This is my absolute favorite Goodwill and I've been to many. The staff is AWESOME. I'm very happy that they will now price things at the register if you find something with no price sticker. I have found so many beautiful "treasures" here including designer purses, clothing, shoes, jackets, cool furniture, and even great children's items. I think the pricing is fair and reasonable. Mondays are my favorite because seniors get 25% off! Check out the color of the week for a discount, and allow yourself enough time to browse. Catch the carts when they come out of the back door. ;) Thank you Robinson Goodwill for a wonderful shopping experience. (photos are of some of my recent treasure finds!)

Cleanest of the goodwills pgh area. Employees are ok. But suffers from same sporadic spastic pricing goodwills seems to be coming up with these days. Walmart brands being charged same price as new when used and donated is wild. Also really sucks they no longer do color coded discount days

Men's suit selection was sparse. Bathrooms well stocked but a little dirty. The inside was dusty but you can't blame them as it is filled with people's old stuff. Decent selection of other clothes/items.

Great selection of clothes, jackets, sports wear, purses, and all other goodies. This place is clean, well organized, and would definitely come back if we are in the area. Young lady that checked us out at the register (on Sunday) was extremely friendly and should be praised. Wish I had pictures of the inside but in a hurry. Just make your way and you won’t be disappointed.

Went here to donate and ended up buying leopard print luggage. Leopard is my favorite color so this was a must have.Getting through all the stop signs is a mess. The other lane keeps going and does not care.Lights are short.Worst location ever but always has some very good finds!

I've never had a problem with them, until yesterday! They were arguing with an old lady about a return. Then when I went to purchase an item it didn't have a price tag on it. The manager and cashier told me they'd have to send it through the back, like it was going to be a long process, and told me I couldn't get the item! It was a little stuffed teddy bear!!! Couldn't they just charge me a dollar or two on that donated item??? I don't think I'll be shopping there ever again! Oh they asked me if I wanted to round up on my other items? Umm NO!

I get it; the item I wanted didn’t have a price, therefore I couldn’t buy it. What didn’t make sense was that I had the same item in a different color. It has a price! Why can’t you just use the same price for both? I’m not trying to pull a fast one. The item was only $4.99!

I feel obligated to update my review after some time. We used to love coming to this store, and have been regulars for about 6 years. We've found many treasures here, and things used to be affordable. After all of the price hikes, the exclusions from the Sunday 99¢ deal, and lower quality of goods, I think we are going to stop going. The staff are great, the store is generally pretty clean, but it's honestly cheaper to shop online or at Walmart at this point. Most if not all of this is directed at the folks making pricing decisions, and less at the specific staff at this store.

I love this store. I go all over. I go to Weirton, Ohio and other stores in the area. They have the best selection anywhere. I have never had a bad experience. The stocker of the shelves knows me and always greets me and says helloHe also let's me know when he puts something out that he knows that I would like. He is totally awesome!!! The cashiers are wonderful!!! I have not ever had any problems

First of all I want to say that this is a great store. The toy section and it's organization leaves a little to be desired, but overall you can find some great stuff here. The reason I give this place 3 stars is because check out is almost always a hassle, especially on the weekends. There's a beautifully sweet woman who works the check out who is EXTREMELY slow. Normally I don't mind, but the line is consistently long and barely moves. Today was probably the worst I've seen it. The line was easily 10 people deep and they refused to open another register. Several of us were asking for them to open another line to which the response was "I'm helping her bag". This is not the issue. The issue is the speed the poor woman rings. Please look into this issue! You don't want to deter business for such an amazing cause because of the hassle of checking out. I ended up leaving my things there today, which I absolutely hated doing because I had been looking for the one particular item for a while. Unfortunately I had to get to work.

Do not keep to their posted hours, and have been very rude on multiple occasions when attempting to donate items. Have had much better shopping and donation experiences at other locations. Cannot recommend to a friend.

This Goodwill is still one of the cleanest, organized and priced right Thrift stores compared to other locations within Pittsburgh and other states.Employees are friendly and they maintain their shelves quite well. Not overly cluttered or stuffed tightly together (clothes on racks).

Nice Book Collection but the kid and adult books are in two different parts of the store. Nice selection of dresses to choose from. Light on toys. Only one register open when store was crowded on a Sunday. Employees were pleasant.

It is a great store! Love the variety. Always kept clean. I have recently encountered a problem though. The girl who works at the checkout most mornings is extremely unfriendly!! So much so that I talked to a manager. He stated that he would observe and talk to her. The next trip into the store I was met with the same unfriendly treatment from her. Never smiles, never says thank you actually doesn’t EVER speak!! Just looks mad all the time. I spoke again to a manager who stated that he had talked to her. She’s still there and still as unfriendly as always. I have donated for years to Goodwill. I will not be donating any longer as long as this is how I am treated while shopping there.

Always find some deal shopping here no matter if you're wanting something in particular or just browsing.I usually find deals from; Zara, Calvin Klein, Guess, MK and a lot more brand names with tags (brand new).Prices are good and every day there is a "tag" special with additional percentage off (color of tag) and on Mondays it's seniors 55 years and older day, get 25%. Students show their ID's and get 25% off on Tuesdays.

The best thrift store I've ever been to. There were a lot of pieces brand new with tags and the store was organized perfectly. My favorite thing about this store is that the clothes were organized by size instead of color... genius!!!

I was at this goodwill and they have an employee there by the name of Tyler. His attitude was terrible. He acted like speaking to me was a burden. I will never return.

Good store. Lots of nice inventory with quality brands in excellent condition and great prices ($4.29 for a men's shirts). The only change I would recommend is separating polos, button downs, etc. by size instead of mixing them all together.

This is my favorite Goodwill to go to in the Pittsburgh area. The employees are all really nice, the store is clean (as clean as it can be for selling old items), items are organized by type and color, and it’s always well stocked. I definitely recommend this one over any others in the area.

I used to love this place but over the years my experiences have gone down hill. The prices climb, the staff is rude, and the guys working the donation area are straight up lazy. They told myself and another donator that our items were not good enough and that they did not take dressers. I have seen some rough stuff in this GoodWill! Her item and my items were only a bit scratched. Last week I was there to shop and seen a particle board dresser with extreme water damage. The price tag on it was $20! I have a friend who donated and her experience was just as bad. The guy working told her she could unload and separate the items. Why is he there then if your to unload and separate? Contactless donating would imply that no one would be present or you would not exit your vehicle. I will not be donating or shopping here anymore.

Good collection clean well maintained. I have got a furniture and electronics too. They were pretty new and costed less. The changing and rest rooms are well maintained. All the items are organized. Worth visiting.

This Goodwill is worse than ever. I shopped for pants and not only were they not tagged with size, all the sizes were mixed together. I found a size 4, 16, 20 and 0 all next to each other. Was doing it correctly too much trouble? Also, items are not consistently priced the same each time.We had two of the same item and found one was marked twice as high as the other when our cashier tried to charge the higher price for both. No, thank you!Plain old (non antique) canning jars are also now priced higher than buying new ones.Next time I'm going to St. Vinny's in Coraopolis- a lot less hassle!

There are SO MANY clothes here!!! They have plenty of STAFF working. The fitting rooms are WELL KEPT UP. Helpful assistance in a practical way. Clean inside and outside. Thanks for the dresses!!
