I wish I could give this Place a zero! I took my cat to get groomed because she had mats. They shaved her entire body and told me the mats were too bad. They charged me over $90 for this!!! They only have 8:30-9 for cats on Saturday so if you want to give away your money for them to Brush your cat, that’s up to you. This place is terrible! Please go anywhere else. My kitty is so depressed after being shaved. They could have cut the mats out but again they are lazy and scam artists!!

One star is one too many. We took our 10 month old Rough Collie to get bathed and groomed. We expected a clean dog with some minor shearing underneath to remove some matting. What we got was a dog with its head fur trimmed and its entire body tightly sheared; top, sides, and underneath, to the point where the dog no longer resembled a Rough Collie. The groomer never called us to discuss shearing the entire body. We will never return to this establishment. Below are before and after photos. Others will have to decide whether they can trust taking their dog to this groomer.

We recently adopted a little doggo who needs to be groomed - Personal Touch has been terrific. They take excellent care of our little guy and he always looks like a million bucks (and smells delightful) when we pick him up. Highly recommend!

We have been taking our cocker spaniel mix to the Phoenixville location for a few years now and the ladies there are just the best! Our dog is almost 9 and he can be a bit fussy at times when getting groomed, but they have found the best process for grooming him. We know he is in good hands at Personal Touch and really appreciate how much they care about their clients!

I wish I could rate PersonalTouch 10 stars. My dog has always been anxious about getting groomed. We have tried about 10 different groomers and this is the first one we have found were she is happy when she gets home! They really love dogs here and it shows! If you want your dog to get top notch care this is the place for you!

This place was great! We just called an hour before since he just needed nails and a trim and they let us in without an appointment. The lady there was super nice and was nice with my husky. Huskies are usually over dramatic and many places won’t take him because of that but the lady was so friendly with him and got it done fast.

I wouldn’t go here and if you do currently, I would check if your pets are actually getting groomed or a little spray and fluff . “Fake groom”We tried the mobile service several months back and really like Alissa. At our next appointment I was told the mobile was down and we had to bring our dogs in . Upon arrival I surprised at how many dogs were there, I was hesitant. I was told my dogs would take 4 hours , so I went about my morning . One hour later I was texted they were ready. When I arrived I asked wow that was quick were they bad ? The young lady said no they were great the owner is here helping out . Dogs came out looking Exactly as they did when I dropped them off , I said they were groomed. Owner said yes, trimmed. I proceeded to pay , and even asked to tip Alissa, he said okay to add it on , at that point he should have told me he fake groomed the dogs, that Alissa did not groom them .So over allFake groomed don’t even think you washed them with water , no trim. Not even around private areasOver charged and mis led me on who groomed them and she didn’t even get the tip . Quite a scam you have going here 157.00 for two small dogs !

Absolutely LOVE Randy ! I get my dogs done once a month. He comes out for all three at one time and its super convenient! He does an amazing job with them and I am always pleased with how they look! Im super picky about my dogs and even tho they hate being groomed, the fact that they can go in and out quickly helps to alleviate a lot of the stress the dogs went through before I met Randy. Been using him for about 10 years! Izzie, Gracie and Romeo are happier they get to be home!

Haley has been grooming Jake for two + years. He always comes home looking and smelling so clean. She listens to my request for grooming, and I can pick him up as soon as he is finished. No waiting until the end of day.I love the free-roaming area for the dogs.

Went for my dog to have nails trimmed. Informed the groomer that he is not good with his nails being trimmed and he tries to bite. Was informed that they'll be ok. Dog went back and was attacked by two small dogs they allowed to roam free in the back. Then they restrained my dog while the little dogs jumped at him and constantly barked at him. Needless to say my dog feel threatened and uncomfortable so he lashed out. They then blamed my dog and said they couldn't do it. Don't take your dog there is he is at all temperamental or anything like that.

Been going off & on for years without a problem, but as of today they’ve seen the last of my best friends. Watched my little one have a nail cut too short & you’d have to see my 13 yr old golden to believe it; looks like a drunk went at her with a straight razor & a weed wacker. Down to the skin in places. Thing is, she loves to be groomed & is never a problem. Will be passing along the word, quite loudly.

If you know me, then you know I have a great pack🐾... all taken care of by Randy & his team. It’s been over 7 years = approx 140x the pack has been groomed! That’s a lot of fur 🤦🏻‍♀️ & I have never been disappointed. My pack ❤️‘s to go there. They get very excited when we pull in.Today was Diego & ChaCha’s appts. Called for an appointment to have my cat trimmed. Asked for a price and was given approximately $62-$65. I was charged $79.50. When I asked for an explanation, I got a shrug instead! Had I gotten a full on lion cut it would have been $85.00. So for $5.50 I would have gotten my money's worth, which I did not get for the $79.50. Specifically requested that the cat's leg hair be removed. It was not. Will not ever return and will certainly suggest others to go elsewhere!

Had an 8:30am appointment. Told me my cat would be the first one to go back to avoid the dogs later. 2 hours later I go in and my cat is still sitting on the couch not touched. A worker whispered to me that no one wanted to touch my cat. Then I was told someone would be in at 12 to do my cat. Then why the 8:30am appointment!!!!!!!!! Took my cat and left!

Asked them to get the tangles out of my Maltese's hair without cutting it too short and to cut his nails. Got him back- he was shaved bald- they NEVER CALLED TO ASK OR TELL ME. AND his nails WERE NEVER cut. They weren't even apologetic about how he looked. In my opinion, if you can't provide the service I specify, then tell me! Will never go here again.

I like the concept of this place. The dogs get to socialize with each other before and after grooming. My little guy Ziggy receives lots of TLC from his groomer Jeanne. She is remarkable with the dogs.
