7/10! Ive been here 2 different times and each time the customer service was so so. They did not seem interested in helping you/giving suggestions and just weren’t as friendly as I would expect a local coffee shop to be? I think they are in the process of remodeling so the inside of the shop is mostly blocked off from use except for 2 tables. The first time I was there they had the old bank vault open with the lights on (really cool), but the second time I was there it was all shut off (pretty bummed as I was trying to show someone new the coffee shop).I’ve had a couple different lattes and all were pretty good. Nothing extraordinary. Their sausage egg and cheese breakfast rolls are AMAZING and I would come back just to eat these every day lol

It’s a cute coffee shop that is in an old bank. The service is fast and friendly. The coffee and food is excellent! I love that they kept the atmosphere of an old bank, too. It’s a fun niche for a coffee shop.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair, and ADA compliance in general, is great. There are no stairs or curb right outside the shop so all are able to access it safely.

Great coffee place with even better story behind it. Owners / operators all grow In Pitcairn with many community help raising them due some household difficulties. Many of em end up all right as vetrans, teachers, etc. As way of giving back to their community, they decided to open this great spot. Friendly staff, great coffee / snack / food selections. Reasonable pricing. The place also act as meetings place for the community evens, and can be rented for private parties after 3 pm. Please check em out and support such 👍 concept. Will sure be back.

I had called the vault coffee shop and left a message on their voicemail about having my daughter and a few of her entourage for coffee and danish before her bridal dress shopping. They called me back that afternoon and told me that it would be fine if I wanted to come in and decorate a table.And order a tray of pastries. They also asked if I would like a room. I then inquired about the cost. And she said no cost. It's your daughter's special day! I don't know about you but, when a business gives you something special out of the goodness of their heart like a private room for me to decorate and give my daughter the perfect dress shopping day, that business retains a guest for life. Everything was perfect. The crew that was there that Sunday morning was absolutely phenomenal. They felt the emotion that my daughter was having and completely devoted themselves to giving us all of their attention. I don't often go for coffee but my husband and I had been a few times and had great coffee and service. This is the perfect place to come. If you just wanna escape your these long winter days, I would definitely recommend.

What a find! I am happy to see a local coffee shop come to Pitcairn. Good coffee and food. They have a variety of syrups. The beans and teas are local. I appreciate the hours, easy before work to stop at. They also have a drive through.Dietary restrictions: Variety of non-dairy milks to pick from

A true gem of a coffee shop! We stopped in on a whim and I was far from disappointed! This has a new spot in my top 5 coffee shops!✨ I had the maple pancake iced latte with oatmilk - 10/10✨Amazing baristas that were so helpful and nice when ordering!amazing atmosphere inside, PLENTY of seating, books and kids books! Lots of photo op areas. I believe there’s also a conference type room for meeting etc.the vault itself is a really cool feature because of the name and the old bank style!Has a drive thru!I highly recommend trying•

This place is overall perfect. The friendly staff, delicious drinks, scrumptious food, and inviting atmosphere. I’ve gone a few times now and was impressed every time I got food and/or a drink. The staff are actual angels and will do anything to accommodate you and your order. The drink selections are big enough to satisfy everyone while keeping the employees relaxed and not stressed. The vault is an excellent opportunity for photos and is still equipped with old safety deposit boxes! They have a small library area where you can grab some books and read in a comfy chair with a hot coffee. The drive thru is a work-in-progress, but I think it will be great once they iron out the kinks. I will 100% be coming back and recommend everyone else does!!

Pleasant folks and tasty coffee!I walked into The Vault and ordered a Cortado (1/2 espresso, 1/2 milk). It's tasty. Cost $3.75.This is a new spot in the heart of Pitcairn proper that has a huge seating area and a reading nook. They've also got a meeting room / events space you can book if you'd like to have your next Zoom call over a cappucino.The staff's really polite and even though a Cortado isn't on the menu, they made it. If you work from home, or are looking for a place to do co-working over caffeine, this pleasant spot boasts an extraordinary amount of space for a humble coffeehouse. I could literally stand in there and do jumping jacks if I wanted to as you can see from the pics.The entryway and lobby area have murals and there's three HDTV screen TVs on the wall in case you want to watch a little TV - the volume wasn't up, so it was more airport vibes.I'm going to say the coffee is a latin american roast. It's fairly acidic, but very tasty. The Cortado was made right with a little bit of latte art as you can see. Never hurts to have an extra heart in your life.Btw, TY for your support. Cute coffee shop with space inside for eating or working. Staff were super nice. The 100 Grand drink tasted great. There’s also a drive thru, meeting room, and books to borrow! You can even peek inside the original bank vault :)

