The CVS still operate under the COVID protocol which Vaccines shot need for appointment, even no patients are there. Still go by appointment. BAD!!!

The pharmacy is grossly incompetent. It’s virtually impossible to get through on the phone but almost equally as bad in person. They never have medications in stock and you are made to feel they are doing you a favor by filling your medication! I finally initiated a transfer of all my medications- I will never step foot in a CVS again!

The pharmacy is severely mismanaged at the Phoenixville location. The pharmacist and most employees are extremely rude. It has gotten increasingly worse over the years.

I’d give negative stars if I could. I was in store, waiting for my prescription, which I was told would be ready in 5min. 20min later they’d shut up for lunch and told me to come back afterwords.My prescription had been called in 2 hours before I showed up as well.

I’d also give negative stars. Waited in the drive through for 10-15 minutes. When it’s my turn as I pull up to the window, they shut the gate. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Went there Sunday pharmacy open till 5 got there at 430 closed went again tonight says open till 9 closed when I arrived at 630 time to find another pharmacy

It would one thing if they were just rude but the pharmacy is outright terrible to the point that it's actually dangerous that they're in control of people's medications. They have screwed up refilling my prescription 4 times since the end of December and I cannot beg anyone to admit fault or take responsibility, no matter how many receipts I show them proving their error. Every time I explain the situation over the phone or in person they tell me the pharmacy manager will call me but I have never heard.

My prescription was sent to CVS at 14:30 and I called the pharmacy around 16:30 and I was told that it will be ready after one hour. Based on that I did go there in about an hour and a half and when I asked on the pickup counter about the prescription, I was told that it is not ready, and I have to wait 20 minutes as it will be expedited for me by the personnel. This is the third consecutive time that this has happened. I will avoid CVS from now on and bring my business to another pharmacy for the foreseeable future. If you value your time, use another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is mismanaged. Employees at all windows are friendly but pharmacist and prescription fillers are horrible. 3 of us waited over an hour for partially filled prescriptions. If CVS doesn’t want to do anything about this store, do us all a favor and close.

The staff in the pharmacy has been rude and unprofessional on more than one occasion. I was recently there to pick up a prescription and was told the wait would be at least a half an hour. I waited with my toddler who had both an ear infection and a broken leg only to find out later that they didn't have the prescription in stock. While I was waiting, two staff members were arguing with each other in front of customers. It wasn't until I interrupted the arguing to follow up about the prescription that I was informed they didn't even have it.

I normally have a great experience at this place. Never had issues with the pharmacy and everyone has been very kind to me even when they were short staffed and struggling during COVID. However recently one of the pharmacy techs was very off putting and rather rude to me, first when there was an issue with my insurance and second when they were ringing me out and my chip wasn’t working. If it wasn’t so convenient to where I live, I would probably go elsewhere just to avoid speaking to them again.

Just moved to Phoenixville and I'm already done with this pharmacy. First prescription went fine, after that not so much. Second prescription they said was ready, then they only had ten tablets and said they would have the rest by Monday. Five days go by, nothing. I call three different times, each time waiting fifteen min for an answer and never got one. I had the prescription filled with a different, reliable CVS 40 min away. My husband requested a refill online and was told after a few hours that they would "try to fill it with another medication." No, thanks. Called three times today to check if it was ready, system has no sign of my husband or the prescription (despite the other CVS finding it, second one down). Save your time and patience.

Pharmacy is very unprofessional. I received multiple messages saying my prescription was ready to be picked up but upon my arrival the pharmacist employees were very rude. The first day the woman told me my order wouldn’t be ready until later on in the day. When I returned she stated that my prescription wouldn’t be ready until the following day. The following day, I returned since I was still getting messages that my prescription was ready to be picked up. When I arrived a different woman was very snarky and rude and told me my prescription wouldn’t be ready until 3 days later. This is completely unacceptable. They not only gave me the run around for days, but also did not provide an alternative option for me. Will not be getting any of my medicine filled here. I urge others to do the same

I am not totally comfortable writing reviews, but I am at the point after 2.5 years of literally no change at this pharmacy that something needs to be said.I have some regular prescriptions that have to come from CVS because of my insurance. Whenever I go to pick-up medicines scheduled to be refilled, they haven't been--sometimes even 5 days later. I will even call the store to ensure my prescription is ready before coming. They will tell me 30 minutes. I'll arrive an hour later to be told that they are sorry but they need more time. An hour and half later they will close. I come back and the line is over 12 people long because thay are short staffed. I understand delays because of COVID, but this is a regular experience.Often I feel that the pharmacy is short staffed because of one of the pharmacist. I have heard the pharmacist yell at employees and customers alike. Often I find it completely unnecessary, and a bit scary. The turnover of employees is outrageous.I beg CVS to consider taking action improve the pharmacy experience at this particular CVS.

