I am a middle aged adult with the sweet tooth of a toddler. Crumbl has a big selection of cookies and they change out the flavors every week. They are made fresh throughout the day and not frozen. It's fun to anticipate what will be out the next week. The biggest problem for me is not being able to make it up every week to experience all of the flavors before they hit the graveyard.The staff is always friendly and the building is bright and clean

Our family loves Crumbl. The cookies are always delicious, warm, and fresh. Customer service is excellent too. We've ordered both in-store and had cookies delivered. Both options were great!

Finally got to try this place. The few times I've been in the area previously, there has been a line out the door. The ordering process on the kiosks was easy and our order was ready in a few minutes. The cookies were pretty good, but kinda pricey. The service was also friendly. I'd probably return, but not too often due to the price.

amazing chewy, sweet & some sweet and salty cookies!! was my second time eating at a crumbl cookies and they were worth the purchase! bought all the cookies of the week that do not contain nuts (allergic) and they were great! will miss them, especially the valentines one that tasted like a sugar cookie with heart shaped sprinkles!

I tried crumbl cookie for the first time. I ordered a single serve sea salt and toffee. While delivery they showed me my order and then closed the box. I loved their way of delivery. Usually the store has quite a long wait queue, but I went on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait at all. The cookie was warm and yummy. It taste buttery, soft and the toffee taste just wonderful. I would love to try their other flavors in future.

This location can get crazy busy with a line out the door. But it is a cookie lovers dream! The cookies are way oversized, chewy and decadent. Sharing is recommended unless you have a very big sweet tooth to satisfy. Most cookies are served warm, which is another big plus. I will definitely try Crumbl again. Also, at this location, staff is friendly and efficient and it is very clean inside.

I sooooo badly wanted to like Crumbl but my very first order was a mess. They messed up my order and when I called they said they’d send someone out to replace it and they never did. Which ended up being okay because upon trying to eat the cookies that were right, they were raw in the middle. 😞 I’ve heard nothing but good things so I’m hoping it’s just this location? $30 wasted on cookies I couldn’t even enjoy. So sad.

Huge and delicious cake-like cookies. The first time, we got warm and melty milk chocolate chip and M&M. The second time we got Patriotic, Blue Icee, Smores Brownie and chocolate chip and they were all amazing. Inside, you order on a touch screen and it's so quick and convenient! I also recommend using the app to order online before going. With the app you can see the inventory, order, pay and (the best part) skip the long line of people to get your order!

I like that it has self-serve order counter. Much more easier to order the cookies by yourself than to speak with the staff. Cookies always taste great and the wait is not too bad.

TRUE STORY: One day my leg was throbbing and I was in dire need of some medicine. The nearest Walmart was closed and I was unable to get myself some Benadryl. I found myself desperately stumbling around town, eventually leading me into Crumble Cookies North Fayette. By the grace of God, my experience there was not only delicious, but healing. The manager Nicky was beyond friendly and the cookies he sold me were scrumptious on a supernatural level. On top of all the top-tier customer service and exceptional sugary goodness I received while there, the manager Nicky spoke words of healing over my throbbing leg and I walked out that night better than ever. Now, thanks to Nicky and Crumbl Cookies North Fayette, I am able to run a mile in under 5 minutes. This is miraculous in comparison to the 11 minute miles I would run before my encounter with Crumbl Cookies North Fayette. Crumbl is not only good, but it’s simply blessed. Please go. Heal your taste buds. Allow Nicky to heal that throbbing leg. It’s worth it. And so are you!

Staff all very welcoming! I ordered and within seconds had my cookies. I had a bite about 2 weeks ago of my coworkers and have been thinking about them ever since… so I ordered a box of 4 to take home to share with the family. … got to my car to enjoy mine first… it was waaaaaaaaay undercooked. So I opened the second one in half.. same thing. Kinda disappointing when you hype them up and get this to take home