After drinking hotel coffee for 4 days, I needed something good. I did not eat any of the food, but it looked pretty good. I had a pistachio latte because this seemed like a unique drink, and I never had one before. It was delicious! The barista was friendly and knew her way around an espresso machine. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Hopefully the owner reads this. If you are going to be a coffee house but only offer ONE coffee roast, it should be amazing. It wasn’t. You should also consider that people may not use the one off brand sweetener and sugar you offer. Maybe Sweet n Low maybe Equal??? You likely won’t stay in business long if you do not make some changes soon. I was talking with ladies about this and you will not have some people being return customers.Just my thoughts…

Absolutely can’t get enough of this place!! Finally a REAL coffee house in the Monroeville area. It’s right on my way to work too! Easy to find, no issues with street parking. The drinks are phenomenal- my favorite so far was the lavender haze (had it iced) - it’s super refreshing and delicious! But everything I have tried had been great! The staff is extremely kind and helpful, they have a large menu, and have some amazing looking pastries as well!! And the “vault” photo op, is iconic, I love the idea and the concept! 10/10 highly reccomend!!

I had a great experience at the Vault today. The cold brew is strong, full-bodied, and complex with fruit and chocolate notes. I typically dislike fruity coffees, but it was smooth and balanced. I also got the pepperoni roll and chocolate iced donut. I loved both of them. Even though I ordered both in the late afternoon, they were fresh. I will be returning for coffee and food soon at this local business.

I had the egg and bacon quiche and the pistachio latte and they were both delicious! I LOVE the unique variety of coffee flavors! They have so many flavors I haven’t seen before and I’m so excited to try them all! It’s also a fun and unique atmosphere with a cool photo op in the bank vault! I can’t wait to go back and take more ppl there!Kid-friendliness: It has a nice cozy atmosphere for kids. Kids would also have fun playing in the bank vault and playing with the props. Great kid-friendly atmosphere!

I LOVE this place! They have delicious coffee and super savory snacks. I ordered the Irish cream latte, the peach kombucha, the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast roll(omg so good), and my partner ordered the organic green tea with coconut - everything tasted exceptional!On top of that, we were treated with service that made us feel like family. I read online that the goal of opening this coffee shop was for it to become a community focal point - mission accomplished!+dog friendlyVegetarian options: Bagels, Danish, breakfast rollsParking: THEY HAVE A DRIVE THRU! 😃

The staff is so friendly and efficient. I had an iced latte & blueberry scone & it’s one of the best scones I’ve had! The latte was smooth & tasty, but a little heavy ion the ice. I’m excited to have more local coffee options and will definitely go back!

Absolutely charming and scrumptious! Visited with a girlfriend for a day out, will definitely be returning on the regular. I have an amazing coffee shop within waking distance of my house and I'll still be sure to be back to this delightful gem. Had the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sammy, blueberry Danish and 100 grand latte, all perfectly flavored and made me want to try everything on the menu. And they have a drive thru! A mom of many littles necessity!

Cute interior and good location for a hangout! Drive thru is from the back alley (follow the little signs). Street parking is available or you can park across the road in the free parking lot and walk over. I ordered a few pastries (danish, pistachio white chocolate muffin, and almond scone) and an espresso drink. The espresso drink was a dark roast brew, but tasted terrible. I hope they change the beans, it was too citrusy for my liking sort of like coffee beans you over grind. Only the almond scone was the only pastry I like on the menu- moist, good sugar to butter ration, and pleasant flavor. The danish and muffins were straight up terrible, and I bought so many of them as a gift and no one ate them. The danish was not really a danish- rather it was filo pastry rather than a yeast pastry and the cheese mixture was not good either. The texture of the filo was off and not baked enough, but still edible. The muffins were too dense and spongy. When I opened the muffin, it was clear the batter was over mixed and the texture was dense and spongy so the egg ratio was too high. Overall experience ruined because the pastries were so terrible and coffee was not too good. I will wait a while before I order espresso drinks and pastries again till management improves the recipes/ratios. Will try again to give other menu items a try.
