This used to be my favorite all variety store. Now it's 75% furniture and food. I gave this place 3 stars for it's prices which are extremely cost efficient. They have some halloween decorations. They also offer some health and beauty aids very limited clothingSome electronics and gardening supplies and decorations as well.

My husband and I are looking for a new couch/sofa and new dining room table. We came here on Labor Day because there's a labor day deal. There were only two people on the floor helping customers with furniture shopping, but we understand since they are probably short staffed. While we waited for someone to help us, we checked out all the couches. Their prices are very reasonable, the cheapest sofa is $400 and the most expensive is more than $1200. We were looking for a leather or faux leather sofa, and they have 3-5 to choose from. They have a few dining table options, also very affordable, the cheapest set ie $399. The associate that ended up helping us told us if we get the rewards card, we would be an extra 15 percent off in additional to the labor day sale, so we signed up for the rewards card. She also explained how does home delivery work ($85 if you order from store, $95 if you order from online). We left and went to bob's discount furniture nearby, but their couches are way too expensive and their delivery fee is much more. So we came back here to settle on a couch and table set. Overall, good experience here.

Big Lots on McKnight Road are very rude people. I was there picking up my order at curbside pick up. I was told they would bring out my order in 5 minutes. I waited over 20 minutes and no items or phone call. Then I received a email stating my order was canceled. I tired calling the store's phone number and there was no answer. It rang and rang and no one picked up the phone. What kind of person would do such a thing?

Absolutely would not recommend this particular Big lots in any wayI had intentions of purchasing approx $1500 worth of merchandise while shopping with my daughter no one there at all to help as to inquire about merchandise..Both cashiers there and people stocking inventory would and could not help so we left for another storewere sorry

This discount store is a great place to shop. The shelves are well stocked and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, they like other retail establishments are understaffed. It seems that the rage today is for employees to call off work, leaving others to pick up the slack. Prices are very reasonable. In fact, when I noticed that I had been overcharged by a $1, the cashier quickly corrected the error

This store is a joke. I placed an order so I could use curbside for personal reasons. I called twice kept being told someone was coming I waited 25 minutes so I left and I will get a refund. Don’t offer a service if you won’t service your customers. Then I called to speak to manager to make sure I was refunded and was on hold for god knows how long and no one ever came to the line. Never seen such trash management in my life.

As an Airbnb SuperHost, I love going here for: international foods, dried snacks, best price for shampoos & body soaps, tons of epsom salt options!, lots of Egyptian cotton towels!, Iams cat food, some condiments. I DONT go for housewares, rugs, curtains, etc (you can get better deals elsewhere).

For anyone missing the days of Hills & Kmart, get your butts to Big Lots. Normal people, traditional shopping experience. Best part- You can take it home same day! No waiting for the truck driver to leave it in the rain. So much to pick from. LOW PRICES ON EVERYTHING. GO NOW!

As always, went in for 2 or 3 things and left with a cart full of goodies!!!The line was long due to lack of workers but, the cashier that came to help was extremely nice! People like him need to be appreciated and given a raise.

Pleasantly surprised at how orderly and clean the store was! Big Lots always reminded me of being packed with no order to anything. Store has been changed and is now neat and orderly and easy to navigate. I was greeted by a very friendly employee offering coffee and cookies! Will definitely shop at Big Lots more frequently!

The level of incompetence displayed at this store can't even be expressed in words. They left me hanging on a delivery waiting home all day for an order that ultimately was mystery misdirected to another store and they couldn't even tell me that. The manager Dave stands around with his mouth gaping open while he asks everybody else around him how to do his job. He lied about making calls to help me and it took me all day to find out something he should have known immediately. To top it off he was rude and condescending.

Don't make it to Big Lots often, but always impressed with their quality selections! I gave 4 of 5 stars because I wanted to purchase about doe light that said take me home today- however I didn't see any on the shelf and they wouldn't sell me the display. I understood, but I wanted the light!😊

This place is wild. You never know what to expect here lol sometimes you find great stuff. My favorite thing about the store is how every time I come here more ceiling tiles have fallen down lol. Maybe the entire ceiling will come down eventually who knows.

Items listed in online listing.were there to purchase. Sales person was pleasant and extremely helpful to find the item I was looking for. He was great to get my purchase rung up and helped me get out of the store quickly. A very nice experience today.

Unexpectedly found something I was looking for elsewhere. Occasionally have great finds here. Maybe the best place to get "first apartment" furniture. Don't rent to own. Get big lots.

Much better since they cleaned up the store. Great prices on non-perishable food -- only $3 for a large container of pink Himalayan salt. You have to visit often to catch deals on what you want/need.

A good spot for discount pantry goods. Sometimes you get overcharged so check the receipt. The location in the waterfront has better selection and the staff gets you in and out a bit faster. Nikia is good here though, always checks to make sure the product labels are correct. Seems to have management issues lately and people have been shot in front of here.

There's a lot to like about Big Lots...while I don't need some of the larger items, like dining sets and bedding, those items are affordable for even the most challenged budget. Plus there are great deals on food items, including some organic options. Much better than the likes of the dollar stores.

Very ckean and well organized! Cashiers are always friendly and are sure to ask for your big lots card at check out so you receive your savings and coupons. Awesome deals on basics like shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and I enjoy trying new products that I normally wouldn't because of the price. Here I dont mind the cost so you get a lot of variety! They have great cereal and snack food prices too!

They redesigned the store and it looks nice! Updated flooring, new brighter lighting, and etc. And the employees are nice. But the cashier we had was slow to ring us out.

Big lots is always ok. However, absolutely do not depend on their inventory listed online to coincide with what is actually in the store. They are never even remotely close. Prices are pretty good though. Furniture prices in particular. All in all not a bad store.

Waitress forgot to put out order in. I still enjoyed time with my baby. Food still came out Hot & delicious.this place was crazy busy & other waitstaff were making mistakes too. This is still a great place to eat.

We had the rudest girl check us out. Had a bad attitude rolled her eyes at my husband and he didn't do anything wrong just asked a question. We asked to see the manager. At least she was willing to help us out and answer a few of our questions and gave us the right discount amount. Honestly I would not give one single star but since I don't really have a choice. I'd give them a half a star.
