It can be a very convenient place to pick up last minute things but as other reviews have mentioned the prices are absolutely insane. The prepared foods are almost triple the cost of competitors. I use the pharmacy for proximity's sake, but the pharmacists are really not the nicest people and they seem to always be having some type of issue that interferes with fulfilling prescriptions in a timely fashion.

They closed the evening self-checkout venue evenings. I get it. However they did not hire more staff to compensate. 26 minutes spent for the privilege of spending $4 for a diet Pepsi (seriously?) and the other item - a pint of ice cream - could have been drunk with a straw by the time I paid.I had told my wife I would be right back. Nope. I've been stopping there more nights than not on the way home since we moved here. I'm gonna have to cut back a bit.

This place is the worst. Simply THE WORST. They hire primarily people who should be retired or mentally handicapped unless it's to work stock or food. They're ridiculously overpriced on EVERYTHING. 10$ for a bag of pretzels? Coffee is always empty. And the clerks are SLOOOOOOWWWWWWW! Don't plan on getting a pack of cigarettes, you'll be waiting a while. As mentioned before, bathrooms are always out of tp, they smell pretty bad, one stall. Never tried their food but I'm not getting my hopes up.

It's a very unique grocery store, unlike most small stores that I've been to. I decided to visit it after going to the nearby Target. They have a nice selection of grocery items, mainly for people on the go. When I was there, it was rush hour and was very busy, although checkout was quick. There are only 3 or 4 checkout locations. They had nice bananas, but no Fair Life Milk. I wouldn't go there to buy a week's worth of groceries, just quick stop for a few items.

I have been frequenting this place for years because its by my work. Yes, they always had higher prices but their prices now are outrageous and I won't be shopping there for the exception of gas when its convenient and quick sushi (the sushi prices have always been about the same). It's a rip off. A small container of macaroni salad is 8 bucks. Greedy company other than I know they treat their employees well. Inflation is just their excuse to price hike. Not certain what the reason for the price hiking before was but its predatory.

Thought I was buying a ten inch cherry pie with a cake like crust for $7.95. The pie wasn't stuffed that full but figured the price was okay for an impulse purchase. Turns out it was $17.95! Boy, did I get ripped off and it wasn't even that good.

I got to the pharmacy window at 7:55p. In pain just got out of the ER. They sent Rx to wrong address. Needed my pain meds!! They were GONE!!! Bad bad pharmacy!

For some reason, they never have creamer for coffee anymore, just the fake stuff. When asked about it, the manager told me that they simply don't have any half and half, even though there were at least 10 or more containers of it in the milk cooler. The coffee/beverage area is always dirty, as well. I'm taking my coffee purchases to the competition up the road. Most of the other Getgo locations are excellent. This one, sadly, is far from that.

*This review is solely for the Giant Eagle Express pharmacy*Giant Eagle Express and Get Go are great and we shop/get gas there regularly. The staff at the store itself have always been nice and helpful.Now on to the pharmacy....We have always used Giant Eagle pharmacy and have never had an issue until we moved and switched to this one due to it's convenient location.It's been awful and we will be switching to another Giant Eagle pharmacy. I don't get prescriptions often but every single time I do, there is always an issue. It takes HOURS to get anything filled. Twice they have neglected to fill my prescriptions and then blamed it on my doctor's office. Tonight, they said they never received it and argued with me about it. The prescription was sent in very early in the afternoon and we just were able to pick it up after a fight. Somehow they magically found my prescription and filled it in 5 mins. after saying they never got it. Beyond frustrating.

A very disappointing place. Unsanitary bathrooms, floors need swept and the food bar looks like it wasn’t cleaned all day. Gas pump triggers ready to fall off. No window fluid and wipes. Don’t come when it’s busy you will be disappointed.

Somehow screwed up a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Burnt the egg, shriveled the sausage, and ruined the cheese. Yes that's burnt egg on top in the picture, not cheese.Wildly inconsistent quality in their MTO foods. I should probably stop going to this place for everything and avoid the headache.

I dropped in to pickup my prescription that my doctor sent to this pharmacy. I'm on Medicare so I didn't have a co-pay for the medicine and I didn't have to pay anything for my medicine 💊.. I had a good experience at this Giant Eagle Express. I stayed and had lunch here before I had to go home 🏡. Got my bus to home within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this Giant Eagle Express. It's a Good place to shop. And a good place to eat. Thank You

I love everything about this location, except for the bathroom. It always smells bad, no matter what time of day. The prices are great and it's convenient to stop and grab essentials. Definitely more options than most Giant Eagle Get Gos.

Val at the pharmacy was not pleasant at all. I stopped by to pick up two prescriptions, our interaction was less than 30 seconds long. I greeted her and she talked over me like I wasn’t even a real person. I still acted nice for the rest of the interaction and when she put my meds in the bag I reached both my hands out to grab it and said “thank yo-“ to which she dropped the bag on the table an inch away from my outstretched arms without even looking and just said “yep have a good day” and walked away before I even finished talking.

They need to fix the gas pumps or something every time I bring my FedEx truck here to fill up gas. There’s always a problem with the gas pump or something every time to the point that I’m bout to stop coming here and go to Sheetz or the gas station across the street because this is ridiculous. Every time I come here to try to fill up my truck. It’s always a problem.Today, October 7 the same things happen again, It keeps stopping every time, so I gotta stand here and literally keep pressing the button for the gimme gas so this is my last time coming here to fill up gas at this gig up that’s in Homerville
