I’ve come here multiple times with my mini lop rabbit, Shortbread and they do an absolutely outstanding job! I take him in monthly for a nail and hair trim, and he’s always looking ready to hit the town. The staff is always so kind and caring and sweet. I can tell they really enjoy their work, and they’re always so kind to my little bunny. 10 out of 10 recommended!

Our cat Turnip had a great experience getting her first ever groom - she went from a fuzzy orb to a nicely trimmed cat! Everyone was lovely, gentle, and kind, and it was a super quick and easy process; our cat came out of the groom very calm and happy. Thank you!

They are great with my pup. I was advised by other groomers that he needed to be sedated, I made an appointment to have him groomed under sedation at Greenfield. They evaluated him and asked if they could try without sedation with one groomer holding him and one cutting. It has worked out well. I won't go to another groomer. They do everything possible to work with me.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was told that because a medical director was available anxious dogs could be given light anesthesia, the opposite is true.Today I dropped 2 large breed dogs off at 10:57 for brush and bath, by 12:40 they were apparently done. Before leaving I had asked if the dogs were able to stay after their appointment until my husband could pick them up, they said yes. But I began getting hourly calls, they then reported they would charge me $15 per dog for 4 hours of boarding.When I went to pick my dogs who were “done” up, they were soaking wet, hard clumps of hair falling from them and nails had barely been touched. All of the groomers had left even though hours of operation at 8-5. The receptionist/finance woman refused to provide her name after attempting to call the police for unpaid services on services that were absolutely not complete. I’ll be filing with the magistrate for a refund.

Took our 9 month old puppy there for his first grooming! He's very nervous around people he doesn't know and barks a lot or shys away, so we were very anxious about taking him anywhere after hearing all the PetSmart horror stories! Saw and heard many great reviews about this family owned shop so gave them a try and very glad we did! He was much in need of a trim! They were very kind and patient with him and even let us stay a bit to make sure he was comfortable! We were just gonna try to do the bath and scissor trim today (he's afraid of clippers due to the buzzing sound and hair dryer) and come back to do his nails and ears at a later date but they were able to make him feel at ease to complete the full grooming in less than 1 hour! Fast and friendly family staff and service at a very reasonable price! We have found our new groomer 🤩☺️🐾 Here's 2 before and 2 after photos:

We came from out of town and they were able to accommodate my dog same day. He had rolled in the dirt and was blowing out his coat so our trip was fur covered. They were so helpful, nice, and he looked great. Thank you so much!

Took my dog here today for the very first time check in with simple. I appreciated that they really make sure I had my that shot record which shows that they’re really staying on top of keeping all the pets, safe and healthy. My dog was done after being there only 40 minutes came home was happy. He smells great and his kite is exactly what I asked for so I’m really happy with our services and will definitely use them again. Good too much better than some of the other like dog daycare’s that offer grooming. It was at least $50 cheaper than that.

UPDATE: Since it won't let me reply to your SWEET RESPONSE, I just wanted to thank you. :) I still have the bandana and look at it fondly. If you haven't seen our new dog Mako (he's a beagle, so he doesn't have the hair-cutting needs Bingo had!), you will soon! Yinz are the best. <3 Oh ... and I forgot to mention in my initial review how much I love that Greenfield Grooming Salon is a family owned business.I went to this groomer many times over the years with my pup Bingo. They did a good job and are very affordable, and they genuinely love animals which I appreciate. They're a neighborhood staple. When Bingo was unexpectedly diagnosed with an inoperable abdominal mass, we took him one last time and the staff offered a complementary grooming session and put a sweet bandana - "You are my sunshine" - on him. He passed the following week. We really appreciated being able to pamper and treat him one last time with groomers he knew and felt comfortable with. Thanks for all the care and service over the years!

I had such a disappointing experience. The communication with the groomer was so unclear. Their time estimation was completely incorrect (took them an hour and a half when they said 45 minutes). They had completely unsupervised, young children, who would run from the back room to the lobby and harass the waiting customers about the demeanor of their pets. There were no prices on the counter or the website, so I was walking in blind and, in my opinion, the grooming was overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this groomer to anyone.

