit your cat or dog needs. Highly recommend Healthy Pet Products!

This store used to be one of my favorite pet stores to go to but I could not get anyone to acknowledge that I needed their help yesterday and stood there next to the register for almost 30 minutes while they were all talking to one person so I just left!

I am absolutely blown away by the knowledge and information this store offers. I am out of state, but my Mom exclusively shops here for her dogs and is always raving about their sourcing practices. I called and Allison spent 20 minutes with me offering suggestions for my dog with a sensitive GI, even though she knew I lived out of state. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Such a cute little store, loads of awesome cat stuff. I've been to so many stores that have like one aisle for cat stuff and the rest is dog stuff but this was about half and half. I'm going to be coming back to get a cat tree soon, they have a great selection of cat trees and lots of different kinds of wet and dry foods of different brands and litter boxes of all shaped and sizes. Just lots of great choices so you can find whatever works best for you and your furry baby. And it's a SMALL BUSINESS so they're having a SBS sale, I will be there for that !

I have a cat with a food allergy to poultry and Healthy Pet Products has made finding poultry-free cat food much less difficult. They’re very knowledgeable about cat food brands/ingredients and carry plenty of options that they’ve carefully selected.

I just visited the store for the first time today, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful amd knowledgeable the staff is! Val was absolutely fantastic! I have a dog with special dietary needs and she assisted me with everything from multiple food choices (pros and cons of each), treats, chews and toys! I couldn't have asked for better help! She even sent me home with information packets! I would most definitively recommend going!

Paws down... we believe HPP is the BEST retailer for all things pet. You are greeted and assisted by associates who are well versed in the products and passionate for pet health. Drive from anywhere to experience this place. Warning though- your high expectations will be exceeded!

Great selection of foods & fresh/raw treats for dogs. Great selection of toys...high priced on leashes. Nice people only I feel like they conveniently have to rearrange products where you are shopping as if they think you are stealing something & I really hate that!

We have been shopping here for about 8 years.They have an excellent selection of dog foods and snacks, as well as toys and miscellaneous items. The staff are always nice and friendly.

The manufacturer of our food said it could be found here, and it couldn't.... But that was not big deal. I understand. The problem was when the associate said they could special order our food, then the manager tried to hush her. Went to Mt. Nebo Agway, and they took proper care of us. Fully, if not overstaffed Healthy Pet Products and the manager couldn't take 30 seconds to order us some food. Oh well, Mt Nebo Agway can enjoy the absurd amount of money we spend on spoiling our dogs. If the manager would have atleast said "no" with a backbone instead of hushing the nice young lady, I may have atleast grabbed a dog treat or something.Edit: The hush was because she asked the manager about it. I will now never EVER go to your store since you just immediately throw a part time employee under the bus like that. SHAME ON YOU! Way to be part of the reason why people are fed up working retail. Congrats!

It's a necessary evil, I go for the food because my dog has allergies. Other products either over priced or VERY expensive.i bought a dog pillow at Walgreens for $10 and there they sell them $40 or higher. If you go for the food only not bad
