Save your time and money. My wife had an upset stomach. The head misfit at this location felt the need to close early. I tried to explain my needs. Obviously he had his own agenda. Being a person in customer service this is a NO NO

I hardly ever get to go to Dollar General because of my schedule. So when I choose to go it happens to be at 10:30 . What do you think happens? The store that's supposed to be open to 11 of course closed at 10. Is this a regular practice for the store? I'd like to know so that I don't have to drive all the way there just to get to a closed store. Thanks

The manager Tiffany Marshall is the worst thing that happened to this place. I have witnessed her be extremely rude to elderly customers and made comments such as "I know where you live" to customers. I have shopped here for years. Il never give dollar general another cent until Tiffany Marshall is let go.

So much potential. Never stocked. Dirty and lines are a joke. It's a shame. There are a few good workers but can't make up for short staffing and lack of leadership.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. This store has made some improvements in the grocery and home decor departments, but at the expense of pretty much the rest of the store. Plus the organization is pretty inconsistent. Some areas look great and are easy to shop, and some give you anxiety. Its a game they play because it's never the same areas.

This Dollar General has really cleaned up it's act. They have added a ton of new coolers, though most are empty. Not sure if a distribution issue or hoarders. But the place is so much cleaner and well organized!

Usually has everything you'd expect to get at a dollar store and sometimes more. Recently renovated with more coolers and home goods. When Aldi's was closed, they did a decent job carrying the load as best as a dollar general could.

Love my Baldwin dollar store, but always long lines and only one register open. They also block a lot of merchandise with what I assume is new stock. I think it would be better to bring those big flat beds out when they are ready to stock rather than leave them sitting in the isle.

This place is a wonderful store. It has some great deals.... although the deals represent the quality of the products. The store is a low quality for a good price style store. If you enter too buy something do not expect a nice product. As well dp not expect too buy something that will last you. This store is merely for cheaper products that will help you in a pinch. Any of there products are expected too break essentially

The Dollar General where I shop has remodeled and they now offer many more frozen foods and dairy options. You can do a quick shopping without a super market stop. Usually fairly well stocked. Decent prices. My go to for laundry and cleaning supplies.

This store is unreal. Dairy section completely bare , set of coolers still broken after several weeks. Restocking is terrible here. I only keep trying because it's only few yards from home

Easy place to go close to home to grab something if you need it quick. The store always seems dirty, the toy section is literally just toys thrown all over the shelfs, no organization what so ever..there arw very few employees there who are nice, and should be working with the public. The cashiers also always seem to be so overwhelmed because they get lines of 5 or more people and cant ever find another worker to help them.

Very nice store. One of the cleanest I do believe. Nice people. I don't make it back to the Brookline area much since I moved north. But had an oportunity to run my mother around shopping. She seems to love this store. Nothing but good things to say about it.

Love Dollar General but this location on Sussex is constantly out of stuff. Sometimes it's so under stocked it looks like it's closing! I understand stores run out of things but they shouldn't be out of items for weeks at a time. I hope they rectify this issue.

The prices at DG cannot be beat. Cold medicine prices are easily $3-6 cheaper than a drug store. My only complaint is it was kind of messy but that could have been due to cleaning out Christmas stuff and turning over to Valentine's day/ spring stuff.

My Favorite place to shop for low prices that are guaranteed the items Varies depending on which store you shop in this is like one stop shop You can buy food household cleaning products, school supplies, pet food only Dog and Cat Food hair products make up and some DVD movies for you and the kids Ive even found Blue Ray DVDS as well if your trying to save a few bucks and raise a family this is the place to be

They remodeled the whole store, so I"m still trying to find where they moved things. Since I go every week, I'll get used to it. They've added a beautiful refrigerated and frozen food department.

The shelves were adequately stocked and they seem to be following all the covid 19 regulations. Did not spend a lot of time in the checkout line and workers were friendly and helpful.

As most folks realize these days, name brands are generally over-priced, with discount store brands typically cheaper and for the most part the same quality.That being said, Dollar General is my go-to place for Dollar General brand band aids, paper towels/napkins, clear wrap, packing tape, cleaning supplies, canned tuna/sardines/salmon, etc. They also have a selection of name brands that you can buy for less versus a super market.Free parking and right across the street from Aldi's!

The shelves are always a mess always lines at the registers. Always employees standing around doing nothing. DG is a good store without management to fine tune.

The cashier is the only good part of that place cant walk through their is crates and dolly's in every isle stuff piled everywhere absolutley no organization and really is a safety hazard the fire marshal would shut this place down lol

Dollar General is a phenomenal company and they put stores in the poor areas and you can find everything you need to live in the Dollar General if you look closely I love my Paris lamps with my lamp shades and they only cost me $12

9/10x's there's No cell service in front of or inside of the store. So if you plan on using their app for their coupons, better go through & get the coupons before you get to the store

FOUND GIFTS FOR MY NIECE & GREAT NIECE THERE. THEY ALSO HAD THE MEDICATION I NEEDED. THE CHECKOUT CLERK HAD A GREAT ATTUTUDE. THIS UNPLANNED TRIP WORKED OUT VERY WELL!
