Stopped in with my husband today as we saw the cutest cat in the window. She was nestled in the pile of Halloween pet toys and let us pet her. Along with having a cute cat, this store also has friendly staff! We happily chatted about cats with the person at the register. We purchase some items for our cats and they gave us little treats for our cats in our shopping bag. Will definitely stop in again.

I stopped into Maddie’s Castle for the first time (won’t be the last) and had so much fun exploring their selection of cat & dog items for sale. I bought my dog some treats and toys and noticed that they have a dog washing station in the back. The ladies there today were so friendly and helpful with my questions. It is definitely worth checking out and supporting this small business.

What a gem in the heart of Phoenixville! I truly don't know who loves Maddie's Castle more...my dog or me! Every time we visit we are treated like family by the amazing owners and staff. The customer service is impeccable and their selection of toys, treats, and food is fantastic. My dog literally pulls me to their door when we walk by. He's also a huge fan of the free treats they give out when you bring your pup in. I love their fully stocked self-wash station, and my dog loves the free ice cream they provide after the bath! I can't recommend Maddie's highly enough...SIMPLY THE BEST!

Went to Maddie’s for the first time today!!!! Love it!!! John was so helpful!! He got me everything that I needed and also suggested other things for my fussy Yorkie..What a great place. The cat Maddie there is polite and adorable! Love her! Sweet Sweet kitty! Thanks John for all your help today I will be returning I didn’t mind the hour drive to get there!! It was Worth it!

Was looking for a solution to getting a nice birthday treat for our 3 year old golden, Percy, and came across Maddie's Castle! We ordered some treats early one morning and received them later that afternoon. I was so surprised by the excellent efficiency and care they took in the delivery. Not to mention, their free delivery to our house was the icing on top. They also sent a handwritten note and some free treats. Glad we have found a local solution to buying our pup's treats instead of going to larger chain stores. Will buy again!

The best pet store there is!! My dog begs to go there every time we go for a walk. He pouts if the store is closed when we go by. Diane and the staff are wonderful. They know every dog in town by name (and every dog loves them!). They are very knowledgeable and, if they don't have what you need in stock, they will get it for you. I've never been to any pet store that offers a more personal experience.

We love Maddie's castle! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. It's our pup's favorite place. Even though he goes wild in there (lost a tooth, excited pee, ate a cat toy, etc.) they always welcome him back with a treat :) He gets very upset when they are closed.

Maddie's Castle is AWESOME!!! They have a wide variety of pet treats, foods, and accessories. I loved that they had all sorts of different grain free, and healthy treat options! They had some fun things like these magnets that cracked me up! There's also a gorgeous long haired grey cat named Maddie, who is the boss! She's very friendly though and is happy to be petted.

It was my dogs third birthday (21st in dog years) so we wanted to make it extra special. Maddie’s Castle helped us out with that. We were pointed in the direction of dog birthday treats including the treats in the picture. Our dog loved them and she had a great birthday btw. They also have other toys and treats so this could really be your one stop shop for your favorite furry friend.

First of all, I love their selection of long lasting chew treats for my power chewing pitties. Diane picks the best products to carry!Secondly, not only do I love supporting local businesses, I love supporting local businesses that give back. I fell in love with this family owned business (and the family - Diane, Jeff and Grey!) the day I walked in and asked if I could hang a poster for a pet food collection I was holding for Philadoptables. Not only did Diane hang my poster, she continually donates surplus food, treats and toys from the store to Philadoptables (these items go to shelter animals and animals in foster care).While I love the convenience of Amazon and I used to order all my dog toys and treats from the site, I now choose to purchase these items from Maddie's Castle. Not only do I look forward to seeing which family member is working the store that day, it feels really good to support such an incredible local business.

