Haylee did an absolutely awesome tattoo for me today! She made the whole experience fantastic. Let me connect to the speaker, made sure i was comfortable, was funny and so nice to talk to. (They were the only ones there, but I’m sure everyone else is just as incredible as they are!)But let me share more about Lea:If you’re looking for an incredibly talented tattoo artist, with the kindest soul, beyond comforting, and by far, the coolest personality; you’ll want to book Lea. I was super nervous, as I was getting my 1st tattoo, and just listening to her talk, I felt super comfortable. She reminded me over and over, if I needed her to stop at anytime, to just say so and was very reassuring about it. Unfortunately didn't even get a tattoo. Went for the flash sale, not only did we wait in the cold for an hour, but after opening they were only allowing one group in a time. They have a perfectly good waiting room, that they refused to put in use. This is an event they hold regularly, so you think they would be prepared and accommodating to their paying customers. They were not sincere or apologetic on top of it all. Extremely poor planning! This is exactly how you lose business.

Called in on a Sunday when most parlors are closed. A buddy of mine was unsure of what aftercare he needed for his tattoo. Fortunately Thor was able to answer our questions quickly and accurately. He was very friendly as well. Definitely going to try get my next tattoo with them.

Don’t make 10+ paying customers stand outside in the freezing cold with no explanation. Waited for an hour plus in the cold while they WERE OPEN and nothing was communicated. Finally they started letting people in one at a time, leaving the rest of us to stand outside in 35 degree weather. Again, there are 2 big couches and an empty waiting room, no excuse. Don’t plan events if you don’t have the adequate means to accommodate your customers with common decency.

Everything about my experience here was great. My boyfriend and I went to have tattoos done. I also had a double forward helix done. I forget the lady's name, but she was amazing. She talked through each step of what she was doing during the piercing, and was super friendly. Thor made quick, clean work of our tattoos. It was more like meeting up with old friends rather than walking into an appointment. Great atmosphere and great people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good shop for their body modifications.

Thor was great! Walked in last minute to get a jewelry replaced and the piercing was done wrong, which he re-pierced it. felt very welcomed by the pup and both artist. highly recommend and will be back!

They people are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and I highly recommend. I got my belly button pierced and it's done great. If you need questions answered they are happy to. The sign is hard to see from the road in the dark. The piercer Andrew is really good and nice. Makes everything good and perfect. I highly recommend this place!

(I think) I have been very patiently trying to work with multiple artists at the shop in hopes of getting a tattoo for nearly six months now. After wasting a month or more trying to connect with the first artist (Kelsey), I contacted the owner (Thor) again and he recommended I try one of the newer artists because they had more time available. Oook, fair enough...Next, I start working with Ashley. She was AMAZING! Helpful, responsive, kind and very talented. After we went back and forth trying to get my design *just right* for a few weeks she ultimately decided that our visions for my piece were not lining up and said she felt another artist might be a better choice. Again, she was wonderful to work with and as soon as she realized that it wasn't going to work, she communicated that to me.Lastly, I tried to work with Zech. He had me come in for a consultation and took a bunch of notes on what I was describing, but a couple of weeks later he hasn't even started sketching anything because he had been"drawing other stuff and on vacation" Oook.... so I asked when he thought he'd be able to get started and he said in the next few days... A week later, I check in and get no response. another week and a half later, check in again and get no response.So I contact Thor again and am basically told that they're all really busy and he "doesn't know what to tell me." Not even an apology or anything resembling an attepmt to make it right. Incredibly disappointed that I wasted so long trying to work with them.

Walked into the shop to ask about the piercing, the lady tattooing was very rude and unwelcoming. Shop also had a foul smell to it. Will never be coming back. Thank you for the warm welcome since I just moved to the area.
