I drove past this place while i was coming home from getting a Christmas tree. I had an earge to get a few cookies for the long drive home. I went in, got the cookies and began to drive again. When i first took a bite i thought they were laced with drugs, really. They were that good. Anyways i would reccomend this store over pretty much every other. The employs are so nice and the layout makes it easy to find things.

CVS has one of the best awards programs available. CVS always informs award members of specials and adds coupons weekly to keep customers updated. CVS stores are extremely well stocked and it’s easy to find items. I stopped shopping at Walgreens due to the always great shopping experience I have at CVS. (There is no comparison). I have told all my family and friends about the CVS awards card.

Pharmacists attitude is disgusting. I just called to have a prescription transferred and she hung up on me without a proper , polite greeting.I hated going to this location, but it's the closest to where I am doing business today, so I had no other choice.Theres no need to be rude. She andwered the phone as though she hates her job and answering the phone is the bane of her existence.Downtown locations are equally busy, and NEVER EVER rude, condescending or crass.

I originally chose this pharmacy because they were 24/7. Now they’re not. I understand this but they straight up CLOSE 1:39-2 for lunch!?!??! I’m sorry but I work evening shift they should be open their full hours now I can’t get my medicine I’m definitely switching to rite aid because that’s just ridiculous. Don’t randomly close in the middle of the day.

Almost every bad review is about the pharmacy and their staff. The convenience store carries the positive ratings here.For me, the pharmacy never answers the phone. So much of my life spent waiting.. they are understaffed *and* they don't want to take care of you. A rough combo to have. They need an overhaul and more staff at that pharmacy. I've been to plenty pharmacies in urban settings (Seattle, Chicago, SF, etc) and this one is abysmal.Anyway, I recommend going to almost any other pharmacy in the city (or suburbs) because if you ever have a problem, this one is just not going to help you and you'll be pulling your own teeth to get help.

not sure why there are bad reviews. a chain pharmacy in an urban area is going to be busy…of course there will be a line and of course you will have to wait. zero need to complain about having to stand in line or wait a bit for something to be filled. not everything in life can be handed to you the second you want it without any hesitation. they probably have hundreds of things to process back there. i’ve filled at CVS multiple times and i’ve never had an issue. even called today to check on something and said they could take their time because i didn’t need it asap, but it was still filled within the hour anyways.edit: multiple months into picking up here and they’re still great every time. still have yet to notice a single issue. my medication is always filled within 24 hours, they are quick and efficient over the phone, and none of the staff has been rude per the other reviews.

The prescription service was absolutly AWFUL!!! My son had brain surgery and his meds were called in 3 hours before arrived. They did not have his prescription ready when we arrived. We were told it would be 10 minutes...we are currently still waiting after 30 min. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!

The customer service sucks...Not just with the pharmacy assistancees but particularly with the pharmacist. They have a mentality as if they are doing you a favor by filling your prescription and for that reason I transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy

Oh my God, I’m sorry but the store is dirty. I went to the beauty section where joah and elf products are. FounDations and boxes had dust on them. I was running out of foundation and ran over here since it’s the closest place to where I work. I made a quick run over here to buy the Joah foundation and all of the foundations had black dust on top of it! But I had no choice but to just buy it. I had to wipe the dust off the top of it. Ew. AnD also a product by elf (the camo powder) had dust on its box packaging as well. THEY REALLY need to like replace items or restore or clean them because I don’t want to have to buy products that have dust on their packaging.

I use this CVS because it is open 24/7 which is great! They are often out of certain items and the pharmacy is always busy so be prepared to wait in line for your prescriptions! I have had mixed experiences with the pharmacy staff, but I keep coming back for the convenience of the store and its hours. This store does have self-checkout which makes it way easier to get in and get out!

The pharmacist here lies and deceives you. She yold me my prescription wSnt in stock and then said I couldnt transfer to this location I called corporate- they helped and were apalled the way she spoke to them. I walked in and got my prescription after all the lies. She has been reported!! Ugh. Lies lies lies from a pharmacist treating patients

I recently had an awesome experience at the best CVS store in Pittsburgh, thanks to Hammer. He was super helpful and friendly, making me feel like a valued customer. Hammer's knowledge and dedication were top-notch, and he went out of his way to assist me. I'm so happy to have met him, and I highly recommend this CVS location for their fantastic service.

The pharmacy at this location is very efficient and friendly. We're from out of town and had to make 2 Urgent Care visits. Both times the prescription was sent here and we waited no longer than 10 mins. Everyone is very pleasant also.

The pharmacy is not 24 hours. If you show up during their "lunch" they are closed from 1.30 till 2.00 PM (this is in the fine print on the website). It is also closed most of the night. It says 24 Hours in 2 foot tall letters in the outside of the store. They also force you to use self serve check out. In theory there is someone that can take cash but you have to go searching through the store to find them. They are stocking shelves instead of staffing their register. A 5 minute prescription pick up took 45 minutes. Find a pharmacy that does not lie to you.

