By far the worst experience at one of these in a mall food court. Could only order pretzel nuggets in a large size. When I asked for a regular pretzel I was informed they were no longer making them while the guy 2 feet from me was making nuggets on top of the pretzel prep area. 28.00 for nuggets, hot dog nuggets and 2 drinks. I also didn't get a receipt. This is probably my last visit for a long time.

If I could give a lower star I definitely would! This place is the biggest joke I've ever seen! I waited at least 5 min watching an old hag play on her phone, my husband finally yelled "Hello" to get her attention and when I asked for an original pretzel she said it would be 20 min. And said " There's another pretzel place upstairs"I've never seen such Customer service in my life!!!

Should you eat here: No…This Auntie Anne’s has really gone down hill. I use to get pretzels here all the time. However the past few times it has been stale and just outright gross. It’s a shame to see a business like this go down hill. I do not recommend.

Lower level unsure about upper level assume it's the same. Worst customer service I've seen in a while. I cut slack considering everyone is hurting for employee, but time after time the employees are rude. The establishment opens late and closes early (unless the hours are just not updated properly). Highly disappointed hopefully someone reads this and addresses it. Plenty of mall employees love going here but slowly losing them will really hurt.

Honestly if I could leave a no star review I would. At 5:02 I was told they opened 15 minutes ago, and so I placed my order. After payments I was given the wrong item, and when I corrected what I ordered, they told me they weren’t making those (hotdog Pretzel bites) which are clearly on the menu. So of course I asked for my money back which was then told about how they “don’t do refunds” awful locations which is why the close and re open all around this mall, yet the outcome never changes

I think you can never go wrong with Auntie Anne's when it comes to pretzels either classic or flavoured ones and yes love their cheese as well. My son loves their pretzels. This shop has very nice and quick staff as well. They accept cash and credit both but not American express though. Overall nice and clean shop.

Went to the auntie Anne’s in the first level of the mall and asked for mini hot dog pretzels and paid for them. They came back with the wrong thing and when I went to correct them they told me they did not have what I wanted so I then asked for a refund and they told me they don’t do refunds. So I walked off empty handed after paying my money. I then proceeded to go to the upstairs location and asked if they had any at 5:02pm and they told me they opened 15 minutes before and they weren’t going to make any. Overall really bad service will never get food from either of these locations again

I have been going here for years! I order a pretzel bite. Anyways, they now have 2 sizes: small and large. This lady assumed I wanted a large (I ordered 3) . Charged me for all larges. I proceeded qith the payment. And when handed the cups, she gave me large, i then told her I wanted small... (This could have been a 3 or 4 star right now, she was nice and apologetic. I will take blame, sure, I didnt specify.) . A manager came over to do refunds and literally tried to make me feel horrible telling me, making it known he has to take time out and do each item individually. Telling me its my fault and I should have known better to specify. And he made a huge deal to me... his paying customer. Anyways, i will not be going back here due to very rude management.

When I came here Thursday, the line was long, as all the other lines in the food court.I ordered mini pretzel dogs, which costed about 5 dollars, and had to wait about 5 minutes for it, as well as multiple other people.I'm giving them 4 stars because I don't blame them. I don't think they were prepared for all the people who were at the food court that day.

This is one of the best Auntie Anne’s I’ve been too and I appreciate the service when the workers were remaking the pretzels fresh.

Placed an order online 20 minutes in advance. Walked inside to get it and the kid tells me he can't fill it. Drove out of our way to this location because of it. That's virtual bait and switch. Kids were disappointed. Fix your online ordering to know your actual inventory.

Ordered for delivery at 5:30, they excepted, prepared and dasher arrived to pick it up, then AA cancelled the order nearly an hour later! No call, no explanation… thx for wasting our time! Never again!

Pretzels were burnt and not edible. No manager on scene. Staff could not cook new pretzels because "We close in an hour and we already turned the ovens off". $22 for scraps that the animals may not even eat.

I will never be back here! Bought pretzels here and they refused to offer a paying customer a free cup of water (no ice). They wanted to charge a $1! Terrible customer service, would not reccomend!

Lower level in Robinson mall never check online orders. I order online so I'm not waiting on my break and when I come to pick up they haven't even started it. So what's the point of having online ordering ?

Consistently the worst customer service imaginable. Unwelcoming, rude, no greetings or have a nice days. I don't believe an employee has ever known how to redeem rewards either. It's really a shame.

Rude staff, snappy attitudes and the food is almost always stale and hard. The manger is also very unprofessional and unpleasant. Worst place I've ever been.
