This is the worst store I have ever been to. I am counting a subway that have me tainted food better than this place. At last the subway admitted they should not have poisoned.The place is a mess and dirty all the time. The staff of the worst i have ever seen in a store. I went in looking for something I could not find. I asked someone they told me it was in an isle that ialready looked in. When i said i don't see it there they told me it read not their job to look for stuff for me. I asked her if she thought she was being pleasant. She also stated it was not her job to be pleasant.If you want to complain to the company they will take an email and ignore you. I guess the loss prices are from the saving on not having standards or training employees.

It’s your typical family Dollar. Only complaint is if you’re going to open at 10 o’clock plus every day change the store hours online from 9 AM that’s why you get a three out of five

Employees watched a woman get assaulted inside their store and instead of calling the authorities, they watched and mocked the poor woman, and when the victim called 911 the employees wouldn’t tell her the address, Im absolutely disgusted by the lack of humanity and the negligence of this family dollar and its employees.

Fall , Halloween and Thanksgiving decorations are on the shelves and the price is right! Don't forget to download the Family Dollar app for discount coupons on weekly sales . I recommend the app and save $$. Look for in-house sales too.

If I could leave zero for the review I would. At around 7:47pm a very rude employee answered the phone and was not nice at all hanging up on me purposely twice and made extremely rude responses. This employee should be terminated. On top of that this location is always closed when its not supposed to be. I definately do not recommend. Don't bother going to this store. I don't plan on attempting to go there again. They would proabably be closed anyway.

This store truly sucks!! It has totally gone downhill!! The employees are nasty and rude the aisles are covered with junk nothing is put on the shelves and every single time I go down to get something the door is locked and no one is there!! I will not be returning to this dump!!

Poor service, employees used foul language in presence of customers. The aisles are cluttered with unstocked product, the shelves are bare. Offensive music was being played at a high volume. The employee who waited on me insisted that I put my shopping basket away before she would ring up my purchases and said to me " it's bad enough I gotta clean up after the people I gotta work with, I aint cleanin up after no customers "

I was just at this location and was accused of stealing I would never stolen from the store I do not have me on record as stealing from the store and the employees were very rude I feel as though all the employee should be terminated it don't know how to do their jobs

This was the worst Family Dollar I have ever shopped in. I have been to many areas and states and I will not return here. The aisle was junky, items were not in order, there was only one cashier and 10 people in line, and the person being waited on had 3 shopping carts of items. It was not until someone had a gift card that another worker came to assist.

Disgusting. Worst store ever! Was in yesterday. Couldn’t walk down most aisles, torn up boxes and gondolas blocking aisles. Three black young men with Family dollar shirts were horsing around by the frozen foods.Items were dumped on shelves instead of shelves. This store is always a train wreck.Long lines at the counter, help is too busy associating with friends while trying to ring people out. They seem to be worried about winning some contest on Snickers bars.Management needs to get on the ball.Too bad there aren’t negative stars because it’s hard to give them one

This is the dirtiest, most cluttered store I've ever seen. Boxes are piled high in the aisles, while many shelves are bare.The staff don't greet you at checkout and don't thank you for your purchase. It has to be the most piorly- managed Family Dollar in the country.

One of two of the worst Family Dollar stores in Pittsburgh. Ghetto...unprofessional and never open until 10p. You'll be lucky if they're even open at all! No one ever answers the phone and its dirty. Just close it.

In store last night and had a bad experience. Wife wanted to if the store excepted a coupon,but there was a problem with the machine. Ask the assistant manager Brandi could she help and she couldn't. Brandi is wonderful by the way. So, she asked Derek Daly the STORE MANAGER to take a look. He lied about yelling, so I step in to ask why are you lying. He then proceeded to yell at me, cursed at me in front of customers and refused t9 give me his name. I told him to let it go but he wanted me to leave the store cause I told him I'm contacting the corporate office. He dropped the F bomb twice and he needs to be outta there. The two stars are for Brandi and the staff.

Very disgusting conditions in this store. The smell alone will keep me away. This seems to be a trend with this Family Dollar company. 90% of the stores I have been in are not very well taken care of. You know that neighbor everyone has that has never washed or vacuumed their car since they bought it. Family Dollar is that company. I all but refuse to enter any of their stores due to most of them having a stench that will turn your stomach.

I have come here twice now and the door has been locked during normal business hours. The last time was yesterday 5/22/2021 around 6 pm There is no sign on the door stating the store would be closed during that time. The other time this happened was on a Saturday afternoon 4/3/2021 At least put a sign up. I cant tell if this is a worker issue or if the store is actually closed.

Very unprofessional management. Witnessed manager behaving very poorly to a disabled homeless man that he caught stealing. He ripped the man's zipper on his coat, called him every name you could imagine and then he confiscated his bus ticket and throw it over the counter when the man asked for it back. When I called him on his behavior (As I was purchasing the $7.47 worth of item) he got really upset and proceeded to curse at me and repeatedly rammed the carts into each other. When I told him that he should be ashamed of his self or treating a human being in such a terrible way he told me that the man was not a human being he was an animal and did not deserve to be treated with respect.

I enjoy shopping at Family Dollar the price is right on all their merchandise and theirs new inventory delivered weekly . Shopping at Family Dollar made me realize that "consumers don't have to pay top dollar for name brand products anymore . Definitely worth the visiting and coupons accepted.

This place is friendly and one of the nicest stores that I visit compared to the other locations in Pittsburgh. The employees are helpful and nice. And they seem like they like their job and have a good time when they're there.

Love this place for the deals, but staff is always really unprofessional and they closed 20 minutes early tonight when I needed to get some things. Don’t plan on visiting after 9:30pm even though it closes at 10pm.
