Bought cheese on 4/28/24 and it was moldy when I opened it to use for dinner. Returned it to the store the following morning 4/29/24 and the manager was extremely helpful and offered to exchange the cheese for Sargento instead which was extremely appreciated.

I contacted the one in Phoenixville since I intended to get the chicken supper there. I inquired about buying it because they still had one available. I had a conversation with Jeff at the deli. He was very polite and helpful. Both the food and Jeff's service were excellent.

I complained to a store manager about an item that I purchased that was obviously spoiled and warned them that I consumed the chicken that was bad and the store manager responded with a poor attitude, acted like she didn't care and she refused to give me her name so that I could report her for her lousy customer service and lousy "I don't care attitude". Be careful if you buy meat here it might be bad and you may get sick. This store obviously could care less. Yep probably gets paid $60 to $100.000 a year , ungrateful ignorant human being.

Wegmans is unique and fun but far away. Giant is fine but usually crowded in the parking lot and in store. Redners is quiet and everyone is quite nice. I choose Redners! Love the hot fried chicken. If I was younger and not worried about cholesterol I would eat it once a week.

I am writing because this isn't my first issue at this store location.. but yet this is my 5th time I've had to go back to pick up my missing bags of food after noticing after getting home. It seems like an on going issue if they have to pull put a big file of missing persons bags of food!!This is beyond disappointing when they even have the customers information on the file as I have used my rewards & credit card to purchase .This time I find out they even have my phone number!Why didn't they call me after 2 days of me finding out myself to tell me they have a bag of my food which I had purchased?!?!?! Another issues I have to finally address is I'm tired of getting the eye roll from the folks at the deli when I ask to have my cheese&meat sliced rather than getting it picked off the 3 day old cheese pile with hard edges 😑.Also beware of the expiration dates on canned food , bagged chips&pretzels , ect. I'm tired of having to push aside expired food and trying to search for good food. They are aware of of it as I've mentioned it in the past and I keep seeing expired food to this day. Also they have 3 workers at the front standing around watching a huge line of customers form to 1 register/cashier being open . Today I've mentioned all these issues to the front desk and they seemed to be annoyed because I've had to address this multiple times. Today I have to write this because this is sickening to peoples health . The reason I kept going back is because its one of the closest grocery stores in my routine. But now I'm done since they don't seem to care. Now it makes why the crowds don't come there.

I wanted to get the chicken dinner from there and called the one in Phoenixville. They had one left so I asked if I can purchase it. I spoke to Jeff in the deli department. He was very helpful and friendly. The meal was delicious and the service from Jeff was great.

Best store on the planet! It isn't fancy but the prices are excellent and the staff is beyond helpful. For example, I somehow lost my wallet at checkout and didn't realize it until the next day. Panicking, I drove back to the store and went to the register I'd used the day before. I explained to the cashier my wallet was missing and the last I'd had it was right there. She asked me to hang on, went to the front office and asked me a series of questions confirming I was me and, yes she had it! The whole thing could have gone so badly but thanks to the kind and honest people at Redners, it all turned out better than I could have hoped! What wonderful people! Also, they have the best price on Rosenbergs milk, a good amount of local fruit and good prices without needing to 'shop the sales'. I love them!

Large store with a good selection of packaged regional foods. Bakery and deli counters. Fresh fruit and vegetable selection is ok. Good meat prices. No frills displays. Somewhat random nonfood section too. Definitely cheaper than some of the other grocery stores in the area.

I went food shopping here, and the store is clean and beautiful! Everything was zoned so nice, I felt like they did an awesome job for there customers! Will be coming back to do more shopping!!!!

Poor customer service no loyalty to their customers. I’m a disabled veteran with severe arthritis.convenient access to the store all for nothing ask for a good coffee or yogurt and they’ll ignore your request. I would think they would make sure they have electrical carts charged for their elderly disabled customers but again they don’t care I’ve been there want to do shopping and other peoples were there too standing trying to use a court thinking where are they and there were none there two sitting there trying to be recharged but it would be hours before they would be able to use . Where is the loyalty to customers???

Redner's are always clean and well stocked. Their meats are good quality and cheaper than Giant, Acme, Wegman's or even Walmart Supercenter's deals! Their store brand, Everyday Essentials, are much better quality than 10 years ago and comparable to Walmart's Great Value brand in many cases. Deli meats are amazing, as are the prepackaged salads!

I have been in here 6-10 times before while visiting and my daughter is a weekly shopper here. Well i had an interesting experience just now. At checkout a cashier named Michelle threw the receipt at me and told me it was too late to put our account number in (a loyalty account). She seemed irritated that i chose to buy groceries at this store. Then I told the manager and he made a sad face and said "I am sorry". OK. Huh.

Love the service, and oh the fried chicken, beats all the other markets! Cole slaw is excellent as long as it's fresh, look for the green color, if the cabbage is white skip it. Bakery is surprisingly wonderful! What a great amount of choices! Never disappointed. Still working on navigating where everything is, I usually make 3 rounds of the store before I ask for help on my last items I just couldn't hunt down! Lol!

What a hidden gem! CLEAN! It’s awesomely cleaned and well stocked. It may be when we are going that makes the difference, but it’s perfect for what we need. Could use a more focused keto and organic section. But, for the light keto diet, you can get what you need.

I like the place its got me hooked. The people are friendly and responsive. I ordered a cake and they done a wonderful job. It was not only delicious it was more than I asked for. They done an absolute awesome job on the writing and decorating. I like this little store very much and would definitely recommend stopping in sometime.

Great place! They offer a wide variety of foods and the staff are polite. The only setback is the temperature of the store. It's literally cold in there all year round. It's freezing outside in the winter months and they will not turn the heat on in the store.

Great customer service. We got stuck during checkout in the self-service lane and the attendant was very helpful, friendly and understanding! We were just passing through visiting relatives and went to Redners to pick up dessert. I was impressed by the layout and appeal of the store as well as the selection of foods. The store was bright and clean and highly appealing. I felt that if I lived in that area I would definitely shop there regularly.

I always shop at Redner's. I miss being able to shop at 2am, but maybe things will get back to normal after COVID. The market is well stocked so I always find what I want. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I feel Redners has the most reasonable prices compared to other grocery stores. The place is always clean. Employees are more then happy to help you find somthing. Their fresh fruits and vegetables have improved which is great.

Good prices. Nice people work there. Very clean. Prices are ok . Don't need a card to get sales or discount prices.I think they have the best steaks at any supermarket and I shop them all
