It's a really nice dollar store. They have a large selection of brand name items, including medications and food items. Nice frozen section. The only thing I don't like about this one is that the check out process isn't great. They just don't have enough staff, but the staff I have encountered have always been friendly. Solid place, especially after the remodel.

What a sh1th0le. 2 women behind the counter, a long line of customers, and neither one of them is ringing anyone up. Everyone is stuck waiting for the self-checkouts. When I finally got to the register, I commented that I don't understand why there's 2 cashiers and neither of them is doing anything. Her reply was, "Because we dont have a register that works," and "well, maybe you should tell corporate." Nah lady, maybe YOU should tell corporate you can't do your job, and it's inconveniencing their customers. I am not returning to this location.

This is one of the poorest run stores. For over a year shelves were half stocked. The manager is very rude. You will wait for the manager or whoever is working to either hear you at the register or you will wait. Don't shop here.

If u could give minus stars I would. The store is so dirty. Their shelves are never stocked but the racks with the merchandise that's not being put away is always blocking aisles. The prices NEVER match they NEVER change their tags or maybe they just do it to make more money. Also an employee by the name of Tracie is rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, lazy and just plain horrible at helping customers. I wouldn't tell someone I can't stand to shop there it's that bad. It is really really one of the dirtiest stores I've been in. I don't understand why either when there's multiple employees working (which I use the word working loosely) because I never see anyone actually doing anything. Just close the store and put a store in that's worth going to.

I was in this place looking for something and the person who was at this moment I saw her in the corridor and I ask her do you work here and with an unfriendly tone she says yes, then I show her a photo of what I am looking for she tells me where it is but I couldn't see what I was looking for and from afar he spoke to me in a strong tone then he turned towards me and I even thought he wanted to hit me because of the way he spoke to me .Just l said sorry for bothering you. .And GO.

PLEASE b careful if shopping at this location. I visited this store today & as I left I kept feeling pain in my leg. Brushing it off as I had multiple bags in my hands to carry out. Got home and realized I have a huge cut on my thigh from a unloaded metal cart I had to move to purchase womens deodorant. I didn't realize it cut me until I left & my leg was burning. It's very nasty and painful. Right through my pants.the store is a MESS! large carts everywhere! U can't even walk. The staff was buay stalking and blaring music in the back isle of the store. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. Completely unacceptable and dangerous! A child could b seriously way more injured than I was. Blows my mind!

Bargains are usually pretty good. So many boxes in the aisles that you can't always get to what you want! Always looks dirty as of late! I always went to the Brentwood store because it was clean and organized, but not any longer! Disappointed!

Super rude lady at cash register yelling at me and telling me to hit cancel on the key pad when it was her mistake.. I'd advise not to shop there.. no reason to be rude to a customer if your having a bad day or hate your life.. get a grip and put a smile on your face takes 0 effort to be nice

They have a lot to choose from at this location esp cool little accessories things for your phone. They have a lot of art supplies and crafts and DO yourself kits for activities at home with kids. They have weekly planners and a lot of things to organize you’re home here.They have light up picture frames and lots of modern decorations for you’re home. You’d be surprised what you can find here!

So much cleaner ,now that they have remodele love the look my only complaint is , the floors really need cleaned. They advertised toys bog2 free . They didn't have any, the clerk said they only had a few and they sold. Really? False advertising? I love the convenience and the sales.

Went greyhound 🚌 station it was very people friendly! I was able to get the help i needed from the security desk officer. After that we seen a small convenience store while you wait for your bus to come and rest rooms available to the customers and TV to watch while you waited for you bus route to show up. Gave me and my family the feeling of wanting to venture out and take a trip so I gave it a thumbs up. 😌

Was up visiting yogi bears campsite which we only live 30 mins from however unexpected temperatures forgotten items led me here . Where a worker named kristie was so helpful went above an beyond the others workers to help me during stressful time with unexpected weather temps dropped . She is so friendly actually genuine nice person! She needs a raise an to become a boss or manager something . wish there was more workers like her with all the customer service stations

This place is a disaster . Never open on time. Empty shelves , boxes in isle to where you can't walk or reach what you need. Everything is unorganized and filthy dirty .. Female cashier is very rude. The same one that can't open on time . I go there a few times a week and Everytime she is complaining to other employees and customers about her boss and working conditions . The last time I was there was yesterday . And that will be the last time I ever step foot in there .

Was just in this store my husband had to use the rest room a manager was in there. He had asked her for the key wich she had in hand and then told him he had to walk to the front of the store to get it. When in the front we were told not only was she a manager she was from corporate! I have never had such ignorance from a manager better yet corporate management. Next time my 40 dollars will be spent in another location or better yet another dollar store.

very bad customer service. The price was marked as 2 box for 20 (diapers count 48-80), when I bought 2 boxes of diapers of 72 counts each, customer service people said that that was not on that selves where the price says 2 for 20. I laughed at them and said "actually this item was on the floor, on a walking way, not on the selves". very very very wired customer service. If you go there for shopping be careful of slips and trips.

I mean who doesn’t like the dollars general?!? Great place to run in and grab stuff. They have everything from toiletries, food, cleaning supplies decorations to clothes! The prices make it easy to choose dollar general when you need something!

Usually more than usual amount of inventory in the aisles. People put items back in random places, always there everywhere. But nowhere near as bad as the one in Coraopolis. The Bellevue store is the best one around.

The aisles were crowded because they were moving things around. The cashier was very pleasant and was very willing to assist us in getting the patio chairs I saw at another store.

It was only recently that I have shopped at a dollar store, in general. I have found that one needs to be cautious about certain products and one has to be sure to check expiration dates, but other than that one can find great deals at these stores.

Store always Dirty, every time I stop in, frozen food thawed on floor with current dates, UGH also milk, gross. Please if you dont know that it was always frozen do not buy or you'll get sick.

Shoppers - PAY ATTENTION TO THIS!. DG Staff refuses to wear Covid masks, citing medical reasons. As a Registered Nurse X30 years, who has worn a mask while on the the job in the I.C.U. for up to 12 hr straight, I can categorically state there is no legitimate medical reason to not wear a mask - NONE. Corporate Dollar General irrresponsibly believes it is ok for their employees with "medical conditions" to pollute their stores with potententially DEADLY (580,000 USA Covid dead, to date) exhaled germs. Just because an employee claims a faux medical issue, that does NOT make it ok for them to endanger the lives of everyone else who enters that store. Neither I, nor anyone in my family, will shop there again.

Great prices on dog treats, most other prices compare to Walmart, without the lines or traffic. Stock isn't always filled, but still a good quick stop.

Like any corporate run business they are short staffed.The people who work here always have a pleasant and sunny disposition, even if they have to do the work load of three people when there is only one.