Outstanding! Donna and her daughter took care and time to listen, provided excellent suggestions specific to our breed, and welcomed our little one with lots of love. In the end, Kodah looked amazing. Best grooming ever with extra care!Family owned and operated just around the corner from our home in Squirrel Hill.

I cannot recommend Greenfield Grooming Salon more- This family owned business really cares about the animals they groom. I had a horrible experience with Ursula, my Bernese Mountain pup at another place, and so a few people recommended GGS.They are fantastic- from start to finish, they let me come back with my very anxious pup, who had PTSD from her last experience in Bloomfield. Dean is a loving groomer, and didn't stress my pup and managed to get her clean-- an almost impossible feat! The entire staff was welcoming and friendly--I will be coming back and recommend that you come here too!

Dogs were soaked, looked like they sprayed them with water and left them with all kinds of loose hair. Then the front desk lady said the groomers did it not her. Wouldn’t recommend this place give it a 0 star if I could.

Outstanding care for my dog, who was really ragged from months without finding an available groomer. Bennett was happy and beautiful when I picked him up 90 minutes after drop off. Parking on the street in front. Reasonable rate as well.

We have been taking our large labradoodle to Greenfield Groomers for 6 years. They are excellent groomers and caring people. Recently, our dog was sprayed by a skunk. They fit us in on short notice for a special skunk treatment (a paste of baking soda), and a skunk shampoo. The odor is gone.

I took my 1.5-year cat to her first grooming. We were both nervous, but Donna and Jake did an excellent job handling and grooming her! It is a family business with reasonable prices. I am definitely coming back with my other cat!

Friendly staff, good prices, and fast service! Pretty small salon but worth it. My black lab puppy got her nails trimmed and a full wash, and even got a Christmas bandana (they even had some other ones who follow other religions!).

They do good work but are alot more pricy then other groomers. 2 weeks ago we had our 5lb yorkie groomed and it was $75 other places I have used are right around $50ish for his size.

Employees were so kind and welcoming to my Zooey, a pitbull mix. They were patient and even gave me feedback on a patch of skin I was worried about. Prices were reasonable and they were quick!

My dog was returned to me wet and looking like a 5 year old with safety scissors gave him a haircut. I didn’t notice until we got in the car and I looked at him. His nails weren’t trimmed, his face/ears weren’t touched, and he just looked like a hot mess. I was charged full price and not given any explanation or heads up when I came to pick him up. In fact, I asked how he did (first time there) and they said he did great and was such a good boy! I called within five minutes of leaving to ask see what was up/ask for clarification on what was included in my $90 groom (he wasn’t brushed or dried…) and the groomer explained to me that she didn’t get a chance to finish (first I’m hearing of this). My dog was there for one hour before I was called to say he was ready for me to pick up (his grooms usually take 2 hours). Long story short, I had to come back the next day for groomer to “finish” his cut (still looked like hot garbage after). I paid $90 for this unfortunate experience. Had I not called back….I would’ve paid full price for a half groom. So if you have a doodle or a dog who doesn’t enjoy the grooming experience, I suggest you go elsewhere.

We love getting our dog groomed here! They are attentive to detail, including the dog's personality and temperament. Our dog is timid, and often struggled with other groomers but Donna does a fantastic job of making our pup stay calm during her entire groom! Highly recommend Greenfield Grooming!

Nice place, been getting my 7lbs dog groomed there for about 4 years, however this last trip they decided to charge me DOUBLE what I’ve been being charged for years( paid it no complaints).. inflation must be crazy, I more than likely will find another location that’s worth what I was charged here..

Greenfield Grooming was excellent! I was able to make an appointment within a week of calling (this was in Jan 2022), and they were extremely accommodating when I had to cancel the day before and make a new appointment. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and my dog, a Pomeranian mix, looks great! Hope did an outstanding job. I will absolutely be making another appointment in the future.
