Horrible pharmacy staff. The manager is extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful. I tried asking her a question and she looked at me like I was nothing and completely ignored me. That was a weird experience. I’m changing my pharmacy. This CVS needs new staff

They don’t answer the phone at the pharmacy if you have a question. There are so many great local pharmacies in Pittsburgh that aren’t corporate machines who don’t care about you… check them out.

Went there to buy generic Zyrtec. A box of 90 10 mg tablets was priced at $35. I walked down the street to the outpatient UPMC pharmacy and got 100 10 mg tablets for under $6. Seriously.

I love this CVS. I shop there regularly, and always walk out with at least 50% after using my ExtraCare card and coupons. Very nice branch, and opens late.

The pharmacist who gave me my flu shot was cold and confusing. When he called me back, I couldn't figure out how to open the door, and he didn't try to help me at all. When I eventually opened it, he didn't say one word to me, gave me the shot, and told me to wait 15 minutes. My arm was bleeding, but he didn't even offer to put a bandaid. I had to ask for one, and he huffed and puffed like it was the biggest deal in the world. Then I asked him to confirm if he did in fact give me the flu shot because I had never had to wait 15 minutes after a flu shot before, and I feel like I never got a straight answer.

I am doing four 12-hour days in a row across the street. My prescription wasn't able to be filled before Wednesday, so my doctor faxed over a prescription on Monday. The CVS didn't have it in stock and didn't order it, and they didn't even call to tell me. I called on Thursday to ask if it was received, and they said yes, but they would have to order it and the soonest it would be available was Tuesday. I don't have medicine for the next 4 days because they made no effort to fill it.

George is a wonderful person! He has a very great customer service under his belt. He was holding a simple conversation, he was very helpful. I would recommend anybody going to this CVS. I am coming back. Thank you very much George for your generosity. Stay blessed!😇

This store is very well stocked,convienant, and employs friendly staff. The 24 hour shedule was great for people who work odd hours, however I stopped this morning at 0630 and they were closed. An employee told me they are adjusting to limited summer hours. Hopefully they bring back the 24/7!

Website and phone recording says the are open 24 hrs. I beg to differ.I just had major surgery yesterday and needed a really important item that my boyfriend went to pick up for some relief.Drove all the way there, not open.Change your information.Drove around until another CVS around you was open.Should have just waited for the Walmart in Carnegie for their 6am opening for want I needed badly and for cheaper.Thanks for wasting gas and miles.

Many thanks to the manager and staff member who helped me out of a jam today after the passport photo taken by the Post Office's passport office was rejected and I needed a replacement ASAP! The employees went out of their way to help me even though the store was busy. Excellent customer service!

The mall parking lot is a good size. The outside is beautiful. Range of all things you need the food place is a little tight. The service is ok. The system was a little slow. The workers were very nice. Already had Easter stuff out.

No ADA parking access and entryUnderground parking and building is not functional and ADA compliant. The underground parking is the only available ADA parking for the building and entry. The building houses a CVS location with a pharmacy and multiple floors of Pitt research facilities.I visited the location in November 2019. 2 of the 4 available ADA parking spaces were blocked with construction supplies and the general debris, the electronic door openers were not working as well. I sustained damage to my car while parked and was compensated for the repair by the contractor. The CVS management, CVS corporate, building owner, and construction contractor were aware of the ADA compliance issues at that time and ensured they would be corrected.I returned again on 01/29/2020 at about 8:30 pm to access CVS. Construction supplies were still blocking 2 of the 4 ADA parking spaces and access aisles. I tried to access the internal elevator bay and had to use the intercom system. The intercom failed to call CVS and the ADA automatic door openers failed to work. I gained access after a CVS employee was able to buzz me in. Upon entry, two elevators were available. The elevator on the left is dedicated to CVS, the one on the right to University Research areas. I pressed the CVS elevator call button but only the right elevator would open. I called CVS again and was told to walk around to the front of the building and that the employee was not able to send the elevator to me. However, the exit door back to the garage was electronically locked. I was locked in the elevator bay area for over 45 minutes until Pitt University police were able to manually open the door.No one with a disability deserves this treatment. CVS, CVS corporate, the building owner, and Mascaro construction have had months correct the issues. The building is a new construction and is not ADA compliant.

I went into your store yesterday to grab a few supplies while staying at a local hotel. I went to check out at the regular checkout counter and put my stuff down. A very nice gentleman who work there came up to me and explained that everybody had to use the self check out. It was very funny as he tried to explain to me how much she really wanted to be behind the counter helping people. He was dying to serve. He wanted to be of assistance. He was trying to help out as much as he could for those using the "self"-service check out. I wish I had gotten his name. I went in the store on January 21, 2019 around 3-4pm. ig: acleanwhitetshirt

We were all traveling from out of town so it was a tricky maneuver...I was feeling pretty dejected after being turned away by three other CVS stores, but these two superstars really went above and beyond to save the day! This location is a mess. They rarely have more than one staffed cashier so you're left using the self-checkout machines. Not a big deal normally, except that the self-checkout machines here don't accept CVS Extrabucks coupons or CVS gift cards that are barcoded. I couldn't redeem an Extrabucks coupon here a year ago (even the person assiged to assist people with using the machines couldn't get it to work). At the time I thought that perhaps the machines were new and they just needed to work out the kinks. Nope-- I tried to use an Extrabucks coupon today and the machine said it wasn't accepted. Unbelievable.If you need something, suggest that you walk the 3 blocks down Forbes to one of TWO Rite Aids before going to this CVS location. Or catch a bus to the CVS on Centre Ave. Just don't go here; you've been warned.

Tried to go here around 11 pm and they had the doors locked and motioned that they were closed. The store is supposed to be 24 hours, which is also stated on their website.

I left something there I went to pick it up they assumed I was lieing checked the cameras and said they weren't responsible for it when though I called and the lady said they found it and come in with a receipt which I did also the item I purchased was a card which was activated and loaded she tried giving me an unactivated card and said that was the one they found but why would they ask for a receipt for a unactivated card I know one of the employees stole it and lied saying she gave it to someone else which screwed me out of my money and the disrespectful attitude of alice and the bird guy as hateful and insulting.i feel truly hurt and I just want to be treated equal

Google says this location is open 24/7, it is actually only open from 7am to 11pm.Late night shoppers beware.
