HORRIBLE! I went to pick up my script and they said "it was filled elsewhere" They couldn't tell where and offered no solution other than "good bye". I called Urgent Care as I was driving to other pharmacy in area and they said it was called into 5707 Easton Road. I called pharmacy back and they said same thing. I asked them what is their process when something like this happens? Is your process to go belly up or do you advocate for the sick patient and call office that sent script in to see what's going on? They do nothing, they ignore it. So here I am with Urgent Care telling me it was only called to them and Rite Aid telling me it was filled somewhere else. Way to advocate for the patient. Urgent Care is working hard to resolve this with them but Rite Aid pharmacy apparently is only there to help the patient if they don't have to go out of their way, Rite Aid Pharmacy 5707 Easton Road = Belly Up

I am a local to this area and this rite aid while convenient to me, is one of the LAST places I will step foot in to get nail polish or some Advil. Now I’m no stranger to customer service work so I understand after a long day on the job it can be hard. HOWEVER i have received only sassy and snarky responses from this one worker named Sheryl. I am a pretty forgiving person as someone who works in the area and even a dead pan-no expression- response would have been perfectly fine by me. But I have given Sheryl about six times to be even normal to me but every single time she says things like “thanks now I have to get my manager to put in the discount” or “you could’ve unfolded the cash, seriously” (when I was handing her THREE bills all folded by themselves). The other workers have been cheerful and delightful in my experience but Sheryl has given me one too many dirty looks and rolled eyes to spend my money at her till. Trust me I have NEVER written a review like this before but after a hard day when I just wanna get some ice cream and paint my nails Sheryl’s attitude pushes me over the edge. (She is now working so frequently that I have stopped my weekly trips to pick up my medication and moved it to a different pharmacy further away because I can’t stand getting her nasty looks from across the table)

CHECK PRICING ON THE WEBSITE, PEOPLE!!Every time I walk into this place to buy something, the price is wayyyy higher than advertised on their site as if they are separate entities. Ankle support $6.99, in-store is $11.99. that's a gallon of gas!!The cashier needs to get a manager to make the adjustment and they are never happy to do so. Buy online and pickup in-store or get ready for attitude. Such a large location with such little purpose.

The pharmacy and front end workers have amazing customer service. Cheryl and Holly are both excellent managers and solve issues fast and greet everyone in the store. Store is kept clean and organized!

Pharmacist is really rude. Always has an attitude when I pull up to the window or call to see the status of my prescription. And my prescriptions are never ready when my doctor calls. Really bad customer service.

Literally the WORST pharmacy I've ever been a customer of! Every single time one of my doctors calls in a prescription and verifies that they have, this pharmacy tells me nothing has been called in. What a coincidence it happens with every one of my doctors offices, not just one! To top it off the staff are completely inept, unhelpful, and rude in any transaction! I will never go back to this pharmacy again!

They manage to fill my prescription in minutes with no issues, yet CVS almost always wants me to come back later & takes several minutes JUST to run it thru their system & check coverage. And it’s my regular CVS, where I go every month for several different rxs. Time for a change perhaps.....

Love Holly The pharmacist so much , however the manager is the rudest woman I’ve ever met in my life. She’s so incredibly miserable. I asked what time the pharmacy opened...couldn’t even finish my sentence and she obnoxiously blurted out 9. And turned around didn’t even let me ask my second question.

Beautiful new store. Huge. Part convenience​ store, cosmetics store, gift store, pharmacy and typical drug store. About 4X the size of the former store one quarter mile North on 611 in the Giant Foods Supermarket Center.
