I was out of power and struggling to get my old generator running. Came in to buy a new one but they were all sold out. The gentleman working on 2/13/24 explained to me what to do to try and get the generator I have running and it worked. I truly appreciate his knowledge and assistance and the fact he was willing to not only help me out with advise but rent me a generator at a discounted price due to the smaller ones not being available. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you!!

Great staff! I placed an order online and it was ready for pick up within an hour. When I went to pick it up they helped me load it and secure it on the truck. The whole experience was A+++. Thank you all for a job well done!!

The staff here are always nice, they are knowledgeable about the products and are always willing to answer questions. Although the one elderly lady behind the counter usually at the end of the registers can be a bit off putting. Even though I am not rude to her, and always wish her a nice day, she has an attitude. But other wise, great staff.

The customer service, in this particular case by George.. was beyond exceptional. Seriously.. A+. I was beyond appreciative of his willingness to help. I needed a drain snake, and he was willing to provide rental options and purchase options. Even going to the extent of finding prices for each and allowing to purchase what I needed over the phone where he then walked it out when I arrived. If management happens to read this, what I purchased did exactly what I needed. Keep up the great work. This type of friendly and helpful atmosphere is few and far between.

Really enjoy Warner Lumber ACE. We rent from there all the time. Fantastic prices on rentals and products. Staff is generally helpful and polite. Have had a few cashiers that have loklomed and acted like they didn't want to be there. But all in all a fantastic place to go.

They have what you need, a clean store, well lit, the employees are helpful and courteous. I just wish they would be open at least some evenings. I can never work at a project after work. I often run to Dutch country hardware in Myerstown if I'm working on a project in the evening.

The sales manager, Nick, called me and said he wanted to make this right. He came to my home and put in all new Krypton Glass, Low-E Sashes. I am extremely pleased. He also educated the salesman on how to read and determine what qualifies as Energy Star Windows.I recently bought Seven D Industries, LP windows. I called to see if these windows were Energy Star. The salesman told me the U Factor was .47 and SHGC .56 and these were and exceeded Energy Star Standards. He said the higher the number after the decimal point, the better the window. This is not true. Energy Star Standards are at least a U Factor .27 to .30 and SHGC .32 to .42.
