They became the best of friends instantly and love being in their hut together or playing around in their playpen. They just recently met and won’t let eachother out of their site!

The curb-side pickup program has been working for me for the past several years and operates just as advertised.I recommend this program for anyone in a hurry or not needing to step inside the store for additional pet supplies.People have always been friendly and easy to work with.

PSP is my go to store for dog supplies but after this weeks experience I have reevaluate. Purchased a box of milk bone dog biscuits for $8.50 and come to find the same exact box at Target for $3.50. If you're doubling the cost on all your products and ripping off your customers then I can't shop there and forced to let others know. Bad business

Sundays are a good day to bring in ur pet for shots, with the "vip" shot clinic keeping up with ur pets shots in never so easy to do, hour are 10 till 1130a..

Miranda at the Phoenixville location is so exceptionally kind and helpful! They genuinely delivered the best customer service I’ve had in a long time in our short interaction, and I loved chatting with them about anime, too. ☺️

Everyone at this store was friendly and helpful. I was able to find all the products I needed. The store itself was clean and bright, my cashier was a delight. I love that I received a members discount on my phone which helped me save a chunk of money! Also this purchase added to my monetary rewards towards the next time I shop here. The members rewards program here is pretty good.

WHY ARE YOU SELLING OPEN BAGS OF CAT FOODEdit: Their solution for their mistake was this: I could drive almost 2 hours to a different store & get the product. That's it. Their apology consisted of a $10 off $50 coupon that expired before I could use it. Ewwy customer service. I will change my review when they change their approach. Never had this issue at any other store...I ordered online to pick up a few bags of cat food. This was my first time at this location since my usual store was out of my angel's favorite food, & I have had no issue there. However, when I got home from this trip I saw that one of the bags had the tamper-evident freshness seal completely taken off already. Who knows how long it has been open or if the food is safe to eat, I can't feed it to my baby! This is so disappointing. I expect a refund. It's always a horrible feeling when you can't trust that the order is as it should be or even safe for my precious kitty.

Very helpful and friendly staff.Edit: I live in VA (originally from Pottstown, PA). I should mention that I visit this location only when I drive north to visit my family. The Pet Supplies Plus down here is over an hour away.

First time here and overall went well. Very small fish selection but found 3 I liked and they happened to be on sale. Only thing that I didn't appreciate was one of the staff was drying off a ferret and my 6 year old tried to reach out to pet it and he abruptly pulled it away. Just thought that was unnecessary.

Miranda was extremely helpful with my decision to take home a Syrian Hamster. Miranda helped me with food, habitat, and other things I'd need for her. I immediately fell in love with her (Hannah). She was so loving and sooooooo soft. I bought her an exercise ball and she has been running all over my apartment for hours when I get home from work. Thank you Miranda.

This review is for the dog was station only. My main reason for going to Pet Supplies Plus is to use the do-it-yourself dog wash. There’s not many in the general area so I gotta come here. The area is small and has 3 stations with different size sinks to accommodate different dogs. They supply everything you need. It used to be $10 a wash but I think they’ve recently increased the price. If you’re not too bougie, this place will work. If they are cleaning/disinfecting sinks after every dog it’s hard to tell. You can’t escape the large amount of dog hair everywhere. It’s on everything. It’s worse when u turn on the hand held dryer. I used to smell sewage when I turned on the water but that may have been fixed since it wasn’t an issue the last time I was there.

Local fast home delivery of pet supplies. If you are a perk's member the prices are very competitive and the service was exceptional and fast without the carbon footprint of ordering from Amazon or Chewy. Highly recommend. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. ❤ Love

I’ve been buying my puppy his treats, dry and canned food, supplements and a harness at Pets Supplies Plus. I shopped for my previous dogs here, too, and have bought cleaning and medicinal products, as well as cat and dog toys. I appreciate that it’s located right in Phoenixville’s Giant shopping center. Extremely convenient. I’ve always been happy with the employees, sales that go on, acceptance of coupons, emailed coupons, and matching other stores’ prices. Historically, at times you are low on some dog food brands. I did notice that yesterday, too, but my brand was ok. I didn’t catch the name of the young man who was acting supervisor and cashier yesterday, but he was fantastic. He was patient, friendly and very helpful—a real professional. It seems your new cash register system doesn’t make it easy to accept online coupons anymore. I hope that can be fixed. Overall, it is a great store with plenty of choices and super employees.

