We love Asgard! We have been using them for just about a year and won’t ever look back. We get so many compliments on our dogs super shiny coat and I always tell them it’s all in her diet. They have the nicest employees and are very knowledgeable. There hasn’t been a single thing that I’ve got from them that our dog hasn’t really enjoyed. Thank you Asgard for making raw feeding super easy!

So glad I found Asgard! My girls has been on raw diet since puppy and we just moved here. I have to put her on other food for traveling and she’s having soft stools since we arrive. I switched her back on raw right after I received my first order and she had the PERFECT POOP the next day and days after! Food look good quality, very fresh and price is great compare with other brands.

Have been patronizing Asgard for the past few months. I have experience with PMR feeding dogs in the past, and this was my first time purchasing for a cat.They have been very helpful and easy to work with during the entire situation regarding COVID, are very accommodating with pickup dates(I had to pickup late once because I was out of town), and every time I've had to stop by to pickup, both of the people that checked me out were quick and courteous. I stayed outside, rang the bell, stated the name on the order and handed over my card. My card, receipt, and order were brought back quickly. All in all, never spent more than 5 minutes picking up, and it's convenient since I live so close by.I've ordered complete diets, along with 'treats' like the dehydrated beef lung, cod skins, and salmon strips, my boy Crowley loves all of it and adjusted very quickly. His former food when I brought him home was kibble, but being a silver smoke Bengal, his pattern has really come out more with age and his great food. Shiny coat, great teeth, clean bill of health from his vet.

My new kitty is thriving on raw food from Asgard! Another great reason to feed our pets raw food - 1. Because it's good for them & mimics their natural instincts, and 2. They don't shed!!I trust where Asgard gets their animal meat from and they process their cuts of meat in their store, so you know the quality is high. This is my 1st experience with feeding raw food, & my kitty is thriving and playful!

Third time doing business and each time was a great experience. Not a typical pet store, small rooms but a very good selection of natural treats.I do large orders and they have been ready in a few business days from ordering. Employees are friendly and help bring out heavy orders to your car.The store has all you would need as far as natural treats and raw food. It takes about an hour for me to get there but it's worth the effort for quality and cost.Food is packaged well and the 2 and 5 pounds are packaged flat for better stacking in freezer without loosing space.

Asgard is amazing!! Such a great way to feed your beloved pet high quality, raw food at a very affordable price. I placed a large order, expecting a long wait time for the size of it, but I received notice the next day that it was ready! Great customer service and many options. We are very satisfied customers and my GSD is one happy puppy dog!

Shannon was so helpful and thoughtful when I brought fluffy in he needed some extra time and care for his bath. The self serve situation is basically set up for the comfort for the animal which I loved. They offer a private, high grade professional grooming environment, They also sell wonderful treats and food they make themselves which I got also. I intend on purchasing dog food and treats from them from now on. Thank you for having such a wonderful buisness.

Asgard always takes care of our pup! Their online ordering system is so easy, and they have such a great selection of proteins and recipes, as well as treats! Orders are always on time, and staff (especially the kitties) are a very friendly and helpful. So nice to have this raw pet food shop here in Pittsburgh, my boy had never been happier or healthier!

Our dogs just finished up with our first order from Asgard and they (and we) love it! We just moved to the area and for whatever reason meats at the grocery store here are a lot more expensive than where we moved from. Asgard's prices are very fair and they already have the hard to find organs mixed into the mash. The mash and packaging make feeding the dogs as easy as kibble. Very very happy and we'll be placing many more orders!

I have been using Asgard food shortly after their opening. I have been very pleased with the quality and customer service. The bags are marked with the breakdown of protein .... Anytime that I have had a question or issue they have immediately responded and made any adjustments needed. Recently my husband and I both had surgery and they have graciously carried my large heavy order to my car. When I have failed to notice that I was low on food or had to go out of town unexpectedly they have bent over backwards to accommodate me for which I am grateful. I highly recommend. My only small issue-I’m not a cat person-sorry! -their extremely friendly cat that always greats me at the door loves me!!!!!

