We frequent this location since moving to the area a little over a year ago. Everything is always on point. Well stocked, courteous and quick service and friendly. Well done, guys! Keep up the good work.

For people saying staff is rude - gimme a break. The staff is surviving. They work well together. The core have been there for years. I don't have a problem with how they run their ship. I do not like that they are closed to costumers overnight since COVID. It's not advertised anywhere so you wouldn't know. Sometimes I've been in there at 1230am. Other times I've been told they are closed. Frustrating. Of course everything is ridiculously over priced. From where I live it's just as far to DG or FD which carries the same things but a fraction of the price.

There's no way this place is open 27/4. It used to be. As someone who lives on Western Ave it would be helpful but they seem to close at some arbitrary time after midnight but open for some ppl (I guess door dash)

I love this location. This is a team of professionals. And also friendly. They seem to handle any situation that comes up very safely and fairly, while preserving customer dignity.There is a good and typical selection of products here. Even includes some plastic-free 7-11 brand items, like cold pressed juice and fruit pies.They are very receptive to using own beverage container for coffee or fountain beverages to reduce plastic waste.And the coffee is good. I just wish the had decaf more often in the afternoon.

Wanted to get wings and seemed busy with delivery. The lady (seemed like a manager) talked bad openly and loudly about us to other workers and the delivery driver. We didn’t even do anything wrong. Simply just asked if we could order wings and asked how long it would take. She said “not as long as the truck’s here” and proceeded to talk bad about us.

Super rude. 2 employees outside smoking said you need to be essential or have uber ID/grubhub/military ID to go inside. The web page says open 24 hours but you can't get in unless you have a special ID.

I want to acknowledge two store employees who were attentive and caring after my fall outside this morning. The male employee happened to see me fall, came outside, retrieved my eyeglasses, and took me inside after helping me to stand. The male and female employees rendered first aid to my thumb and an ice pack for the bump on my forehead. The male employee asked if I had far to drive. When I replied I was going to my daughter's home who lives nearby, he advised that I inform her of my fall as a precautionary measure. I called the store later in the morning, informing the male employee that I arrived safely, thanking him and his associate. He said he was glad I called and hope I feel better. He gave credit, thanks and praise to God for them to enable assistance to me. I was the only customer before another customer came into the store. The employees worked together in helping me and assisting the other customer. The employees should be recognized by management for their caring and exemplary commitment to customers and 7-11.

This location is listed as being open 24 hrs. I walked from the casino to this location and was not allowed in as they stated they were closed. Highly unsatisfied with the experience I had. Some guest were allowed in as others are not. And not all of them were essential workers. The company does not disclose this closure or anything of the such on it's website. I want to know why I was refused service and I want an apology for the way I was treated.

Rico is the best! The store is always crowded when I go in early in the morning, and usually, I have to wait and wait to pay for my items. Rico was bouncing back and forth between registers, taking care of customers. And he was so pleasant at around 6:45 AM! Friendly, asked people to sign up for the rewards option, and giving everyone an hello and thank you. Great work Rico!

There were too many sticky surfaces. It was strange. They had the restroom locked and would not let anyone use it. I did not feel safe eating anything that was not packaged elsewhere

I’ve been in this location countless times and watched the male manager act unpleasant with customers. From pretending not to see a man waiting for food and passing the blame off of another employee and “how things are done” (order food from register not from food counter- which I have seen done) to him standing in the back watching a line wrap through the aisle without coming to help. Today, I went in to buy a lighter, quickly for a birthday party I was due to be at... I was asked for ID and when I said oh no I’m in a rush I forgot it, I come here often... he cut me off by asking an employee if she knew me, she “his assistant” barely looked up from her register before saying “no”. Mind you this woman was the last person I purchased a lighter or a product that requires ID and I was not carded. I’m not upset about following the law, however the way this manager handles things is a horrible example to his employees. He’s confrontational, lazy and does not have any management or customer service skills.

The 1 guy w the long curly hair went off on me and the manager was right there and did nothing bout it!! If that was my job and i talked 2 a customer the way he did i would of been fired!!! Some decent staff, some not so decent staff, it's a 7/11 it is what it is. Open 24 hours, no gasoline, good place if you're on the Northside late night to grab a bite or snacks. It's a mixed bag.
