Well stocked and fairly organized every time I've stopped by. Line can occasionally get long during peak hours. Solid dollar store overall. Great for seasonal doodads, snacks, toys/books for kids, and basic necessities.

I was there today. A 2nd register where the balloons are was opened. Typically they take the next person in line.The guy jumped in. I commented aren't you suppose to take the next person in line???.Then the cashier went out of her way and had the audacity to shout across the room asking the guy if he wanted come in front of me!!!I I informed her I WAS IN FRONT OF BOTH OF THOSE GUYS!!! When I mentioned that I got no apology she just totally was disrespectful and ignored me. It appeared that she did this on intentionally just the fact that she went out of her way yelling across the store for the guy to come in her line in front of me so she can wait on him if I had her name I definitely would have added it Lady get some manners and social skills that you are apparently lacking

I used to go to the dollar tree in east liberty. This dollar tree feels like a target compared to the last one. The staff is amazing and it is clean and organized. Products are often in stock here. I’m so glad I found a new dollar tree.

I've been in here a few times. Last year didn't look too good. Maybe they got more employees because the store looks better. The aisles aren't as messy and the floor is vacuumed. I avoid going during rush hour. This place could use a small face lift though. New cooler or something.

Was very SHOCKED at how clean and organizes this Dollar Tree is considering most of them (North Versailles, Penn Hills) are absolutely filthy!! This Edgewood location is the absolute best by far !!

Wow! I After asking about the new Manager Ms. Charnée of several months cleaned this store, this terrible, spoiled, and unprofessional old team 😱takes over…😳 watch out.. return the filthy store. DOLLAR TREE NEEDS TO BETTER RESPECT THEIR STAFF

Worst dollar tree n staff ever..line is 25 deep..opens new line n let's people who just got in line come right up while the people already waiting for 15 minutes are left standing there..typical minimum wage dgaf attitude

This location is always filthy and in desperate need of being restocked and recovered. It’s a small but busy location and I feel as though this is an upper management issue and not so much the employees that work every day. They work very little hours a day and for as busy as they are never get away from the register. Every time I walk in here I want to look at their stockroom to see what it looks like? The shelves are three quarters empty so do they even have the means to restock? Do they own a sweeper? I would love the opportunity to go in and rework this entire store. Even their balloons need attention. How anyone can see what’s available is beyond me. They all run together. No organization what so ever!! I know it’s a Dollar Store and people will always shop here and the demand will always be here, but as a company I would think you would hold a higher standard. But I’m just a consumer, what do I know?

The store is always low on inventory. It is messy quite often. Things in disarray on the shelves and boxes in the aisles. The cashier was by herself. She was visibly stressed out trying to call for help in between taking customers. The line was wrapped around the store. The cashier was very nice although clearly frustrated. She seemed to be a little off balance and slurring her words like she was drunk or hadn't sobered up from the night before.

I have been at this store four times in the past two weeks. Unfortunately at all times there has only been one cashier and at least a 15 to 20-minute wait check out line. That doesn't include as someone wants to buy balloons.

The whole store is filthy. Look at the carpets in the photos, every isle had trash and dirt and stains all over the floor. If the health department visited them they'd probably be shut down.It's cool that everything is only $1. But the other Dollar Trees are not filthy like this one.

Second time at a second location where the doors were locked in the middle of the day. This means the company isn't taking care of it's employees. Do better, Dollar Tree.

Had one cashier about 6 people in line. the rude woman in front of me and her daughter decided to check out and then go shopping while they were at the checkout picking up things they forgot which held up the line even longer. There was no manager visible so after 10 minutes I decided to walk out the manager needs to stay on top of this this is a busy store frequented by a lot of people and we don't have time to wait while someone decides to shop and ring out at the same time. It was not up to the cashier to reprimand her it was up to the manager to handle this

I like the fact the store stays open to 9pm. On week days and that it's close to The Get Go gas station. I wish it had more space for the frozen 📺 dinners . Cause they help out a lot when time gets away from you helping others.😉🤚😉

Store is crowded, messy, shelves are always disheveled and it smells. Staff is disinterested and distracted. In all fairness, I have always gone there the last hour before closing.

Dollar Tree has a variety of merchandise all at one dollar a piece! Be prepared to wait in line due to short staffing.