Friendly staff. Tons of selection for all shapes, sizes, breeds, issues. No less than a dozen different animal parts. Pet the 🐈 when you're there, he's friendly. Very good prices I think. We got duck trachea for our nearly toothless dog. They said it basically falls apart for them. You need to buzz in because they are being cautious during the pandemic. My dog is doing so much better on their food than the expensive commercial raw I was buying before. The variety is excellent and it's affordable enough that I can feed my 80 lb dog and still be able to buy MYSELF real groceries (not so before - mom was eating a looot of Mac n cheese).My only warning is to people like my sister with asthma or sensitive lungs... they do smoke a lot in the main lobby. But the people are SO knowledgeable and very very friendly. They even help you load your purchases.

High quality products made locally and exceptional customer service. The quality of Asgard's product cannot be beat. Having used several raw food companies over the years, Asgard's product is "a cut above the rest" and by far my dogs' preference. Trusting the people who make your best friends food is equally important as feeding it. Asgard cares as much as I do about the quality of their food and health (and satisfaction) of my dogs.

My dog loved the food and it's alot cheaper to buy versus me making it. I also got a chicken one for the cat and i thought for sure the cat wouldn't like it but I was wrong. I see people saying about waiting when they go to pick up, there is a bell and as soon as I rung the bell I was assisted right away. It's a small business and why should someone stand up front waiting for customers to walk in when they clearly have stuff to do, like putting your orders together. So ring the bell and someone will come quickly. I like the prices and food choices. Alot cheaper than the other companies I've looked into. Will definitely return againI just wish they would deliver. That would be so much better.

We have been using Asgard for several months. They have decent prices, but I have the following issues:1. False promises - Orders are not ready in a few days as their website says. Sometimes it is closer to a week or more, and they won’t commit to a time frame of when it can be expected.2. Some of the employees are really snippy and unprofessional. There are are few employees who have always been great, and others who almost seem to go out of their way to make you feel like a inconvenience to be endured and an idiot if you happen to do or say anything they don’t like.3. There is no transparency with regard to product sourcing. Questions are met with a basic refusal to give any useful information.4. There is no evaluation or nutritional information whatsoever available for their food. The label on the bag just tells you the what the type or mix is, no ingredients or even the most generic nutritional breakdown. You just have to hope that your dog is getting a nutritionally complete food based on nothing more than the company’s say-so. There is nothing in writing and no certification.For the above reasons, along with some smaller ones, I am switching to Answers Solutions. I had to buy Answers after running out of food due to my order taking too long to get, but it ended up being a good thing. I’ll gladly pay a little more for a better, more complete food and to know exactly what my dogs are getting and from where. Great concept, but needs a major overhaul.

I am so happy that I found this place.!! One of my shepherds is VERY picky about his meat, and they have a variety that I can try, and their prices are very reasonable, which is a bonus. I have had EXCELLENT customer service with them, mainly Danielle is who I have dealt with, and she could not have been nicer. ! Looking forward to many years of being a customer here!

Picked up a few treats earlier this week, my pup absolutely loved the treats, however, as previous reviews have stated the customer service is terrible. Shouting could be heard from the front lobby and I waited almost 15 minutes before someone even came out to assist me. Great business concept, but the customer service needs some major work.

Orders placed are not ready in a few days as stated on the website. Great product, however, it's been 12 days since I placed an order, I'm out of food and my order isn't ready. This is the second month in a row this has happened and I even placed this month's order earlier than I thought was necessary.

Their claim on their website saying they "exceed AAFCO standards for pet food" is FALSE. They strictly follow 80-10-10 formula which is not complete. We emailed back and forth a few times but after learning more about their ingredients I figured out that they are not AAFCO. When I explained to them that their food cannot exceed or even meet AAFCO standards, they stopped replying to me. They cannot provide a nutritional breakdown (which if a company is AAFCO then they definitely have this). Please do not buy from a dishonest company that sells food that is not complete or balanced in any way. They are knowingly misleading their customers and selling them a product that does not match their claims.
