If I could this place would get 0 stars. The customer service at this store is absolutely awful. I will never shop at this Dollar General ever again and will for now on make the trip elsewhere. Learn how to treat your customers!

I shopped here pretty often. But suddenly they're closed. I was there the day before. No notice no nothing. It's spray painted on the wall that the store is closed. Not very professional. The staff was nice though when they were open.

I like Dollar General stores, just not this one. It’s very disorganized and doesn’t seem well managed. I do understand that staff is hard to come by right now, and their staff have to do stocking/running register/misc other jobs simultaneously, which is a lot. However, there’s room for improvement in the organization department!

Store has new management and more workers now. They are slowly starting to get things out on the shelf, and you are able to walk thru the isles without walking around u-bolts everywhere. Otherwise quick and convenient on the way to work.

The Employees are super nice, very friendly. The store however leaves A LOT to be desired. Trying to walk around in there with a cart is next to impossible. Stock carts are everywhere, their shelves are a mess, stuff all over the floor.. Imagine if a group of toddlers were left unsupervised, and ran around grabbing and throwing everything they could reach on the floor, and you've successfully invisioned this store.Its actually ashame, you can plainly tell they are lacking in the sufficient amount of help needed to effectively run the store properly... Management is definitely failing at this location. Every time I've been in there so far there is 1 very overwhelmed young person, and it's sad..Hopefully someone from management sees this review and gets their act together. Situations like this ruin great employees. And the ones in this store are DOING A GREAT JOB, despite the short comings of their up line. Honestly they should probably get a raise. Especially considering all the annoyed people they have to deal with throughout their shift.

This store is so horrible and extremely filthy and disgusting! Stuff just thrown in the floor, aisles barely walkable let alone passable. Handicap people will not be able to use this facility as they will not be able to get down the aisle. The floors and counters are covered in dirt, the shelves are an absolute mess, nothing is in order. Clutter clutter clutter, filth filth filth. I reached out to Dollar general home office about this place a few months ago and they obviously haven’t done a thing to correct the issues.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful...but the store itself, always seems to be in complete disarray every time I am there....for whatever reason, the shelves are never stocked.. there are certain items I haven't been able to get due to them not being restocked in at least 3-4 months!

This store is ok but nothing to brag about. They need to stock their shelves, they are out of a lot of things. Other Dollar General stores have a much better selection and keep their shelves stocked.

Overall good...store is clean and tidy unlike some of the others in the area...out of one particular item for 3 weeks is a bit annoying. Workers are nice but were obsessed with a particular repeat customer that annoys them.

The girls that work there are always so nice & very helpful when questions arise. I stop at least 3 times a week & always enjoy talking with the girls.

Angela was really great, Dollar General usually does not provide this type of customer service. She went above and beyond to exceed any expectations of DG. This location is not near me but I'll stop off in driving through, the service was very much appreciated. Thank you Angela!

This is by far the best Dollar General I have been to. I have one around the corner from my house but it doesn't have the selection of food this one has. Frozen foods, fruits, vegetables...amazing! All DGs should carry this selection.

As with most Dollar Generals, the prices are fair. Selection of some things is decent. The employees are very friendly. However the store is usually a mess.

I was at the one in Pine grove Pa. They remodel the store and it's so much better now more space. And the staff was really nice to me. Asked if I needed any help finding something.

Long lines, never more than one cashier on no matter the number of customers waiting. Store is poorly kept and even more poorly managed. I would rather spend more money at the local grocery store than patronize!

This by far is the best dollar general store I've been to. Has everything from food items to household decor!! Koodoos Pine Grove. This area needed this. Will be shopping here often.

It's a Wed 12/140at 430pm went to go shopping and place was closed. In the future, Update your hours online. This caused a major inconvenience.

I frequently shop here, saves me a trip to Walmart. This is not the neatest store but they usually have what I need. I am disappointed they do not carry home decor/picture frames anymore.

This dollar general was perfectly placed for drivers in this smaller town. It has all your basic essentials and alittle more I believe because the town is a bit smaller than others.

This place is one big mess, no organization at all.. ppl, go to the new one in minersville, you won't regret it. They r so organized and probably have everything that you are looking for..it's worth the trip.