I live about less than 2 minutes of walking from the store, so it's kind of a convenient store to me than a pharmacy. It opens 24/7, quite convenient. That's the reason for the second star. Otherwise, overpriced. Not much healthy foods. But, I don't care, the reason that I take 5 minutes of my life to write this review is its staff.Today, I had a $5 ExtraBucks Reward that's about to expired. So, on our way home from a walk, we stopped by to use the $5 coupon without any real need for shopping. I saw Milano cookies from PeppeRidge Farm were on sale (photo). I pick a variety of 4 flavors to check them out. As I checked out, the cashier checked them with full price. I politely reminded her of the sale. She said it's for a certain kind but not all of them. I asked whether she's sure about that because if so I didn't want to buy them. She's sure and canceled the sale. I walked back to the shelf took the photo and pick 2 of them, I was not in the mood to buy 4 anymore. This time, I showed her the photos and, bingo, the sale price went through(!) I bought 2 for not wasting the $5 coupon because I knew that it would a long time before I came back to the store. Sorry, Pepperidge Farm! Maybe next time, somewhere else.However, I'm still wondering that when you put something on sale, is that you people to buy it (with the sale price) or you just want to bring them to the store?!

This store and the customer service was excellent! I came in from out of town to be with my son who is a student at PITT who had emergency surgery. I had to pick up some items last minute and this store was conveniently open 24 hours and was close to us. The cashier was amazing, offered me the CarePass which saved me $20 on my order. In a very stressful situation, this interaction was refreshing, convenient and made me much more comfortable knowing I could get what I needed. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a friendly cashier. Great work!

Imagine yourself going to the pharmacy after midnight and you're worried about your kid!When I walked into the pharmacy & asked if they have anything for my child! Cuz his temperature was a little bit high(not urgent) the Indian woman told me “we can't help you here! it's not like your country you need to go to a pediatric!!!” EXCUSE ME!!!! What's this has to do with my country!!! Why being racist and disrespectful!!!

Rude employee, went to pick up medicine for my sick child and was given attitude by employee to told me his name was "mike" and on the receipt the name says Charmella, all I asked was if could of slowed down with his questions in order to give me a chance to answer and he rudely replied that I not asked him to slow down because he does not care what I think and continued saying he doesn't care! Why did I deserve to be treated that way all I came here for was to grab some medicine for my child..

One of the best CVSs. Great staff, especially in the morning. This location has significantly improved since the current manager started. Store is neater and cleaner. Pharmacy gets busy and pharmacy team gets a bit overworked, but they are the only 24 hour pharmacy in the city.

I have been coming to this location for many, many years. As an asthmatic, there are times when I need medicine, and there is a specific one that is over the counter, but is kept in the pharmacy for safety reasons.This evening I went in because I was in dire need and it is the only 24-hour pharmacy within an hour or more that is open. As I am gasping for breath, I find out the pharmacy closed even though there was no signage indicating that.The only other option is to go to the emergency department at a local hospital.Being forced into this because they could not be professional to have signs up and for people in a serious state, it is completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this location after using it as a primary spot for over 15 years.The manager made some slight attempt to help, but seemed unaware of most things.

I visited the mini clinic today. the provider Misty McMullen is so nice and professional! ❤️❤️❤️She did test for me and she shared useful information to me! In addition, she is flexible and thoughtful! I already did pre-registration and submitted my insurance information online, and I thought I didn’t need to bring my insurance card. However, she could not read the information in the system from the computer. She is being flexible and just checked photos of my insurance card in my phone. She is the provider that really wants to help you out and won’t waster your time!😊Reminder: bring your insurance card even though you did pre-registration. The system might need time to update information.

Only one open 24 hours so they could have mud on the walls and snakes on the ground and if u need diapers, body wash, or any other random necessity its the only place to go so thank goodness for their overnight staff who are always pleasant and helpful

Overall a good pharmacy. I lived close by and I pick my prescriptions here. The pharmacy staff are very nice. The store staff are hard to judge because there's a lot of turn over, but most of them seem to be good. There's parking here, which is great if you drive. It's also 24 hours, so if you need something at 2:00am you better come here.

Went in for a scheduled covid vaccine in the morning. As some others have said the person working the covid vaccine area was real piece of work. They were already mad about something else when I arrived. I scheduled a covid and flu shot and when I arrived apparently I was only showing getting the covid vaccine; in an empty store they didn’t try to remedy the situation. It being too early to deal with this I proceeded. They stabbed me, told me to sit down, and didn’t even give a band aid. There is part of me that is a little concerned that they were dropping the ball. Here is to hoping I was stuck with the right vaccine! 🤞🏽I went in expecting a totally benign situation and ended up in a stressful s-show.

Often did not fill my meds on time. Also, I had told them they needed to transfer my meds to a new pharmacy, as I had moved, and they continued to fill some of my meds so therefore my new pharmacy couldn’t fill them. Only good I can say about this pharmacy is there is one employee who was super on top of it and always lovely to speak to.

I needed to pick up an antibiotic before work. Arrived at 9. I was told by a disgruntled pharmacy attendant that they just opened, and are short staffed and cant fill the prescription for awhile. First why wouldn't a pharmacy open at 8 rathwr than 9 and if someone is waiting, not just fill the prescription?
