Really phenomenal experience today.It wasn’t crowded so we browsed for a good long while loading up a bag of items to try on both mens and women’s.I couldn’t remember where I got a couple items and the staff were quick to help me locate the area to exchange sizes.At checkout the staff were super friendly and helpful on questions I had about pricing for clearance items.Would recommend and would shop again. Can’t thank them enough and already wore my new overalls for some yard work ;)

The best prices for big and tall clothes that I've ever seen. I was very impressed! Excellent customer service as they game me 20% off for my first purchase. I went for work clothes but will be buying my everyday clothes there as well. Great store!

OK, let's be honest. If you're shopping Duluth you don't need me to tell you the great quality of their goods. What you might not know is that the quality of this particular store's personnel are an even higher caliber than the products they sell. Every time I'm in this store I encounter friendly, pleasant and helpful associates. Recently, I had one deliver such excellent customer service that I had to write this review.I was in-store shopping a VIP sale the other night. I purchased several hundred dollars of merchandise (and every associate was so helpful!). When I got home, I was reviewing my receipt and noticed that one of the items that was supposed to be discounted was rung up at full price. I immediately phoned the store. Naturally, as it was a big sale night, no one was available to take my call, but I was able to leave a voice message. I gave the details and a call back number. The next day, shortly after opening time, Dale phoned to tell me that he'd already pulled up my transaction, saw the incorrect charge and how he would fix it. He also apologized for the inconvenience and said that he'd let me know when he was able to complete the credit. The very next morning, he phoned again (although I missed this call) and left me a message saying that he was successful in processing the credit and no further action would be necessary on my part. He sent me an email confirming the credit, too. When I reviewed the email, I noted that Dale actually extended me a little more credit than I expected. THIS is customer service!I phoned the store to thank Dale for his follow-up, but he was not handy to the phone. I asked the person who answered to please thank him for me, and I told her just how much I appreciate the level of service he provided. I complimented all of the employees to her and said that this is why I love to shop at Duluth Trading Company.I was always confident shopping Duluth, but after this extra level of service I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Dale, and every associate at Duluth Robinson! Happiest of holidays to you all!

First time I've visited the store but I've ordered items over the years online. Mostly underwear for my husband, he loves them! Ordered myself a couple of pairs of pants in March, unfortunately they didn't fit. I honestly forgot about them, once I ran across them again, I checked the return policy. One year! Awesome!Took them into this store today, they took them back, no problem. She even found the packing slip inside the package so I didn't need my email invoice. I was even able to pick which credit card I wanted my refund to go on, as my original card had been canceled. It took less than 2 minutes, was so easy!We wandered through the women's, then the men's sections. We were asked by 3 different employees if we needed help. They weren't hovering but someone was close by if we needed anything. I liked that. They were all friendly.The store was clean and well organized. Dressing rooms too. I'm a germophobe so front door handles on any store are always a strong indicator for me. I was actually impressed by the ones on this store. I know, this is a small dumb thing, but something I noticed and appreciated.It was nice to shop in the actual store, there's only so much you can figure out online. There's different textures and materials, and obviously you get to try things on. I'd definitely go back to this store!

Experience the best at outrageous prices for the few to afford. This is the men's Victoria secrets for Men. I pay $25 for one pair of underwear, and it's worth every $. Awesome atmosphere helpful staff. Awesome gift idea. Men love hardware stores and a tight package. Armichillo underwear rocks my rocks. No kids Men hear enough whining, let them have sanctuary.

This place sells very well made clothes and other odds and ends such as wallets, lotions and just about anything that could improve your life. The store itself is very clean, inviting and very well run. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. You can expect to pay a little bit more for stuff but everything is such good quality I personally don't want to go anywhere else. If you're buying men's shirts, the sizes run a little bigger. I definitely recommend buying clothes from here!

One of my favorite places to go for clothing. They have a great variety of women's workwear and everyday clothing that lasts well, is comfortable, looks great and has ample pockets. Costs a little more but well worth it and they have great sales.

Duluth in Robinson Twp is a wonderful place to shop! So many choices, colors, designs and styles. The employees are knowledgeable and always available to help. Great all around experience

Love the cloth, just gotta have a stack of cash when ya go in Haha. Quality gear though, only pants I wear anymore. I LOVE THE ALASKAN HARD GEAR PANTS want another set, Flex hose cargos are great also got 2 pairs!

Happy to have a Duluth store in Robinson. Helpful staff, they have great deals around the holidays. Do not regularly shop here since they are on the pricey side for myself but love the items that they sell.

Ok so i fell today out of a door onto the concrete I ripped open both knees my right calf and left forearm .... I had on my duluth pants and they did NOT even show damage ... I am pretty sure if I didn't have these pants on my injuries would have been much worse as well .... so if you want great clothing buy duluth clothing ..... the ones here are the ones I own

I went to return an item and had the absolute pleasure of Mathew waiting on me, he was polite, informative and had a terrific attitude. He made me feel like a valued customer. The store itself it terrific and always so clean and well stocked. I will definitely be returning.
