Great people at an affordable price! It took me a while to figure out I was being gouged at two separate vets in the south hills for one dog (with terrible allergies), and I needed to find a better option when we got a second dog… Now I wish I found Edgebrook sooner. Both of my dogs love them! I’m so happy I found them.

Shout out to Dr. Shaw! He and his staff are the best. They definitely put #1 priority on the welfare of the pets. My 5 lb puppy was spayed today, very microscopic precise procedure, done flawlessly, plus had 3 baby teeth pulled that didn't fall out. Facility is absolutely immaculate. I highly recommend Edgebrook Vet Clinic.

Edgebrook veterinary has been my vet for my dogs for five years now. I recently went in with an emergency situation and they handled my pup with care, compassion and skill. They have great hours for owners that work 9-5 with busy schedules and are affordable too.

Excellent experience! I took my 2 dogs there for a check up and vaccines. Dr. Shaw and his staff were amazing! I left there paying almost half what I payed my regular veterinarian. 5 stars is the least I could do!

Dr. Shaw and his team have been extremely helpful and kind in taking care of our doxie, Oskar. They take care of his vaccines and small injuries hes sustained over the years, with compassion. Dr. Shaw recently assisted us in diagnosing Oskar with Cushing's Disease and were able to refer us to an internal medicine specialist to help tailor our buddy's treatment so he can be with us for many years to come!

I really can’t say anything bad about this vet clinic! Dr. Shaw and his team are very professional and showed the utmost care for my pup when he was ill. I live in Greensburg now but still make the drive to visit with Dr. Shaw! I cannot recommend this place enough!

My elderly dog seems a year younger under Dr. Shaw and Edgebrook Vet’s care. She’s difficult at the vet but they were able to make her comfortable and take care of her anyways. Services are also very affordable.

Dr. Shaw is very nice to my dog and shows respect and concern for his animal patients and fur parents! The staff are incredibly caring and friendly. I have a Chihuahua which can be a difficult patient sometimes but the staff are reassuring to him and treat him with Love 💕 I love bringing him here! And did I mention how affordable he is !!!!I love my Vet and would recommend him to anyone!

Very unprofessional! My sister never had to worry about veterinary care because I was a vet tech of 30 years and now I’m retired and can not direct her to a vet in her area. These people yelled at her for not having rabies certificate and not knowing where the dog was last seen, instead of listening to her and being patient. They yelled at her to leave now! Do not use this vet!

My wife went there to pick up medication for a friends dog had questions and they was real rude horrible customer service and obviously dont care about animals think they should choos a defferent career i went there with all of my animals and my wife had a question specific for my puppies and got rude back talked searching for a place that actually cares i dont know what changed about this but wont be returning until they actually change there attitude

Recently noticed my normally healthy cat was sick. Dr. Shaw and his staff we're amazing he told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to happen. Was reasonable priced for a surgery that was literally life changing for my cat. Was very caring and compassionate would highly recommend. My nieghbors and other family members also go here

I take all 3 of my dogs here the staff are great Dr. Shaw is amazing my one dog milo had hair missing on his face from scatching he gave him meds and they worked beautifully!! The care I always receive here is incredible they are compassionate, caring and extremely reasonable Please consider bringing your pet/pets here it's very affordable and they will take very good care of your fur babies!!

I took my cat here for an eye infection. The facility was very clean, smelled fresh, and the staff worked extremely well with my terrified kitty. I made another appointment for grooming after my wonderful experience. Dash says thank you for fixing my eye!

Got my French Bulldogs, Cherry eye done.. surgery went super well, and healed nicely. I highly recommend them over anyone in the area. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the staff is wonderful!

Really happy I chose this vet when I was searching for a walk-in clinic! My cat needed to be seen sooner rather than later for what we found out was an abscess. We didn’t wait long at all to be seen, and when it was my turn I was very happy with the level of care my cat received. Everyone was very kind and caring, and the vet knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done right away. He was gentle while efficiently draining the abscess and giving her an antibacterial injection. My cat was handled with lots of love while we were here! I will be returning for any future vet needs!

This was Toby’s 2nd vet experience. 1st time patient at Edgewood. Close to home. Love walk in service, reasonable pricing. Tech’s were so nice. I don’t know the Doctor’s name. He never introduced himself, but he was very gentle with Toby. Toby was a good little patient also. We will definitely go back and recommend to others.

Unless you need a routine wellness exam, shots or after hour euthanasia do not waste your time. They have no X-ray machine or standard equipment and will end up referring you to PVSEC or Rivers.

This was a humiliating experience. Don’t come here!I don’t have a vehicle, I called in advance…this is my third attempt at getting these rescues seen, and upon arrival, the staff made us all sit outside in the heat. There is no seating, so we literally had to sit on the concrete in the sun while waiting to be seen. Inside was empty btw…and they actually made me take these cats outside to wait. NOT EVEN THE ANIMALS WERE ALLOWED TO WAIT IN THE AIR CONDITIONING. If you don’t already have resources, they’re not interested in helping you. They literally don’t care at all.

Update: 6-23-2018I recently had to put down 'Pep'... a poodle mix of 19 1/2 years old. He was a super great dog through the years for my son. I will always remember Dennis J at 10 years doing a song and pony show for the elderly at the old folks homes. Pep was smart and knew 12 different commands. They couldn't remember our names, but they always remembered Pep. LOL.I want to thank Dr. Shaw, DMV and his super staff for their professional and compassionate manner during the procedure.I have always received good straightforward no-nonsense animal care at this clinic with reasonable prices and great staff. Omg the staff and the doctor was so nice to me and my dog Brody. He had a horrible ear infection and was super snappy and was so afraid he would bite someone, but the doctor said no problem gave me some pills and told me to come back in 2 hours. When we went back we were able to go right inside and not wait outside in the car cause my dog was Feeling loopy not all there because of the medication. When we got inside omg the staff was super again we took care of the problem plus got all his shots up to date . I would highly recommend this vet to anyone. Thank you again for all your help with my dog who I love so much . See yinz again soon when we need anything.

We have five cats and have been going to Dr. Shaw's Edgebrook vet clinic for years. The staff and Dr. Shaw have been thorough and helpful at each visit. No appointment is needed, and the price is very reasonable. We have gone for both sick visits and regular checkups/vaccinations and have always been satisfied.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now, the prices are very reasonable compared to other vet offices, and I always have the best experience with the staff! The hours they are open are a huge plus for me since most vets are only open normal business hours. My cats have always been well cared for and in the hard times of loosing a few the staff was extremely sensitive and made me feel comfortable. I always have a great experience here and will continue to go here! 😺