We absolutely love Maddie’s Castle.The owners go out of their way to be part of the community and make you feel like part of their family. From First Friday events to free home delivery to knowing your dog’s names, we love this shop. If there is a product you’re interested in, they will look into it and even order it for the store. All of their products are high quality. Our dog loves when we go in and he can pick out his own treats and when we have a delivery waiting at our door with a special treat for him on top. When someone says “shop local”, this is the first place I want to go.

The best pet store around. This place is a gem in the heart of Phoenixville that brings a lot of value to the community. The selection of food, treats, toys, accessories, etc. is excellent, and they genuinely care about your pet. The workers know all their furry regulars by name. Over the years I've gotten a lot of excellent advice about caring for my dog from the owner, Diane. Once you start bringing your dog here, you won't be able to pass this place without your dog wanting to stop in and say hi! My dog even knows this store by name at this point ("Do you want to go to Maddie's?" always gets a very strong reaction from her).

I am in this shop almost weekly as I live in town. Everyone who works here is sweet. There is a great selection of quality pet products. The best feature is the doggy bath in the back (call to reserve) with everything you need to make you dog look and smell great. Doggy ice cream was included in the price of the bath last time I went.

This is a wonderful shop that has been very helpful with everything I need for my new puppy. During working from home, it has been a bit of a challenge to keep her entertained all day and the shop's staff has been very helpful in finding new fun toys to keep her busy (puzzles and other things I didn't even know they made for dogs!). They also give me a free little trial treat whenever I check out which has been helpful in finding what my puppy likes to eat without me having to buy a whole pack of something that she potentially hates. The free delivery is also nice during covid if I find it difficult to make it to the store for whatever reason. Thanks for all your help!

The prices are so very reasonable and the staff an cute kitty store kitty always great you with polite friendly hello!They help kitties find homes to and sometimes you can catch a glimpse of the kitties before they are adopted! Love the cozy place and friendly atmosphere. We took our Buddy for self serve bath and its very convenient the setup and to have all supplies to your access. The various supply of treats, toys, food and accessories is inviting to spoil any fur friend. Prices are fair too.

We love going to Maddie's Castle. They are so kind and helpful and have a great selection of merchandise, toys, and treats for our dogs! We love to stop in with the pups when we are out on Bridge Street to grab a little ice cream for each of them to enjoy when we're outside enjoying a beverage or meal!

Highly recommend Maddie's Castle! We take our dog there for her baths (at the self-wash) and to get her nails clipped. I just recently ordered a big bag of dog food on their website. I'm in Phoenixville and tried out their delivery because I was under lifting restrictions at the time, and Diane dropped it off the same day. If you live in one of the new apartments definitely take advantage of this service! She and her family run such a friendly store with quality products (I especially love the Tall Tails items) and the prices are great. Thankful to have such a perfect place in town!

This is the best pet store I have honestly ever been to. Everyone is beyond friendly, helpful and down to earth. We live nearby and stop in frequently. Very reasonable prices too. They also deliver locally right to your doorstep! We have two cats and a dog and they always keep us well stocked! I can't say enough good things about this place. Wonderful local feel and I am more than happy to spend money here and support. Actually going after work today! :)

This pet store is really a great place to get necessary pet products (food, toys, etc) and talk about any issues your pet may have. Diane goes through great length to buy, make, and sell top notch products (this doesn't mean top price either). Her husband Jeff and her son can be found in the store from time to time and are equally nice and attentive to anything you may need. Lastly, they keep a self-wash area for washing your dog, this is AMAZING as we have a golden retriever who can make a mess of our bathtub.

The owner is knowledgeable and so good with our rescue dog who is very skittish. She does a great job on his jails and ordered him the best jacket for winter when their biggest size didn't fit him. We love going here! She also pointed us in the direction of Buffalo Horns - best chew thing ever for a dog who likes to chew.

Amazing little pet store with a great selection, good prices and free local delivery on dog food - SO happy to have this right in Phoenixville! The family who owns this is super knowledgeable and always has great recommendations. Our dog especially loves their peanut butter ice cream. Also a fun spot to visit for First Friday’s!
