I was at my at my wits end after spending thousands of dollars at Met Vet for my poor cat with cancer only to find out everything they told me was wrong, and I had a feeling, that is why I brought him to PAH. Dr. Dewberry was AMAZING!! He spent time with us and explained exactly what was happening to him. Therefore, I scheduled my other two cats for appointments. Dr. Figurelle is very kind and compassionate about her work and extremely GREAT at what she does! I highly recommend PAH to anyone who cares about their pets!!

Our senior dog is well cared for by Dr Caufield. She is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Trust is a big part of choosing a vet and we feel that trust with this practice. Other staff is friendly and efficient.

I and my cat had such a great experience here. The staff and doctor were so caring, and made my rather anxious cat feel very comfortable. Aside from shots and an exam, his hair had some matting, which they shaved very well. I was surprised that he held still for this, but the techs knew how to keep him calm. I highly recommend this vet!

Dr. Caulfield is amazing! You can tell she cares deeply about her patients. We’ve worked with her over a few months to figure out treatment of a chronic issue for my cat. We ended up electing for surgery with a specialist at a nearby hospital and she has been very diligent at following up to check on my pet and answering any questions I had. She has a very calming and knowledgeable bedside manner. I would highly recommend her.

We've been coming to Phoenixville Animal Hospital since we moved to the area in 2021. They helped us with of our senior cat, Alistare, with such care during the height of the pandemic. Alistare had diabetes and was an old gal and the team here took us in! Sadly Al left us last year. We so appreciated the care and service that we decided to bring our new girls, Arty and Thenie, here for their vet care! They are young and healthy girls. If you have a pet that requires more intense care or young healthy ones, this is a great place to visit. I recommend this place!

My kitty was having difficulty walking. I brought her to phoenixville veterinary hospital. The veterinarian was amazing! She took the time to carefully evaluate her, took video of her and took time to research and consult with a neurologist. My kitty is on her way to recovery thanks to the vet's time and effort. I appreciate this veterinarian so much!! Absolutely the best veterinarian!

Being a first time dog mama, I had a lot of questions. The staff was so patient with me and answered all of them with ease. The techs were great with our puppy, even with him being a handful and a half. And the vet was amazing with explaining everything to us. We did a curbside visit and the quality was still great! We are so happy we brought our dog to this animal hospital. We and our pup thank you all so much!

They reach out regularly and truly show how much they care about my animals and how much they love their job. I can't say this for just any place but I truly love each and every person on staff here. We have been using PAH since moving to Phoenixville two years ago. We have had a fantastic experience with the staff, vet techs, and vets. The scheduling is easy, and we have always had great interactions with Julie. The staff is professional, personable, and very accommodating. Odin loves going to the vet because of all of the attention that he gets! And the Pet Desk app has been great for appointment reminders, housing our dog records, etc. Great place to take your pet!

This is our first visit to Phoenixville Animal Hospital with our new puppy. The office is extremely clean, and the staff is AWESOME! The staff and veterinarians are extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Phoenixville Animal Hospital!

The Drs. and Techs we've seen always seem to have my pets best interest in mind. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. They are good with following up when my pets have tests done and explore every option for treatment to make sure it's the right choice for us.

Edited to respond to their response: I don’t care how you want to spin it - the fact remains that I called twice to follow up for next steps and although I was assured that someone would call me back, nobody ever did.I called twice last week, on Tuesday and Thursday, leaving messages for Dr. Fig about my very sick pet that she had seen the week prior. She told me to call to get further instructions but she was apparently out sick all week and even though I was told my messages would be passed to another vet, nobody called me. On Friday night, my cat took a major turn for the worse and was in extreme distress due to difficulty breathing. I called on Saturday morning to make an appointment to put him to sleep, which was one of the options that the vet had already offered during our initial visit; however, I was told that another vet would need to examine him first before they could make that determination. Why? The vets all work for the same place, why would they not use Dr. Figs notes and recommendations? I did not want to put my dying cat through any more exams, so I called them back and informed the receptionist at the front desk that I had found another vet who was coming to my home to put my cat to sleep. Here it is Monday night and nobody from Phoenixville Animal Hospital bothered to call me today to inquire how things went or to offer condolences or to apologize for never calling me back last week, which is possibly the reason my cat is no longer with us. I am laying in bed listening to my other cat cry for her brother and all I can think about is how much I regret taking my pets to this place. Basically, I walked out with some flea medicine and a $956 vet bill and my sick cat that they did not follow up on. Never again and I am telling everyone I know to find a different vet. Clearly money is the only motivator here, certainly not any real compassion or concern for the pets or their family.

We had a great experience at Phoenixville Animal Hospital with their new director of medicine, Dr. Lauren McTiernan! The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. They recently started stocking ProHeart almost entirely because I asked about it for my dog with IBD.I’d highly recommend this vet! I’d also encourage owners of dogs with sensitive stomachs to consider ProHeart 12 for heartworm prevention! Understandably, they can’t continue stocking it if there isn’t enough demand. Regardless, I really appreciate all they’ve done to give my dog the best care imaginable!

My cat became very sick suddenly, Phoenixville Animal Hospital was able to see her that day. Dr Caufield did the most thorough exam I've ever seen! And she even followed up for a few days afterwards! Highly recommend!
