The worst Dollar Tree location. Shelves not stocked and boxes blocking many of the aisles. Almost always long checkout lines. Poorly managed and obviously need more workers.

Dollar Tree is a discount chain store that sells a variety of products--decorations, foods, office supplies, hygiene products, cleaning products, etc.--and no product ever costs more than $1.25. Recently, I went on a "shopping spree" and spent only $29. I had to wait in line for only about one minute, and the cashier was nice and thanked me. My only suggestion for improvement would be to slightly update the interior design of the store.

Large selection of seasonal decorations and everyday items including food and cleaning products. Great is the price... only $1.25 each. The best thing is the courteous and helpful staff.

Not worth the one star but Google does not allow you to give less. Store still has nothing on shelves, boxes all over, just plain dirty. Long lines at cashiers. They really need new managers. The West View store is never like the McKnight Road store. The manager last Saturday was observed being rude to customers and employees alike. We left and did not buy anything.

It's up to what season you go, hut so great that we can get airbaloons for $1 each with helium! If they are out for anything, they don't know when they get next time which sucks. But seasonal items they have good selection especially if you need for your kid's classmates. I love this place because everything in the store is $1, not like some of them are $3 or $5!

Lots of clutter looked like the afternoon of black Friday lots of boxes of merchandise to be put on shelves. They are hiring and I can see why....very busy and looking for workers....sign up for multiple positionsBTW shoppers don't have to trash things while shopping.

I love this store, and all Dollar Trees, for seasonal items. They're not always the best quality, to stand the test of time, but they're usually cute things. Also, best place for gift bags and tissue paper.

You get what you need for a fraction of the price. Some are brand names and others are not but they serve the same purpose. This store needed more helpers as their stock supplies were laying around in the aisle ways and their were 2 of them chit chatting and complaining about the layout of the lines etc.

Smaller Dollar Tree with most of the Dollar Tree "essentials" that other locations have. The biggest drawback of this store as well as other smaller Dollar Trees is the lack of freezer section. That being said, employees are friendly and there's of course no complaints about pricing

They never stay open until 8 anymore. Everyday it’s a different time and it’s usually never later than 5 or 6, I definitely don’t recommend coming here. Unless it’s to see the great worker Carol 🤞🏼

Cashier did have her mask on on. Store was over crowded there was no clear signs of social distancing. Seen no sanitizer at registers. There dividers are made of flimsy plastic not acrylic, not good sneeze guards.

I work at Vincentian personal care, and on 9/17/19, one of our residential made some purchases. He was assisted by Lisa. She went above and beyond for this gentleman. Her kindness was greatly appreciated and I personally would like to acknowledge our appreciation in her assistance with our resident.

This store is the absolute worst dollar tree. It’s never stocked and the employees are downright rude. We are well into January and boxes of Valentines Day products still aren’t opened and the shelves are bare.

Dollar Tree is the worst. I purchased some cute outdoor lantern stakes shaped like bulbs in various colors....8 of them...two of each color yellow red green and blue. The only time that they worked was when I initially pulled the tab. I went to return them today to find out from the horribly rude cashier and the manager that was even more rude that they "don't gotta take seasonal returns". I have worked retail and understand policy, however there is something called diplomacy that Dollar Tree neglects to teach their employees ..... and really should employ higher quality people that they give a managerial title to. I had a receipt and should have been able to get my cash back or at least a store credit. It will be a cold day in H**l before I spend my hard earned money in a Dollar Tree. Looks like Dollar General just earned my trinket business. If I could give them less than a one star rating, I certainly would. They fail in my book!

The workers have an attitude & very rude the wait to check out 30 mins serisoulsy they need more workers should not be this slow at working the registers. Regular retail stores aren't even this bad during black Friday every time I come here it's always a 20min to 40 min wait rather go to the one out in shaler lot quicker and more polite people

Roomy and spacious and on the end of McKnight (where you can avoinf McKnightmare Road traffic) which makes it convenient for quick visits. The only issue is where the registers are located. With only one line that feeds into two registers make for an awkward setup. There can be quit a crowd and sometimes its impossible to pass by the line because its so crowded.
