Our dog Nash got his leg amputated yesterday. We had to make sure we got a harness for him prior to picking him up this afternoon so my husband made a call in the morning to ask if Pet Valu in Oaks had any harnesses that would work for Nash and explained the situation to Kaitlyn. She was super helpful and gave recommendations and got her manager involved as well. We just now stopped in to pick up the harness and while checking out, Kaitlyn gave us a package with a bow on it and a card. They gifted us a dog lifter and a thoughtful card that had a hand written note “ hope to see you running around our store in no time.” This is top quality customer service, not even because of the gift (although so so so appreciated) but mostly because of going the extra mile and writing a card. They realized our boy is going through something difficult, which in turn means we are and went above and beyond to give a simple but thoughtful way of showing they care and are extending their love to him. We will continue to highly recommend this store to anyone with fur babies. Thank you Pet Valu in Oaks for being a ray of sunshine!!

We like the Proformatrin Ultra canned food for our dog and cat. Price is reasonable with case discounts and occasional coupons. My dog is very finicky and he doesn't complain.

The ladies who were there to teach dog training were so helpful and friendly. It was nice to see smiles. Most people these days are just miserable, or stuck up, especially in this King of Prussia area.

Stopped in today with my family and saw a cat tree with a 50% discount tag on it. The item didn't have a price tag so the employee grabbed the tag and scanned it and then after telling me the price informed me the item might not be 50% off, she then called the manager and then told us no it's not. I said why was it marked off than, she said sometimes the night employees pick up tags and just places them. If that's the case you marked it wrong and we should get it at sale price. She said no but there are others that were discounted, I said no there aren't (none others were marked 50% off. Went back and pointed to the most expensive one and said that's 25% off. I asked about what ones were 50% than, she didn't have an answer. Needless to say we put back the other items were going to buy empty handed. False advertising, saying itmes were on sale just to get people in is wrong.