Came in looking for parrot bird seed and I was not disappointed! They had all different kinds including bulk seed which is great for me because my little guys are super picky so I don't wanna spend a lot on something they'll only pick at. Also the store was clean and the employee signed me up for rewards and gave me 15% off because it was my first visit. I look forward to coming back!

I really like the people who work here, they’re knowledgeable and helped me find the right LID food for my dogs, but ugh…your dog wash is not good at all. It’s never clean, there is hair everywhere, the exposed pipes and drain below the baths are nasty, the shower heads don’t work..I honestly always avoided pet supplies plus for dog washes and go to the immaculate Pet Value but they shut down due to loss of revenue in the pandemic. The dog wash is a huge plus in pet owners lives; but ya’ll really need to update, clean, and upgrade your dog wash stations and room. ☹️ I won’t go back, I’ll be buying all the gear for home.

Nice selection of pet items for a smaller store. Fish tanks are very clean. I always get crickets here for my frog. Find an employee who isn't afraid of getting you crickets, otherwise you will wait 15-20 minutes untill the scared employee finally gets brave enough to catch them. Unbelievable.

Stopped by this location because we ran out of the dogs flea and tick meds. I was easily able to find what I was looking for. I brought my two dogs into the store with me. The gentleman at the checkout counter was very polite. He pet and talked to both me and my dogs and gave them each a treat which they LOVED! I am relatively new to the area so I asked if he had any grooming and/or vet recommendations- and he was very kind to give me some information. I usually shop online for my pet supplies but have made it a point to return to this location to buy the dogs a treat when I am nearby. I recommend stopping in if you are in the area- friendly service like you receive here is rare.

Deeply saddened to write this review, but this has to be said. A week ago I stopped in this store to get a new filter sponge for my tank. As a fish lover I rarely stop myself from looking at what fish are in their tanks. I originally noticed all filtration was off and none of the tanks provide a simple 2 dollar air stone either. I assumed they were doing simple maintenance because I turn my filters off as well to clean my tanks. Today I found out this was not the case. I walked into the store to find still cloudy dirty water in the tanks, fish that normally are docile frantically moving and swimming to the top of the water for air and then crashing into the glass or the gravel bottom due to the lack of space, and as always, a good amount of dead fish in the tanks. The part that really got to me was their total lack of information telling customers these fish are not for sale due to possible disease now being carried due to still water, excessive ammonia levels and temperature drops just to name a few. Guess what, THEY ARE STILL SELLING THESE FISH! Hello everyone, if you buy a fish from this location you are not only bringing home a more than likely parasite filled/ bacteria infested fish- but you are also going to have those things spread in the waters of your own tanks and hurting your current fish. This is not the first time I have seen horrific things from this store. Just over a month ago I noticed almost half of the feeder fish (at least 100 ) dead and attached to the filter and was told it was a bad shipment they received a couple days prior. I mean take them out at least! This is absolutely animal abuse and after today I am stopping my purchases from this location and advise anyone who isn't in favor of animal abuse to do the same. Shame on them, and shame on the company who does nothing about it.

good variety. great source of high end pet food. the wash your own dog area was a bit dirty (pee in tub, hair in drain)and the warm water didn't kick on until our time was nearly up.Great place to buy high end , good quality pet food, but not much else. I prefer Petsmart for all other things.

Went to buy individual cans of food for my dog. The chicken flavor was in a wrapped case so I removed three cans. As I was checking out a female manager grabbed the cans from in front of me and stated they would lose inventory if they sold them to me like that. I've shopped there for years with no problems. She can try to explain to upper level management why this customer no longer spends hundreds of dollars a week there. Other than this individual all the other workers/ managers are very nice. This was my first time trying out pet supply plus and it was amazing! The staff was great but the deals were amazing. I can get good quality dog food for a good deal. They are very reasonable compared to other dog supply places. Highly recommend to go and check it out with your dog 😊

Great. I love this place. A little pricey but not as much as the other big chain pet stores. They have what I'm looking for, if not they'll order it. Friendly staff. Once in awhile check out lengthy as staff working with other customers. But for the most part a great place.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean store. Pet wash is nice, but if you need deshedding shampoo, you'll need to buy some or bring your own. Prices are average for a pet store.

Not a large selection of reptiles or dogs. A cat house with fish and expensive food. Food is the same as Giants, but 3 to 4 dollars cheaper. Staff is awesome! Very knowledgeable. They work with what they have. This is one of those places to get crickets or quit supplies if you have to.
