All of the target workers were AMAZING, they were helping us look for the wallet, looking at security cameras, etc. They went above and beyond; one of the best targets I have ever been at. Visited target in Oaks pa for the first time in a while. Forgot how much I love this site. Plenty of Extremely helpful customer representatives all around to ask for help finding my item and the store was so nice and bright & clean.

Amazing collection of cardigans and sweaters. Very decent home decor. It is quite neat and clean and everybody is following the Covid process of wearing mask and social distancing. The dollar section has excellent gifts for Christmas. Also some new Christmas decor's have come up and they are very good quality as well. Cat and Jack brand collection of clothes for kids specially winter coats for girls are very exquisite and quite reasonable too. I would highly recommend if you're really looking for like a one stop shop with a classy look. Do check out the seasonal sections. The baby stuff is nice with multiple options. I really like the carts which has small seat for two kids to sit and is adorable. Check out the clearance section for clothes for adults activewear and kids clothes and when you look for off-season clothes they are very cheap you'll get it for about for five dollars if you're lucky you can get it for 2.99 as well which is such a bargain. They have introduced the touch less checkout as well.

This was my 10th & last visit at the Phoenixville location after my super awkward encounter at self checkout. It’s pathetic to even write a review since nothing will be done, it’s like a drop in the ocean but even if she reads this. I have a very strong feeling that this woman is typically like this in which that shouldn’t be how Target wants to be represented...I always forget that their self checkout requires an associate to come over and open the register for you (super convenient for both of us, I know). I get it, it’s a security thing I guess if customers have large amounts of $$. ( Side note, I paid in gift card first and then wanted to pay cash and then the rest in card; I had two things I couldn’t afford and was going to bring them to the /returns/pickup before I walked out but she laughs at me as if I was trying to steal them and says “Um, no.” Not, “I’ll take them” This lady comes over and has an attitude from the start, maybe she’s having a bad day or it’s just how she is but you work in customer service, at least pretend to be kind for that 10 second interaction you deal with people.

Just a typical target. They always have what I need plus so much more. I appreciate having coupons on my phone that I can use at any location and add directly to my account so when I go to pay they come off immediately. They always have sales too and they’re not super expensive

Wow!!!!!I have to say that again, WOW!Sharon blew me away with customer service, I have shopped at target hundreds of times no one has ever taken the time to explain in the app and make me get my app out on my phone.She demonstrated how every aspect of the app worked , saved me money, showed me how to save offers that are upcoming, showed me how to save items that I was looking for in the future And so much more. She should be training everyone on the staff about the app as she knows it backwards and forwards it was an incredible shopping experience. Top notch what an assert to the staff. Thank you SHARON.

Using the return barcode in the Target app was a snap. Incredibly easy. All done in less than a minute. So fast!

ginger ale has been out of stock.for over 2 months this isn't even like a once in a while thing. this will always happen at this location. quite often you folks are out of it. you never order it, you never care to check to order it and lose plenty of sales in business because of it always is out of stock at Oaks. Acme and in Phoenixville always has it Wegmans in Collegeville always has it guess target has better thing to do.

If you order online things go back in 3 days if not picked up. If you do not use their app you have to always go in-store wait in line to pick up online items. No one answers their phone ever if you are in parking lot. Must go in to pick up online items.Ok used the app. That sucked too. I pulled up and 5 cars were ahead of me.So easier to park in handicap. Walk in. Get motorized hc cart. Go wait in line, take hc cart to car. I cannot stand in line. And now app takes too long.THIS STORE ESPECIALLY FOR PICKUP DOES NOT Answer THEIR PHONE!!

Last evening my wife and I went to the Phoenixville Target to purchase about $70 worth of items. After using the self-scan checkout, we attempted to redeem our manufacturers coupons. The system kept rejecting the coupons displaying, "does not comply with Target coupon policy". When we asked an associate for help, she received the same message. My wife said, "maybe it is because the coupons expire today". Associate, "I have no idea". The system did take a couple of coupons that expire in 2 weeks, and this is not the first-time coupons have been rejected on date of expiration. So, we walked away from the order and went to guest relations, to ask that associate about the coupon policy, when the same one from the register came over and wanted to wait on us. I said, "I want to know the change in the coupon policy", check-out associate, "you will have to look it up". My wife has worked over 40 years in retail and makes it her job to know those policies so that she can deliver the best shopping experience. She will also try to accommodate the shopper if their coupon is expired.When I called this morning looking for a manager, one came to phone after about 3 minutes and I began to explain my concern and could her him talking to someone else as I was talking and then he said, "can you explain that again, your phone was muffled". Corporate Guest Relations heard me with no problem.We were always good for $100-$200 every 2 weeks at this particular Target and have decided even if it's a few cents more, we are avoiding target. These big companies need to train their people better in customer relations, as today the dollar has to be stretched as far as possible.We are done with Target!

This was the worst target. Everyone was extremely unkind and then I called customer service and dealt with someone else who was unkind and couldn’t help me with speaking to a manager. I will now on be going elsewhere.

Amazing staff! I purchased a vacuum that was unfortunately damaged. I called to make sure they had another in stock. When I arrived to the store, the new vacuum was already waiting for me. I explained to the employee that this was not the first time this has happened. I have purchased a few other items that were brought out to my car and were damaged. She apologized and gave me a $15.00 gift card for my troubles. 😁😁😁 Their team is always friendly and ready to greet you with a smile. If I’m having a bad day I know I can stop at this location and will leave feeling better. I don’t think I can say that about many places these days. Thank you Phoenixville Target for going above and beyond for your customers!

I want to thank Ms Sharon who checked me out. I rarely shop in store so I have never scanned my target app. But she asked me about it, showed me all the offers I had and basically saved me $10 on this trip. Thank you for your polite kindness and I loved that she was so personable, had great eye contact and a big smile. Generally good selection, different design options, reasonable prices. Got some great tips today from the checkout person. Shopped a wide variety of things today, from organic half&half to pajama top to floor lamp. Target is convenient and usually a good buy -- it's my "general store."

Visited Oaks store today. During self checkout I noticed two toddler shirts and a pair of pants that were on a table with sign $5 and under rang up for $8, $12 and $13. Pressed button for assistance. Employee took to another register and they rang up same way. I went back to the table and took picture of sign. She said “they’re not on sale because they’re not ringing up on sale.” I showed her the picture again and she said I can’t help you, I would need to send someone back there to see the sign and there’s no one here to do that. I told her to void the same and left. Not the service I expect at Target.

Just terrible drive up packing—the people who come bring you your items are wonderful, but the people who pack them are terrible. Small bags with 2 gallon milks and not double bagged, or a huge bag with 20 items where anything like chips or bread gets completely destroyed. Just not a good look, and an easy fix honestly.

I went to Target Tech dept at this location to buy a new phone and activation with AT&T. Tech manager and the associate was really helpful. They were very patient and did an amazing job. We had some issues with AT&T but they solved it incredibly.

Great prices, love the drive up and other pickup/shopping options, clean and crisp store decorum, & Target pays employees $15/h minimum wage. Red card also gives additional 5% off all purchases, making their great prices even better. My go to store.