By far the worst CVS I’ve ever been to, and with having chronic illnesses I’ve had no shortage of visits to the pharmacy picking up many different prescriptions over the years. Let me just say, the negative reviews of this specific location aren’t an exaggeration or dramatization. This is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized CVS or pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Since moving to the area a few months back, this became my new local CVS for prescription refills. Each month has been a new problem. Biggest problem has been with refills, saying they’re in stock and refilled, (both in app and when calling to confirm over the phone) and I get there and they either aren’t actually filled or they lied about it being filled and the prescription is actually out of stock. And this has happened in the most unfortunate situations where said prescription is a life-saving medication that was needed immediately (re- rescue inhaler, etc). It’s just unacceptable.

The Pharmacy Manager (Kathleen Wnuk) is issue of this store having a bad rating. She is have major communication issue! As a Manger, she should resolve issues but instead she is causing problem with customers! Kathleen not only rude to everyone also giving inaccurate info to customers. CVS is a big company and will need to retrain their employees how to work with customers! All the bad reviews from Google hope CVS will do something about it! or I don't want to tell others how bad CVS since other CVS store doing a great job. For now I think I have no choice but to find a different pharmacy!

These "temporary" pharmacy hours of 10-6, which have been in place for over 6 weeks, are preventing working people from accessing their prescriptions. CVS management: Please simplify your systems, adequately staff this store, pay your staff better, and fix this pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees are extremely unprofessional and they have repeatedly not notified me when my prescription was ready. The only message I received from them informed me that today was the last day to pick my prescription up, and I couldn’t make it before the pharmacy closed. I will DEFINITELY be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.

Just picked up a prescription and the woman working the drive thru was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I generally don't post negative reviews because we all have bad days but wow...her snickering and nasty look was completely unnecessary. I think a little customer service training is in store.

Don’t even attempt the pharmacy here. Over 24 hours after a prescription was called in they hadn’t even started the process of filling it. Their hours are extremely limited, they have one person checking people out, and their drive-through lane is closed. The line to pick up prescriptions is well over 10 people long. Truly abismal service. Try Collegeville instead.

I waited for 10 minutes in my car by the window this afternoon before someone came to help me. I had even rung the buzzer. Then as usual my doctor office calls in a script at 1:00, I get there at 4:00 to pick up and it isn’t ready. This happens all the time! I’m seriously thinking about changing pharmacies. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this CVS!

I give 5 stars to the employees at the front registers. I give 2 stars to the purple or green colored hair woman at the pharmacy. She is the most ignorant employee here that I've ever encountered. It doesn't matter if I'm at the drive thru or walk in the store to purchase my prescription. I've complained before about her but it's apparent they did nothing. I know for a fact the pharmacist can hear the way she speaks to customers. I've been there when she's been rude to other customers as well. One more rude comment from her and I will go to Walgreens.

The Pharmacy Manager (Kathleen Wnuk) is hostile as well as most the employees in pharmacy ..especially the greened haired one. Other employees in pharmacy are being bullied by the Pharmacy Manager to the point where we apologized to the woman ringing us up. Additionally, the Pharmacy Manager is completely incompetent and on top of yelling at us, she gave us inaccurate information on medication. The entire environment is unprofessional and completely unfriendly to customers. I honestly feel bad for anyone who comes to this location and relies on the opinion of the Pharmacy Manager.

I've only ever used CVS, as long as I can remember, but each visit since my move to Phoenixville, has not been a good experience.I dropped off a 'script yesterday afternoon, which I said I would return for last evening.Why, it's still not ready, because it had to be ordered and no one even bothered to call me.

I wish I could give this pharmacy a -1 star. The WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. They refused to give me my medication that i have been out of for 24 hours, a medication I need it to stay alive. The medication was not filled because of a mistake THEY made and then proceeded to tell me lies about not being able to fill it. The pharmacist ignored me and shrugged me off, while saying he didn’t have enough time to handle my situation right now. Save yourself some time, aggravation and sanity and do not get your medication filled here.

The pharmacist, or pharmacy tech, woman with the gray hair, was incredibly rude to my husband. I have auto immune issues and work a hectic job, things get lost in the shuffle, I talked to my doctor today, she said she called in the prescription, my husband said this to the pharmacist or tech, woman with the gray hair, she told him, “she needs to read better!” What kind of thing is this to say? Especially when you’re in the business of health care?! Disgusting.

I went to CVS Tuesday, July 20 in the morning to get my first Covid shot the lady behind the counter in the pharmacy was the rudest and most ignorant person I have ever encountered!!! Needless to say I went to a different pharmacy where I was treated with respect! CVS will no longer get any of my business nor my families business!

HORRIBLE CVS LOCATION! Ordered non generic medication (I can’t be on generic and have dr note on file) called to order and girl told me it would be in next day, went to store and they basically just said it wasn’t in they do not know when they would get it bc it is in back order and said my only option was to drive to wc location and hope I got the last one in stock there. This is medicine I need not some non essential item! I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful pharmacy staff was! This is a medication I need every month. I just moved to this area and I do not know what I am going to do! How are they allowed to be a pharmacy?!?!

Absolutely, positively, the worst Pharmacy you'll ever find in Pennsylvania. Phoenixville CVS gets the Gold Star for rudeness and taking forever to fill a prescription. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
